Manju knows jewelry and it shows! Extremely Helpful helping my wife pick out her newest piece. They were super efficient by inspecting our older pieces while we shopped the store. Everyone is always so kind and the management is awesome! I hope the same crew is there when we add to our collection!
We have done business with Jared for several years. They have now been disappointing us. We requested batteries for two watches and were told the person who handles that wont be available for several weeks. We went to Holland Jewelry in Apex and it was done in five minutes.We also requested three magnetic clasps for necklaces and were informed they would cost $120 each. We got all three on Amazon for $35.They also didnt have the type of gold chain necklace we were were looking for. We found at Holland Jewelry and they included the magnetic clasp for no additional charge.Its disappointing to see a first rate store lose their professionalism.
I bought 3 rings from this location and I have always gotten great service. I couldnt ask for a better experience from any staff member. We will most certainly be using Jareds for a long time!

Met Justine on my most recent trip and she was wonderful in taking time to help me select gifts for a special occasion. Her wonderful feedback and insight helped me to find the most ideal gifts, and her polished touch to the gift bags was the perfect finish for a terrific experience. I’ve looked everywhere in the triangle and you will be hard pressed to find better quality in store with the service to match. Don’t let the big name store scare you off, you will get nothing but the best here! Save yourself a lot of time and start your search for that perfect diamond or gift here. Awful. Sign on the door says 10am, so I sat and waited in the parking lot to go in. Then at 10 I went to go inside and some rude lady outside confronted me and said what are you here for? I stated I wanted to buy a ring, she the looked at me and just said we don’t open til 11. Didn’t offer an apology about the sign or offer to take my information to get me back and just turned around and walked off.If that is how you want to treat people and speak to them like trash, I’m more than happy to take my business somewhere else. I’ll never go there again, extremely rude and very unprofessional.
I lost a stone in two diamond rings. I took them to Jared in Cary, NC to see if they could repair them. Manju was so helpful and so reassuring. I was uncomfortable leaving these rings and asked if I could wait for them. She put my mind at ease immediately by explaining that a pic would be taken of every piece before and after the repair and emailed to me. Manju took the time to explain in detail what type of stones I had and what to look for to identify them. I learned so much about pieces I have owned for over 30 years! In addition to getting my jewelry repaired, she assisted me with selecting an Anniversary Ring that is a perfect match to my wedding ring. After half a life time of buying jewelry at various stores, I’ve decided once and for all to do all future jewelry purchase exclusively at Jared’s and specifically the location in Cary. Over the last few years I’ve been in and out several times and for various needs and services. They have helped exchange online orders, complete repairs while I wait and checked/polished items I bought at other jewelers.
Surprised my then fiance and took her to the Cary store. They doted, fussed and pampered her as if it were a scene right out of Pretty Woman! They helped us select the perfect stone AND the perfect setting. They educated us on the 5 Cs and all for a price I wouldnt have found anywhere else. Abby and Kathy were awesome!We went back and purchased our wedding bands. Abby remembered what we were looking for and within minutes, she helped us find the right bands.We did go to Diamonds Direct first for the wedding rings and were sorely and sadly disappointed. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. They were friendly, knowledgeable, worked with me on my price range.... just an all around wonderful experience. If you want a perfect experience this store is it. We came in looking for wedding rings for both myself and my new husband. Brandon treated us with respect and really took the time to show us every single piece we wanted to try on. He was very knowledgeable on the pieces and made us feel confident in the quality we were thinking of purchasing. I came in to have a watch sized and found a new favorite jeweler! Norman was great and went out of his way to help me! Great conversation and service! My husband surprised me with a new wedding ring for Christmas last year. By mid-March (just after COVID shut everything down) one of the stones fell out and was lost. After waiting weeks to get the ring in for repairs (several weeks during which Jared sent me emails offering to sell me new jewelry but wouldnt repair anything) I finally got an appointment to get it fixed. I was told the repair would take 1 1/2-2 weeks because they had to order in a new stone for it. Im now going into week 6 and its still not done. Neither the store, nor Jared corporate will provide updates without me leaving several messages for them to do so and I still dont have an ETA on the repairs. BTW, the setting was faulty and this is the second Jared ring that has had an issue.
I was very impressed with the quality of the Jared friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I had the good pleasure of having Manju Advani as my sales person. Although it wasnt like I was being sold something. Manju took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and asked for a price point before choosing my selections. She really was engaged. It felt as if I was shopping with a trusted friend helping me make the best choice for me. I would definitely feel confident referring Jared and the professional, caring hands of Manju Advani. Excellent service from Norman and Victoria!! After the destruction of my wedding ring from another independent jeweler, Norman and Victoria were very compassionate and helpful in helping me find a replacement setting to put my diamond in. It was beautiful and they helped me find it on a lower budget. Then they were very helpful in letting me know that they would have 2 sales throughout the year so that I could come back and buy the wedding band that went with the engagement ring when I had more money. I just purchased the wedding band yesterday and they were wonderful. Again they helped me find a beautiful ring on a low budget. They have never been pushy nor have they tried to up sale me on anything. Not your typical sales persons. They have been a pure joy to work with and have really showed compassion and care for me. Not to mention Jared has beautiful pieces. I have always shopped at Zales, but the level of items at Jareds are so much nicer. Just very impressed with this establishment and how they treat their customers and their quality of products. I would go back and work with them even if they were a little more pricey than the other guy just because of their quality and care. (Not saying they are more expensive, I havent compared). 5 STARS!!!

I teared up leaving this place on how nice and incredibly gracious these people here are. I came in with a broken necklace that was purchased at a Jared in Texas (I live in NY though). Going in I was expecting to either get an oh well, heres the price to buy a new one, we can take it and fix it, heres the price, or youll have to go to the Jared that you purchased it from. NONE OF THOSE HAPPENED. Norman, Albert, and Mandi all helped in making those tears appear on my walk out. They took their time diligently searching for a solution to finding my receipt, found it, and gave the best news that I had the purchased protection plan. When I say these people were kind, I sincerely mean it. My birthday is tomorrow and this right here was a birthday present in and of itself. Abby is an angel. I was so indecisive when choosing a wedding band, it took us over an hour (and she had helped us for an hour on a different day before that). She was nothing but calm and patient and SUPER helpful. She also offered us the BEST advice to get the best deal. I felt like I was working with a friend the whole time and not with a sales person. After receiving a beautiful bracelet for my college graduation from my husband that he got at Jareds, I decided this was the place I wanted to take the ring my son gave me 2 months before he passed away to get fixed. I could not have made a better decision! My heart broke when I had to have my ring cut off due to an allergic reaction that made my hand swell. It stayed that way for about a year before I found a jeweler I felt comfortable leaving it with. When they heard my story they went above and beyond to fix it better than I had received it originally. Chip is my hero! I am so grateful for the extra time, care and consideration he displayed with my ring repair. To me, this ring was priceless and he preserved this precious ring so I will have it a lifetime! I will only do business with Jareds from here on out. Thanks to all of you, especially Chip!!!
Standing in the store while I am writing this review. I have honestly always had great experiences with the other local stores, unfortunately if I had come to the Cary location first I would have never been a customer. First time here and customer service is beyond sub par. Not enough people working with very few customers and these working didn’t seem to work with any sense of urgency to help or seem to care. Last time here. Was only in today to get our bands inspected as we are supposed to do...
We have been going to this place since 2010. The old staff used to be excellent, However in the past year things has gone down hill. The quality of repairs, cleaning and customer service is awful.
Came in today to get my wife something for our 6 year wedding anniversary and was blown away by the amazing customer service!! Got my wife what she wanted and got a great deal!! Very happy!! And they fixed my smartwatch for free!

I went to Jared! And had an awesome experience. Got the perfect ring. Working with Brandon and Victor was great. From the get-go, the staff made sure they understood our needs and helped us get the most out of our budget.
My husband and I had never been inside a Jareds before. We walked in and were warmly and enthusiastically greeted by all of the staff. Victoria Hardee was friendly and engaging as Norman Gage, the Assistant General Manager, miraculously found a pin to put in my 12 y.o. sons watch. And Norman was just as happy as I was that he was able to fix it! I asked to be shown some pieces of jewelry and Victoria didnt even hesitate and even encouraged me to take pics so I could send them to my husband as reminders for upcoming anniversaries and birthdays. :) My husband was finally able to get a battery for his TAG and it was installed in minutes. Rather than ask for payment, they asked for a donation to St. Judes. Walking out of the store, my husband and I both agreed that Jareds is now our jeweler of choice! Excellent customer service and no pressure to purchase. Awesome store and staff!

As soon as I pull up with my family there are two employees standing outside the door with a huge cloud around them (smoking cigarettes). This is disgusting and completely unprofessional, I expect more from Jared in Cary. When I walked in the man presented himself as a Manager? People should have a choice on second hand smoke please fix this issue.
I recently visited Jared to return a diamond ring I had purchased online. Upon arrival, I was completely ignored by staff. After waiting 10-15 min in front of the customer service desk, I approached an employee about my return. She apologized and said she you would send the next person to help me, as she was busy at the time. After waiting longer, she referred to me as a “young girl needing help” to a fellow co worker. As a young working professional, buying a piece of jewelry for myself, I didn’t appreciate being referred to as a young girl. All customers regardless of age or price of purchase should be treated the same way and receive the same level of customer service.
Do not shop at this store!!!! The manager was not very understanding and has very poor customer service!!! I wanted to exchange a bracelet I got for mothers day and Im 1 week past the 30days and they will not let me return the $399.99 bracelet. I have been unable to get to the store due cancer treatments. I would love to exchange it but they are very low on their stock. You would think you would get better customer service than this.... Dont shop here!!!!!Well, I just got finished with another manager and he was very understanding and took very good care of me. His name was Jason Welton. The first manager wouldnt even talk with me.

I walked in trying to purchase a ring. The gentleman that assisted me did not seemToo happy to be there and I felt he kept asking if that’s the one after every ring. I showed him one online but wanted it ordered through the store and sent to the store. He ordered it through the iPad.. I specifically asked if it was Coming to the store and was assured it was. The ring came to the house instead..the ring is very pretty but felt that the service wasn’t there.
We are 100 percent a Jared family! I think that the whole store helped us today! I learned a bunch and helped some associates learn too! Everyone has such great attitudes and made sure to be super thorough with our custom jewelry order! I was able to get my “place holder” ring sized same day! This place was just awful, I go in to purchase a new chain and the employee offers to clean my current chain. I then here them laughing and joking about how dirty my chain is and not taking me serious because I am a younger man. I fully intended to buy something but I’ll never come here again, just an awful atmosphere to be in.
Had the worst experience with a purchase from this location. First I bought a ring and had them do some work to it. It was supposed to be completed and delivered the same week but they forgot to ship it. I had to call back three times to make them look for it.Then when it was finally delivered a week late they had set the stone offcenter, ruined the finish and it was covered in scratches.I contacted the store to get it sent back which took numerous calls back and forth to resolve.Lastly when I was coming in person to ensure the ring was finished correctly (65min drive one way) they failed to tell me that they would be conducting inventory. So my wife and I sat outside for 40 min waiting to get in. Everything eventually was resolved but it took constant harassment on my part and still didnt have my completed ring for our marriage ceremony.They are the most unresponsive and non customer service oriented jeweler I have ever dealt with. I will be finding another location to deal with in the future that respects the customers time and has attention to detail! If I didnt have our rings covered at Jareds I would never deal with them as an company again.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Great service every time I have been to get my wifes diamond inspected under their warranty program. The warranty program is well worth the money. They honored it for a platinum repair recently without any hesitation.

Just plain awful service, right off the bat! My girlfriend and I came to look at a few items and were greeted when we walked in. A man said, Hi folks, Ill have someone with you right away. But nobody came to help us. There were two employees sitting behind desks, and another standing there talking to one of them. They definitely didnt seem overly busy, and there were only about 6-8 customers in the store. Nobody came to talk to us or help us in any way, so we stood around for about 15 minutes and looked ourselves. A woman walked in at about this time (15 minutes after us) and the very same man who said hed have someone over to us, walked right up to her and started helping her instead! Thats when we decided to just leave and go somewhere else. If I feel like Im not worth your time, then youre certainly not worth my business. This was my first impression of Jared stores and will definitely be my last visit!
The staff here is incredible! I am telling you that you cannot go wrong with Norman Gage (Diamond Department Manager) and Debbie Comer (Jewlery Specialist)! They kept me under my budget and gave me the best option for what I wanted. After making the purchase the staff, including the manager (Brandon), asked me about how I was going to propose and spent time looking at pictures of me and my girlfriend as well as the area I was going to propose in. This staff and store is TOP QUALITY!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From day 1 it has been nothing but a headache dealing with this company. They ordered the wrong cut diamond, we let that slide. A month after receiving the ring the diamond became lose and fell out. We brought it back to Jared’s where “Mr. Brandon” told us “we will fix this and only one certain person would fix it bc he knows what he’s doing”. We picked it back up and found 2 CHIPS in the diamond and it was CROOKED. We were told to bring it back and it would be fixed AGAIN, and they would order a new diamond(with the cut we asked for originally) and COMPENSATE us for the time we have spent coming back up there for their mistake. When they finally fixed the ring we were then told we would not be compensated as told previous by “MR. BRANDON” the so called manager. I will NEVER do business here again and will be sure nobody I know goes there either. Not worth it.
My mother has always wanted a mothers ring, so my brother, father, and I bought her one for Christmas. My brother ordered the ring and when it came in, it appeared as though a stone was missing, which is a design flaw and not an actual missing stone. Three store visits later, and Jareds wont fix the ring. Whats more, my mother has gotten a more expensive estimate to repair her brand new ring at each visit. She doesnt complain, so her first inclination is to pay for a repair when the store should make it right themselves at no cost, but she cant even get a consistent price quote to do that. I have heard only great things about Jareds, but this, my first experience, has been troubling. What was supposed to be a beautiful gift for my mother has turned into a colossal disappointment. I have a rule only to write positive online reviews and handle any problems privately, because every business deserves the opportunity to correct a mishap; we all make mistakes. We have tried unsuccessfully three times to handle this situation privately and to the stores financial benefit. I apologize for the negative review, but maybe, just maybe, this post will finally get someones attention at Jareds who will care. Thank you.

I went into the store 2 days ago looking for a Tungsten and black diamond or black titanium and black diamond men’s ring. I repeated the black diamond part roughly 6 times because I had found black sapphire rings and had no interest in those. I was assured repeatedly (10+) that the ring shown was black diamond. I was soo excited that I had found the ring (after searching for weeks) It was perfect!!!! The sales associate proceeded to get the credit check going (yes. For a ring I wouldn’t buy). I was going to finalize the sale once I had his ring size the next day. She proceeded to tell me that I would get an email with my favorited item (the ring) from Jared’s. The email came and it clearly states it’s a sapphire ring. I was devastated! I trusted a professional, I should never have been told it was diamond when it wasn’t. Fast forward. Went in that same night and never even got an apology. Then was told that it looked like diamond (it isn’t) and that he would verify for me and call me back right away. I never even got the phone call stating that they made a mistake. I wouldn’t even be upset if I got an apology and if they even just admitted they were wrong. I would never recommend this store.
I think the 3.8 rating is biased. I have had nothing but top knot service there, and thanks to Victoria, and Norman, I will always shop here before I consider any other place.
My fiancé and I were visiting from out of town and happened to walk into this location spontaneously. We are so glad we did! From the start Abby made the whole experience worth-while. She figured out quickly what my fiancé liked and helped me pick out a ring that made her so happy, she cried! The diamond was spectacular and she found a wedding band that really put the set over the top. She was so incredible that I drove all the way from Atlanta to Raleigh just to work with her. She even helped me come up with a way to propose that was one for the books. Thanks so much Abby!!!!

One lady with a tattoo on the back of her neck even told me that it was supposed to be loose. I spoke with the repair manager and he said they wanted to keep my ring again, to fix the diamond. Went back to find out that it was still loose. They wanted to keep my ring longer to repair the underside of my ring to secure the diamond again. Im not really sure how the repair department can miss such a loose, sliding diamond, but they did....3 times! So double and triple check anything that you send to get repaired!

Terrible service when ordering. Ordered a ring from them, and they told me it would be about two weeks. When I went to get it, they had no documentation on where it was and had no idea themselves. Dont order from them. Theyre very welcoming in store but I dont know what their service is like in store. Very disorganized.
I know this is a long review, but a lot happened. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Jareds or Kay Jewelers.I am new to North Carolina and had to bring my engagement ring and wedding ring in for its 6 month inspection and to get my rings dipped (they are white-gold and require it now and then). I live in Fayetteville and had to come an hour north to get them taken care of, but since I had always had good experiences with Jareds in Arizona I didnt mind the trip. I talked to the woman on the phone and she insisted that it would only take an hour to take care of the inspection and the dip. I brought in my rings a few hours later and was told it would be 2 hours now, which I didnt mind. I also left my rose gold claddagh ring (from a trip to Ireland) for a basic complementary cleaning. I asked for a call when they were done, especially if they were done early, since I had a long drive ahead of me and it was already late afternoon. I was assured that would be called.Over two hours later, and no phone call, I decided to go back in the store to check on them. While waiting at their service counter, I hear the woman talking to the jeweler working in cleaning area. I distinctly heard her say I cant find them. They both come out of the back and went to the other side of the store. It wasnt busy (only one customer other than me) and I heard her call me over to the sales counter. Then she turned to her co-worker and clearly said Thank goodness we found them. I called her out on it and asked if she had lost my rings. She begins stammering that they hadnt and said it was fine. Turns out someone stored them under the sales counter. Being a customer of this chain, I know thats not where they store pieces that are brought in for cleaning.She hands me my engagement ring and wedding band and asked if they are good. They looked fine (more on this later) and she told me to have a good day. I asked her where my third ring was, and described it. She insisted that they didnt have 3 of my rings, only 2. I told her that I dropped off my other ring for the free shine service. The jeweler asked her if it was on the board and she said no. He leaves to go find it. I watched him through the window to the service area and he is looking everywhere for it. Under papers, in drawers, all over the counters. He finally finds it and cleans it and comes out acting as though it was never lost.I took my rings and left and wouldve left it at that and would never return if I didnt notice the issues with my rings on the way home. The rhodium plating that was put on my ring (the normal dip service) was peeling and rubbing off in spots to wear I could see the gold underneath. I called and talked to the manager and told him what happened, but I will never return to this Jareds.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its not worth the stress of them losing your rings, putting them under the SALES counter and misplacing another priceless sentimental piece and then not doing a quality servicing job.

My new fiancé got my engagement ring from a Jareds Vault. The day he proposed, a few hours later, a couple diamonds had fallen out. No big deal, Ive talked to quite a few people with the same problem...I took my ring to the Jareds Galleria in Cary and had explained the situation, the guy in the back yells, didnt we just fix this ring, which for one, made me feel like crap and for two, no you didnt I JUST received it. They took my ring in for repair and told me they would make sure all other prongs were secured so this wouldnt happen again and told me I could pick it up the following day.I came back the next day around 3 and my ring was scratched and a prong was covering one of the diamonds!!!!!! I just let it go, thinking that I was paranoid. UNTIL I went to see my fiancé in Myrtle Beach (he works there during the week, temporarily). He noticed almost immediately that a prong was covering one of my diamonds and was not the least bit happy that was the product I had ended up with. But we let it go... UNTIL we woke up two days later and ANOTHER diamond had fallen out!!! I hadnt had the ring TWO WEEKS YET!! I was very upset!!My fiancé and I took the ring back to the Jareds Vault where he origininally purchase the ring and they were so displeased with the product I had gotten back with the prong covering the diamond and that an additional diamond had fallen out less than a week after I had brought the ring in for repair!! I told them that customer service was lacking at the Cary location where I went (which is closest to where we reside) and that I wouldnt go back there ever again. They let my fiancé and I decide on our next move. Either they send my ring in and I get it back in a few weeks, or we can exchange my ring (it was within three weeks of the ring being purchased). We looked around and I picked out five and my fiancé picked out one of the five and proposed to me all over again! The Jareds in Myrtle was so helpful and so sweet and made me feel like our business mattered to them. Made this milestone in our lives very memorable!! Wish I could say the same for the Cary Location, Id rather drive to Durham every six months to have my ring inspected than go back to Cary!! They dont even deserve ONE star!!!
Told my husband to never shop here again we have shopped for years at this location only. He has shopped here since 2005. Drove all the way from pittsboro to b asked did you buy theses things here. 😮 I needed 2 repairs and wanted to get 2 rings and 4 necklaces clean they would not clean or stated they couldn’t clean silver but the one man takes and cleans 1 silver necklace. They didn’t inspect my jewelry either like they are supposed to do . 😳 So they will never get another dime from my man. We want places that respect and do what you’re supposed to inspect and clean my jewelry not act like we never purchased from your store u had our account up 😮 Mad to I’ve had 2 changes break they are repairing one the other I lost 😮 the silver is so cheap it tarnishes. Never had real silver do that before. So looking for someone to clean my 💎, Wouldn’t repair my ear rings cause they did not find information in computer. Just very upset 😡

I do not care for this Jareds location- I go to southpoint instead! At this jareds, the staff was not polite & not really willing to help me. I felt like I was stereotyped based on my age & appearance.Just overall poor customer service.
