In the fall of 2020 we chose Mogastone to fabricate and install Snowfall granite countertops for our three bathrooms, and we were extremely pleased with their work . We knew about Mogastone because they had fabricated and installed our Black Galaxy granite kitchen countertops in December 2010. Anca and Lumi were wonderful to work with and were always responsive and helpful when we had questions. They were knowledgeable and honest about which materials would be appropriate for our countertop application. Mogastone did my new quartz kitchen countertops and the whole experience was exceptional! Last year I had another company install granite in my bathroom and the difference between the companies was surprising. At Mogastone I was able to pick out the exact piece of quartz which would go in my kitchen. Before cutting the stone, they invited me into the office to preview the countertops using a program that showed me exactly how my slab of quartz would look in my kitchen and they were able to make adjustments based on my taste before the stone was cut and installed. The install crew was professional, courteous and highly skilled. Great company!

Theyre a small family owned business. I got to meet a lot of them. They walked us through the process of selecting counter tops. There was never any pressure tactics. We ended up getting tile and a new sink from them. Prices were reasonable. They worked with multiple schedule changes without any complaints. They were very accommodating.What I liked most about them is: when they said they were going to do something they did it. If I was told I would get a call back..they called back. If I was told someone would be at your home at X time...they were there during that time.Great group of people with beautiful stone. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company! I looked far and wide for the perfect stone for my new kitchen. I went to all of the typical places throughout the triangle, and found exactly what I was looking for at Mogastone (the most amazing slabs of Apuana). Throughout the entire process, the staff was incredibly patient, polite, and helpful. The installation process was a dream - the installers were meticulous and the final result was a masterpiece. I’ve been renovating houses for 40 years, and I’ve dealt with the worst and the best. Moga is right up there at the top. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I plan to use them for all future projects.

We are extremely pleased with our decision to choose Mogastone for our kitchen counter tops. So many beautiful colors and such friendly family. We liked their approach and they were close to us. Came across an unique piece of Quarzite that was just stunning and we couldnt be happier with the installation. We had never seen anything like it at the other companies. There was no seam which was great because our island is smack in the middle of our house where every time you walk by, you see it. The way it was cut is just so beautiful from every angle and any way you look at it. Every step of the way was so smooth and much easier than we expected. We used their plumber and carpenter were great, too and we will probably reuse in the future when we get ready to do our master bath The kitchen looks even better than we expected it would! We recently completed two bathrooms and now our kitchen at Moga Stone. The first project was a bathroom and we came to see the knowledge and professionalism that makes Moga Stone a pleasure to work with. Anka and Gabriela helped us select design cues, marble countertops and a theme that made both the hall bath followed by the master bath a visual pleasure and functional rooms. We also had the opportunity to work with Nick and Maria Moga on the baths and our kitchen. The quartzite we selected for the kitchen countertops and full backsplash was due to their product knowledge and their ability to partner the stone with the cabinets we chose and the wood floor. Constantin explained the laser measurements and C in C process setting Moga Stone apart from any competitors. It showed in the fit and finish at installation. Our countertops that we were replacing although nice, were not in the same caliber of fit and finish as Moga Stone. The results are amazing and create an updated home that will please us for many years to come. Both of our installers made a very clean and professional result and supports what we came to know. Moga Stone sets a standard that others wish they could achieve while still being reasonably priced. A visit is a must to accomplish your dreams!

Mogastone was fabulous to work with. From the first moment we stopped by to see what they offered, Anca was extremely helpful. She was able to give us tips and design suggestions as we described the rest of our kitchen decor. We then went back to pick out our slab and Maria was great at helping us make our final decision and contract. After that they installed our counter tops in less than two weeks. Nick came out and did measurement and a template. Then three gentlemen came and installed our counter tops in about 2 hours from ripping out the old ones to our new beautiful granite counter tops being installed. We had a unique kitchen layout that involved a single piece that was a backwards J shape with some unique angles. They did a phenomenal job fabricating the piece, it was perfect. After further examining the work I noticed one of the corners was not the same as the others, I contacted them right away and they arranged for some to come fix it on the spot at our home, working with my schedule. They have since fixed the corner and took them about 20 minutes. We are extremely happy with our granite counter tops. But were even more impressed and satisfied with the high quality of service we received from several people at Mogastone during our 3 week start to finish project. They are also extremely responsive and helpful by email during the entire process. I would recommend Mogastone to anyone looking to update some counter tops you will get high quality service from a family owned business that will treat you right at very reasonable prices.

Maria was fantastic to deal with! They not only did a fantastic install in a timely manner, they had the best pricing anywhere. They included a 16 gauge sink that was glued and clamped in as well. Truly locally owned family business who enjoy what they do. We even bought a really nice faucet they had that was nicer than any we saw at the big box stores. Fantastic experience, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for transforming our kitchen! Now we have to buy stainless appliances!

We highly recommend Mogastone in Cary, NC for all your granite needs. We visited 5 different granite shops, with Mogastone being our first. Their professional showroom is welcoming, warm, and inviting. We were greeted by Constantine and he asked us questions about what were needing and what colors we were looking for, as well as asking us about the configuration of our kitchen. We spent about an hour with him and never felt rushed. He showed us nearly every single slab of granite they had available (inside the showroom and outside on their grounds). He didnt just give us price information specifically for our kitchen, but he also showed us the differences in the granite slabs to see how they go about pricing. He explained the pros and cons of granite vs. quartz, how to care for the stone, and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured at all. We fell in love with a slab that was above our budget but he was able to find another granite option that fit our budget and we liked that stone even better. We went to 4 other stores and couldnt find anything comparable to the beautiful slab he showed us and the level of service he provided us.We came back on a Friday to purchase our slab and they explained their entire process in detail. While their pricing initially appeared slightly higher than other granite fabricators in our area, their pricing included everything (edge, sink, removal and disposal of existing counter-tops) and they did not charge us anything extra for our home which is about 45 mins. away. The other stores were slightly less per square foot, but they would nickel-and-dime you for anything else which raised the cost. Also, other stores did not have slabs long enough to fit our counter-top and would have to put a seam down the middle, which I did not want. Almost all of the slabs we looked at with Mogastone were longer than what we needed, so now we have all whole-piece counter-tops without any seams.We had them in our home measuring with laser precision that Tuesday (3 days) and they installed on the next Saturday (one week later). Mogastone has the most up-to-date technology to measure and cut. The installation process was quick and easy. The two installers were extremely professional and efficient, as well as very careful when removing the old counter-tops without any damage to our cabinets. They made sure we were pleased prior to writing the check for the remaining balance and answered all of our questions about upkeep. They used floor mats to avoid scratching our floors and cleaned up everything when they were done. We are extremely pleased with Mogastone and the level of customer service they provided us. We will definitely return to them if we need more granite in the future and we highly recommend them to others.

I was trying to get a cheap bathroom counter so I thought cultured marble was the way to go. Wrong! Granite was actually cheaper since we have an odd shaped counter. Cultured marble required a custom made mold (that’s where it got expensive) while the granite just needed to be cut. So we went to Mogastone after a friend referred us.I faxed over a sketch of my counter’s measurements and they were able to gives us a quote via email. Then we went to the shop to pick out a piece of granite. They had a lot of remnants available at great prices since we only needed one counter. After we picked out the granite, they came over to the house to confirm the measurements. Then they wanted to install the counters 2 days later!The installation went well. They were very mindful of not damaging walls, stairs, doors, etc. I was surprised at the precision of the miter cut in one of our odd corners. The stone was cut so that the backsplash and drip edge met at exactly the same angle.The entire Moga family was very nice and responsive to phone calls and emails. I would definitely use Mogastone again.

Granite is gorgeous and the installation overall was well done. However, an electrical wire was cut by accident. Not a big deal, it happens! Except ONE MONTH LATER my electrical has STILL not been fixed! It has been like pulling TEETH to get Mogastone to answer my calls and give me some sort of answer. They keep insisting an electrician will be sent out and yet I have heard nothing. Extremely disappointing after all the positive things I had heard! I will not be using them for any future projects.

We searched the entire triangle area looking for a top quality place to buy granite for our kitchen. Mogastone was by far the best around. Their price for granite might have been slightly higher, but the customer service and their attention to detail made up for the slight price difference. We visited a few times before we picked our granite piece. The woman who helped us was patient and very helpful. The men who came over to measure used lasers to ensure that everything measured correctly and would be installed properly. They emailed us computer renderings of what the kitchen countertops would like before they cut the piece and asked us for our approval. The installation was seemless! We absolutely love our granite countertops and would highly recommend Mogastone to anyone who would ask!

We redid our bathrooms last year and checked out three vendors plus Lowes when picking out our countertops. We ultimately chose Mogastone and had a great experience. Excellent customer service. A variety of remnants to choose from at a reasonable prices. Quality craftsmanship and installation. When we finally replace our kitchen countertops, well definitely return to Mogastone.

I had such a lovely experience with Mogastone. I shopped around online and with 2 local stores (CRS Marble & Granite & Carolina Custom Kitchen & Bath) and I kept coming back to Mogastone. Multiple friends told me to go with them and once the granite I was looking for was available I went for it.First of all the customer service is wonderful. They dont preach at you, talk at you and push you into anything. Anca knew what she was stalking about and was patient with all of our questions. Throughout the whole process, from picking the stone, to choosing the edging & sink to installation and beyond Anca was so helpful and on the ball with all of it.The stone is just stunning! I went with level 3 because it was exactly what I was hoping for and this price was better than lower classifications elsewhere. Installation was a quick and simple. The guys were friendly and accommodating.Go to Mogastone - you wont be disappointed!!

The quote from Mogastone: “We don’t want your business. The hell with you!” The backstory: In the showroom on Saturday afternoon, they assured us a by Friday installation. Since we were hosting a baby shower the following Saturday, we hired them even though their quote was the highest one we got BY FAR. On Monday they called to schedule a Thursday afternoon installation with a fallback date of Saturday. Fallback date? Nobody said there’d be a fallback date! Already things were taking a turn for the worse. But they made us feel optimistic about the Thursday timeslot, so we took it. On Thursday morning, I called to confirm the installation, and they said they’d let us know if they couldn’t make it. I told them they could come as early or late as they needed. So far so good? Finally, 5 PM rolls around, and my wife calls to find out why they weren’t there yet. That’s when they informed her that they couldn’t make it, and they’d have to come on Saturday morning instead. Since a Saturday installation was going to make things very tough for us, my wife pleaded with them to either come late Thursday evening or early on Saturday to give us as much time as possible between the installation and the party. Yes, my wife complained about having been assured an installation by Friday while in the showroom, but never once did she raise her voice or become unruly as I probably would have done. And even if she had, she still wouldn’t have deserved what she got from them. At the end of the phone call, my wife got transferred to the manager. He didn’t even wait for her to tell her story, he just hung up on her while he told her: “We don’t want your business. The hell with you!” So now we’ll have plywood for a countertop at our baby shower, and we’ll have to be placed at the end of the queue at one of the more reasonably priced granite providers. Our experience went from “yes we can get it installed by Friday” to “the hell with you” in just five short days. Save yourself some money and the headache of working with this company. The reasonably priced granite store in Cary featured on HGTV’s Love It or List It is just a couple miles away from Mogastone. That’s where we’ll be crawling back to now.

Excellenct service and selection. For granite, you need to check the BBB to be sure of the company you work with. This was recommended by 3 of the slab wholesalers in the area. Nick came to my home, looked at the area, did quick measurements. and provided a FULL quote (remove and take current countertops, install, seal, cut new countertops). Other companies give you a quote and then everything else is an add on: dispose countertop ($200-$500), cutout for sink ($250), seal ($100), etc. I was given the option to use granite they have at their shop or look at the wholesalers. Quotes were given for each level. From placing the order to having it installed took 12 days (mainly because of our schedule). They arrived to take care of eveything and were complete in about 3 hours. We could not be happier about our new countertops and the extra we paid for the sink was well worth it.
