There was no wait. The nurses were compassionate and the doctor took his time and investigated thoroughly to make an accurate diagnosis. He seemed to genuinely care.

It has been exactly one month since I have become outfitted with a new, Level One pair of hearing aides. The difference in my hearing has allowed me to live a normal life once again— with no apologies for hearing impairment and no pleas for someone to speak more slowly or repeat what has been said. And… the quality of sound has been a great improvement too.I cannot thank my audiologist Emma Tomaszewski at Raleigh ENT enough for her genuine interest in my welfare and her proficiency in putting together a program that has given me back my independence. It’s been an awesome journey and one I did not expect to be anywhere near this successful given I have tested as having severe hearing loss. After struggling for years, this is nothing short of miraculous for me.

The doctor and reception staff were fantastic. I was in and out in less than an hour (including filling out my paper work for first time). The doctor gave me practical options and did not press in on having any type of surgery. I really felt like I could trust his opinion.

Im 74 and this was my first visit to an ENT. Dr. Doyle understood my apprehension and made the experience a pleasant one. He was very patient and took care of my problem with a painless procedure. Ill definitely go back if I need ENT care.

I went to my appointment after confirming the time and location this morning with the front desk and after receiving a text message saying my appointment was at 1505 Cary pkwy. I went to the Cary pkwy location at my scheduled time (1pm) and they told me I don’t have an appointment and they can’t get me in. So, I had to call the office manager and they got me an appointment at the Raleigh office on six forks at 2. I went to the Raleigh office and they said they have no appointment for me. I told them I just spoke to the office manager and she gave me an appointment at 2. Finally they agreed to see me and now I’m waiting and I’ve already missed an hour and a half of work. If you do go here be wary of the scheduling. If they say you have an appointment you may not actually have an appointment. Update: They will not see me after all. I will be going to a different doctor and hopefully I can get my money back for the original consultation.

Raleigh ENT is an excellent practice! I am a retired nurse and I remember when I was working they always had an excellent reputation! The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful!

Each of the staff members from Dr. Brown, the nurse and the front desk staff have been really nice about answering questions and explaining things to me. Once you get started on getting weekly allergy shots, I like that theres a separate process for checking in which gets you in and out fast. Highly recommend Dr. Brown and Raleigh Capitol ENT. Also, Destiny who does the shots is very nice, quick and efficient. Most days that Im in for an allergy shot, Im in and out in roughly 5 minutes. I really like that they expanded their allergy shot appointment slots to allow more availability for scheduling.

I took my 93 year old father to an appointment with Dr. Doyle. Dad had just received new hearing aids and he needed an extensive ear cleaning. The nurses at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with check in. Dr. Doyle was thorough, kind and gentle with my father. He explained things clearly and did his best to make my father feel comfortable throughout the process. The entire visit from beginning to end was a success.

Had my ears cleaned out, but was told nothing could be done for the tinnitus in one of my ears. Kind of frustrating, but the doctors were very nice.

We had a great experience with Dr. Clarkson in Cary. He was very patient, thorough and kind. The tongue tie procedure on an infant was done in the office and did not take much time. The nurse Crystal was helpful and took great care of us. We will be returning for an adult procedure and appreciate the care and precision of Dr. Clarkson.

I love Dr. McMahon, he is an awesome professional, competent, listens and offer suggestions to stay well. Right now he is helping me with another awful sinus; so much pressure in my face (sinus cavities), drainage, mucus, coughing, sore throat, headaches, sweats, low energy, achey all over. This was my first ever visit to an ENT here in the US. Front desk staff is courteous and polite. Dr. Mark Clarkson is very caring and professional. He reviewed and explained me about audiometric test results and what it actually meant. Would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic care and wonderful staff

Went there on basis of these positive reviews but I guess they treat you different if you a person of color. They pretend to act all professional when In actually the doctor won’t even listen to the patient concerns. Doing test just to have something done but the actual concern of the patient is not important with this doctor. Waisted my money and time and now my daughter is suffering even more since I have to find another doctor who will actually listen to our concern. Pathetic. He didn’t even looked at the skin of my daughter to see if the severity of her allergies, very uncaring doctor Derlin. Cant even call him doctor!

This was my first visit and wasnt sure what to expect. Upon arrival, I realized my expectations were definitely answered. Comfortable waiting room, fabulous front desk people and the wait time less than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor. He was very professional, listened to my concerns and provided immediate treatment plans. My experience was great!

Was seen by Dr. Brown maybe 1.5 years ago. The visit was over priced. I waited a long time to be seen. I expressed all of my ENT concerns to the doctor and did not feel like they were taken seriously, and was minimally examined. I had an MRI done elsewhere to make sure nothing was seriously wrong. Does this photo look normal to you? Still suffering from the same symptoms I visited about, but going to a different doctor. Would not recommend Raleigh Capital ENT.

Staff is alway courteous and welcoming. During both of my visits, I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I saw the doctor. I’ve had issues with vertigo and sinus for a while. I finally have answers and am finally feeling great after struggling for years. Highly, highly recommend.

The medical office is staffed by highly professional doctors, nurses, and support staff. I particularly appreciate their respect for the patients time and schedule. If your appointment is at 2:00pm, the doctor is seeing you at that time. Very refreshing. Dr. Doyle is as fine a medical professional as you will find. He knows his craft, takes his time, and encourages and answers all questions. All in a friendly environment.

Even though I arrived about 20 minutes early, the staff was ready before my appointment time to complete preliminary questions. Dr. Brown was very thorough in her examination and answered my questions as they arose in the exam time. She then explained follow up and why it was important for my hearing protection. The hearing test covered more sound range than I had previously experienced. The whole examination was pleasant and efficient in time use.

I received excellent attention from Dr. Gerber on recent visit. Its always a pleasure to be attended by him. Professional, caring and efficient.

Had a great appointment, nurses and doctors were all very nice. One nurse did go above and beyond - I had my 10 month old, his toys, a clip board, and some fresh cut peaches for him to eat... when I stood up in the waiting room, the peaches spilled all over the floor. I was embarrassed, but the nurse quickly came and cleaned them up seeing that my hands were full. It was a small act of kindness that meant a lot.

The receptionist are very friendly and move patients along very quickly. There is very little wait time. Dr. Clarkson is very efficient and diagnosed my issue very well. Would recommend this office.

My son had his adenoids removed and turbinates reduced. Dr. Brown is so nice and did a great job! The entire team on surgery day was awesome. Recovery was not bad and he is already breathing better.

Very good experience here so far. Dr. Brown was willing to order testing just on the off chance that it pan out. It didnt yield a diagnosis but helped to rule out a bunch of stuff. I had allergy testing here and the allergist, Jennifer has been available to talk each time when I called with questions.Also, the front desk was very understanding when I was cussing about something or another. Not at them obviously but still was poor manners on my part. I did appreciate that though.

The ENTs here are excellent. If you are having surgery, this is an experienced and qualified place for it.

Dr. McMahon was fantastic as was the audiologist that I saw. He clearly knows what he is doing. That being said, I had to get to them through the front desk staff who were talking politics. As someone who works in customer service, I found it unprofessional as you have patients around who may not agree with your politics. They and the girl who took me back also had blank looks on their faces which were bordering on frowns.So, I would suggest maybe seeing Dr McMahon at a different location.

Called and got a same day appoint close to me. Appointment was on time and didnt have to wait. Doctor was friendly and immediately took care of the issue. Was on my way as a happy patient. Every time Ive used these folks they have been great.

I first brought my 2 kids to this practice for both of them to get ear tubes. Everyone was always so pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Brown- she is always happy and excited to see her patients. I ended up seeing her over the summer due to sinus issues and she did a surgery on me in Nov. She even saw me after the clinic was closing due to a small complication. She is just wonderful and has amazing bedside manner. Coming from a current pediatric RN who sees docs all day she is AWESOME!

Everyone was very nice and I was always informed on the next steps from Dr. Boyce to the nurses. None of my questions were ignored or and I was always treated with respect.

The office staff was friendly and swift with our emergency visit. Our daughter had a bead of some sort lodged in her ear that we discovered during a routine check-up. I have a regular visit to RCENT every 4 months to have the wax removed from my ears. This has been a God send to me after many years of trying home remedies. I really appreciate Dr. Gerber & all the Cary location staff.

Allergy testing started on time and Karen was great with my 7 year old. Needling a child 40 times can be a challenge and all went well. She also took her time will the tests were running to explain a lot of helpful ways that I can adjust the environment around our son in our home especially to minimize his symptoms.

Dr. Gerber is an excellent Dr. He is patient, listens to all your complaints and is very knowledgeable. His staff is also very easy to work with. I highly recommend Raleigh ENT.

Great practice I went in for ringing in my ear at age of 64 met Dr Brown who suggested putting tube in my ear she did it with no pain quick service if you dont go to them you will be making a mistake. Great Service

I recently took my 2 year oldDaughter to Raleigh capitol ENT at the Cary location and I was blown away. I knew it would be a rocky experience for us because well my daughter is 2 and is pretty uncooperative at most Doctor visits. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young lady at the front desk who was absolutely wonderful. The waiting area was clean and we waited what seemed like hardly any time to be taken back to a room. Our nurse was also very sweet! We saw Dr. McMahon and he was very kind and understanding as well. He listened attentively to everything I said and was very patient. I could go on but I hope at this point you’ve gotten a good idea about our experience. This office is a true gem and a parents dream in my opinion. If you are looking for an ENT doctor I wouldn’t hesitate to give this office a call. I think you’ll be very happy!

This efficient practice was able to see me quickly in one of their multiple locations for a bad ear infection and perforated eardrum (even though I was a brand new patient). Dr. Doyle is very knowledgable and skilled. I can hear just fine now, and am very happy with the care I received there from the physician and staff, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for ENT care.

Dont bother with this place if you want people who are seriously concerned about your health! I felt like a cow at the slaughter house, just tag it and move it along! The staff is clueless and rude! They dont quote you correct information about what services are covered and how much you owe. They just want you to be a robot and sign and give them money! The doctor seemed to have no clue on diagnosing the sinus problem I am having and in the end just decided its caused by my migraines. Thanks for a waste of my co pay!
