It appears that this business, which occupies a small space, is not requiring its customers to wear a mask while shopping in the Cary location. As I spoke with a salesperson last night, 2 women came in to shop; neither of them was wearing a mask. The only employee present at the time, the salesperson I was working with, did not ask them why they weren’t wearing one or if they could put one on. I found his inaction be indicative of not taking the NC mask mandate seriously.

This company has great customer service and I haven’t had a issue since my Kirby vacuum was fixed.

Julie and Denise were most helpful and assisted me with a handheld vacuum and finding the right bags for my upright. They even let me in after closing hours! Excellent and friendly service and great prices.

I highly recommend Oreck Vacuums. The staff is very helpful and waited on me almost immediately. A technician took a look at my Miele and found that the problem was minor so he fixed it right on the spot. This saved me another round trip of over an hour. The charges were very reasonable and they were glad to carry the vacuum to the car for me. I found the entire experience positive!

I took my Oreck XL to this store, planning to leave it for repair. The Assistant Manager, Betty, took the time to test and inspect my vacuum, only to find out that the belt had snapped and just needed to be replaced. She then went the extra mile, again, and showed me how to change it and proceeded with the replacement. This is normally done for a fee, but she did it free of charge and was kind enough to carry the vacuum to my car (I am 41 wks pregnant). You do not come across service like that anymore. I love this store!

I cant say enough about Jeff and Adam. Ive been coming to the Oreck store in Cary for years. I have a House Cleaning business and they are the most accommodating company I have ever worked with. They never give me a hard time about anything, they just ask how can we help. I have had many of times of needing them in a pinch and they have come through for me. Jeff and Adam are the main reason why I stay with this location, if they to EVER leave, first I would cry, then switch to another location. Thank you for constantly being there for me as you have made me happy and my 65 plus clients happy. I also have referred several clients to this location as well. I have bought 6-8 vacuums, supplies, fireplace heater, etc. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and the owner should be proud and give you a raise!!

Jeff from Oreck Vacuums in Cary was a lifesaver! After having a horrible time with my vacuums company, and their unwillingness to fufill the warranty, the staff at Orecks was amazing. I walked in and told them what had been happening with the vacuum. Right away they took it and figure out which part went bad. After I filled out my claim form, Jeff asked if this was my only vacuum. When I told him yes, he went in the back and got me one to use while mine was getting fixed! The service was impeccable and I will definitely be using this retailer from now on!

I went to the Cary, N.C. location with an issue. I recieved an Oreck as a gift from my mother in law 4 months ago. I took the vacuum to the store and was told that I should sell my vacuum on Craigslist after I just paid $53 dollars to get it repaired and I cant even use it with my kind of carpet. They sales rep. was no help and continued to give me advice how to sell my new Oreck on craigslist!! What a waste of money to employee someone like her. Do not take your Oreck vacuum to Cary N.C. on Crossroads Blvd.

Purchased a Sebo D4 here. Patrick was great explaining the features and differences between this and a Miele. In the end I purchased the Sebo. Patrick put up with all my questions and was interested in helping me find what vacuum worked for me. I’ve never bought a vacuum from here but would again. While I was there, many people came in for supplies or to get their vacuum serviced. It was a pleasant experience and I’d recommend you give them a try for your next vacuum.
