The owner was very prompt in responding, suggested a piece to my installation that I needed and did not know ahead of time, and he did a fantastic job installing the openers. His work was neat, and he cleaned up perfectly after he was finished. I will start using this company for any future needs I have. I really appreciate good service as it so hard to find.

This company, privately owned by Aaron, is fantastic! I have called Aaron on 2 different occasions for garage door issues. Both times, he told me an arrival time that was within a couple of hours from when I called him, he arrived promptly, he quickly diagnosed the issues, he had the supplies needed for my repairs in his truck, and he repaired the issues quickly. In addition, he follows all of the Covid precautions. And above all, he is honest, ethical, and very reasonably priced. There is absolutely nothing negative about this company and I highly recommend it to anyone having any type of issues with their garage door or anyone who needs a new garage door/opener.

I learned of Aaron via high recommendation from a friend. Ive used his service three times now.The first time was about four years ago when my then 16-year-old opener was making painful noises and I thought it might need to be replaced. However, Aaron determined that it was just a worn out gear and easily fixed. He could have easily convinced me that a whole new unit was needed - but he was direct and honest, and told me just what was needed and didnt try to up-sell.About six months ago (mid-2019) the same garage door opener was giving me problems again - so I called Aaron. He told me again that he could probably fix it (for a reasonable price), and it would probably run a few more years, but by now it had already exceeded its expected life span (originally installed by the home builder, 21 years ago). I decided to ask him to replace the unit, and he did.Im very pleased with the product he recommended and decided a few weeks ago (Jan 2020) to install the same unit in our other garage, to replace the one there that was also 20 years old. Im pretty handy and could handle the installation myself, but in researching, I found that I could get the product from Aaron, including installation, for less than I could buy just the hardware.That was a no-brainer. Aaron takes pride in his company and it shows in his work. We had a small issue with our garage door pad (not the clickers) which stopped working, so we called a few companies and Aaron was the only one to pick up the phone (the others didnt bother to call back). He assessed the problem that same day and let me know its an easy fix. He also talked with me about the importance of maintaining our motor, track, springs, etc, so I allowed him to give our garage door system some much needed TLC. Last week the spring broke on our very old garage door. A friend recommended Wake Door, Aaron Dudek. I call Aaron yesterday. We made an appt for today from 1:00-3:00. At spot on 1:00pm the door bell rang and it was Aaron. He installed a new spring, new pulleys, and a new cable in no time. He has a great handshake, looks you in the eye, and is very professional.
