Great prices, very friendly and helpful. We bought a sectional today and had it delivered within 30 minutes. Other places had expected delivery times of 1-2 months... I was shocked to get such a good deal as well as same day delivery. Highly recommend!

We bought a GE washing machine on Saturday Feb 6, 2021. Zuhair was great . His prices were very reasonable especially considering the same thing was twice as much at Lowes. Excellent communication even after hours! I highly recommend this business.

Walked in, terrible greeting. Place was a mess. Tripped on items on the floor. Agreed to purchase a fridge, went to purchase and work out delivery details, was then told a higher price than originally agreed on. After trying to explain the order of events and the price he told us originally was lower, he told us to go shop somewhere else because he doesn’t debate. Horrible service.

Said he only had one washer available, even tho there were many in the store; no warranty, no delivery. After getting it home I discovered that it wouldnt spin or drain properly. I have to wring my laundry out by hand.

I bought a brand new dishwasher and smooth top oven from this store. because they both have cosmetic flaws the price was exceptional!!!I asked for a deal for the combo and they were very nice to work with me so we would both get a good deal. I CHOSE to pay cash to get a better price for both appliances. I also chose delivery to my driveway because it was cheaper, but they also offer delivery to your house.my husband did the installation with no problems.The appliances were tested before I saw them in the store and before they were delivered to me. They works great because they are brand new!!!It was also delivered within the timeframe promised. This is a small business run by the owner almost alone. He did the delivery himself! if you expect 20 people catering for you like a big box corporation, this is not it!! This is the worst place to buy from. They sold me a bad washer and dryer and have repeatedly ignored my requests for service. I do not recommend buying from them.

Bought a refrigerator/Freezer for $250. Was working. They said, No problem, lay it down in the back of your truck. I questioned this because I heard that would ruin the fridge. They said, No problem. So we did. Now, a few weeks later, it is barely cooling and we had to throw out several hundred dollars worth of food. Do NOT buy from this place.

They are good people and they do their best to help with problem you have. You know when you buy from them you already know that you are buying from them has been damaged so when you buy it you are taking a chance They will refund your money if you have a problem with it. Also if you take it back they will try to say it your fault. You are not getting a good buy. Do your homework before you buy from them and if you do you will see I am right.

I bought 2 fridges from Zuhair for $700. He told me both units were Lowes returns. Turned out only 1 was and the other was a customer returned. In addition, there was a drawer missing and he told me that he will get one for me. I brought my own truck and they helped load it up and when i asked for the drawer, they said that it doesnt come with one after loading it up. After installing the fridge at the rental property, it was running but not cold. I called them back after 3 weeks, due to the fact that the tenant just moved in and told me that it wasnt cold. They told me that they are not responsible for it once it leaves their shop. This is ridiculous as i am stuck with a non working fridge now! Do not buy from them unless you check every detail and ensure that everything works prior to leaving the shop.

Terrible customer service! Came into store February 23rd 2021 no one was in the store had a question for the owner he was on the computer and he totally ignored me. I recommend not shopping at this store. Cant even acknowledge when a customer is there to purchase something.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I was surprised at all of the negative reviews. We found them through their Facebook Marketplace ads. We had a hidden dishwasher leak that caused about 12k in damage. After all of the repairs, $250 for a dishwasher sounded pretty good. We checked it out, and it was a $1k dishwasher in working condition with a slight blemish on the side of the door that you had to look closely to see.... a steal if it worked ok.So we went, and waited for a bit while they were helping other customers. They scrounged for a kick plate they thought would fit, and we took it home. We hooked it up and it leaked. Bummer. Contacted them via FB, and they said to bring it back the next day. They retested, and it leaked, so they were going to check hoses and seals the following day. They rechecked multiple times the next day and it did not leak, so we picked it up and took it home. At home we realized that the problem was the new tray we put in to protect from water going behind the dishwasher for no more hidden leaks. There were ridges pushing on the housing in the middle, which caused it to leak.. So it was our fault, not the dishwashers.Throughout the process, Smart Buy was courteous and helpful, testing it several times, taking time to talk to us, and planned to give us our money back if it didnt work out.I ordered a new kick plate online, to match the model. A small price to pay for such a great deal.So again, I am surprised at the poor reviews, some of which didnt even purchase from them, but were reviewing based on other reviews. Perhaps others arent accounting for the fact that these are used, factory seconds, or floor models. Obviously you have to be careful, but you can get a good appliance for a fraction of the cost. In the end we just got a great looking, over $1k dishwasher that was manufactured 6 or 7 months ago for less than a quarter the cost. Will definitely look there again when we need another appliance.

Drove over a hour and half round trip to buy what was advertised a brand new Maytag washer and dryer which is still up there. Upon arrival I was told they didn’t want card but instead cash. I left to go get cash came back and wanted to see the machines run. The dryer would never run. The place is a scam. Would not trust.

Please do not take your business to this store. I want to share our recent experience buying a washer and dryer.On Tuesday morning the delivery driver showed up at our house two hours later than he had told us. In that delivery there was only one employee who came to deliver our washer and dryer to the second floor of our new townhome. The gentleman then proceeded and brought up the washer via a trolley. At first the employee said he will drag the washer up because he was alone and did not have any help. He then proceeded to tell us he can do one of two options: drag the washer and dryer up the stair case and that any damages were our issue. Second, he asked my elder mother to help him carry the washer and dryer. Is this a joke? What kind of business is this? Then luckily I was home and was able to help him bring it up stairs. Keep in mind we paid for delivery and were asked to bring our equipment up the stairs. The employee proceeded to damage our walls and carpet. We are very disappointed in this service. When we called the owner of the store he said he will call the employee - he did not do anything. The employee was not called. Finally? My fiancée called the owner and he was absolutely rude talking about how he gave us a discount and a free kit. Frankly, no one cares what you think is a discount or good price. Your business is a joke and this is absolutely ridiculous to ask your own deliver employees to ask the homeowners to bring a washer and dryer up a large flight of stairs.I hope many others read this review and do not purchase from this store or utilize their delivery service at the least.EDIT: The owner posted that we did not inform him of the w/d on the second floor. This is an absolute joke (why would we not tell him logically that it was on the second floor when he asked), he is a fraud and a liar. Please do not waste your money with this company. As far as damages there are multiple bruises on the stairs and the the walls. This is an absolute joke of a company and their reviews speak for itself. Im sure some have gotten away with a steal and minimal issues. Bu our experience and those we know of have shared similar experiences.

The product itself I am happy with. Our service was not great- it took repeated messages to get answers about the product and process, and the delivery was almost an hour after the window given to us.Don’t listen to anything the website says, though. They did not wear masks or use hand sanitizer, and the delivery and installation was $75, not free.

Owner was very friendly. Tried to sell me a washer that was clearly not worth what he wanted for it. I haggled with him for a better looking one. Worked great for three months then motor coupling went out. I had my wife call elite for a repair, they said earliest they could come was over a week from then. I said forget it Ill try to fix it myself. I figured out he issue on my own and called to see if he would at least offer to give me the part for free, he said he didnt sell parts. Said I could buy it from him! I dont think he understood that we were calling in reference to a product he sold us. Cold water attachment leaks now too. $300 including delivery. Get what you pay for. Probably would have tried to charge me for repair too.

Needed a washer and dryer for an apartment I rented. They were not included but you could rent them for an additional $35 per month. So buying a used set was a better option. They delivered today to my third floor apartment and hooked everything up. They tested to make sure all worked. I got a fair price and am happy with my purchase.

Buyers Beware!The prices may be low, but they are the very pinnacle of unprofessional in every way. They dont answer the phone stating the name of their business and after doing some research, Ive discovered they change business names frequently due to having a very long history of complaints and grievances.My wife purchased a refrigerator from this establishment and was told to expect delivery before 12 noon on a Tuesday. Once 12 noon had came and went, I called to the store asking about the delivery to be told it would arrive between 6pm and 7pm. I reminded them this was not what they promised, nor had they called at any time to let me know they needed a later delivery window, so as not to leave me waiting unnecessarily.Two gentleman arrived at my residence approximately 6:30 that evening and proceeded to install the refrigerator we purchased. While moving the unit, they ran into one of the walls of my house, causing visible damage.They ran into some difficulty connecting the water line and told me I would need to go to Home Depot or other store and purchase some kind of adapter because they did not have one on hand. I asked for measurements, exact names, details of what I should ask for and they offered no details about this adapter. So the installation wasnt complete, as they came unprepared.As they were leaving, I called their attention to the damaged they caused and asked how they planned to rectify this. I was told by one gentleman that since the home is new all builders have a policy that they will do touch up repairs after all the furniture has been moved in. The gentleman told me not to call the builder that night, but wait until I had completely finished moving.Since Im not an idiot, I, of course called my builder immediately to confirm they offer have no such policy to touch up damages done by furniture movers and installers. I obtained a quote from a contractor for the repair, then called the shop again asking how they would like me to send them the estimate so that they can pay for the repairs. I was told by them they will not pay and instead, I need to let them come over to do the repair work.I will be taking this matter to small claims court if these gentleman do not accept their responsibility for the damage they caused.

I went to the location to buy a washer & dryer, signs said open I tried to open the door it was locked. The opened sign had 2 different numbers on it I called 1 it was busy, I called the second it rang a couple of times, someone picked up the phone and hung up. I call back no answer after 2 calls no answer. I’m still at the location! Unprofessional, & I definitely don’t appreciate being hung up on. I had cash ready to purchase so I’ll be going somewhere else that will open the door!

We found this appliances place and they work with us loaded our washer on our van and the appliance were all in great conditions and their powers better than anybody around.I definitely recommend it.

Or even an old one from Craigslist.First of all, the appliances are old. Really old. You can expect them to break multiple times.Second of all, they will fight you tooth and nail when you try to use their warranty. The legal language on the receipt says: We offer free labor plus parts for the rest of the year. Well, then they will tell you that means free labor plus (you pay for the) parts. Unbelievable, really unbelievable.Let me break down the cost of what you will likely end up paying for a washer/dryer set:$250: the advertised price for washer + dryer + 1 year warranty!$460: the actual price we paid for a washer + dryer + delivery and installation. (of course, the $250 set does not exist)$145: the cost we paid to have them haul away our broken washer and replace with another shoddy washer within the year. (you know, when the warranty magically stopped covering the price of parts).$110: the cost that we are currently paying a different repairman to service our shoddy replacement after the transmission suddenly gave out.Total cost to date: $715. Yep, could have bought new for that price, and not dealt with multiple phone arguments, broken machines, and time spend waiting on repairs to be completed. (if they do service your machine, beware that they only service one day a week and you have to call about 4 times to get someone to agree to show up).Do yourself a favor and do not give this business your money.

I purchased a washer and dryer set from Elite Appliances earlier this year.The washer hoses included and installed by Elite Appliances promptly leaked all over the apartment and caused an almost $600 washer damage bill. Elite Appliances wouldnt do anything about this and left me to foot the bill.A short while later the hot water stopped working on the washer. Elite Appliances came by to repair it and instead swapped a much older washer with the promise to return with the original washer once it was fixed. I never heard back from them.Recently, some other part in the washer (the much older replacement) failed which resulted in the apartment flooding again! I called Elite Appliances and the guy I spoke to is now claiming that their 1 year warranty doesnt cover parts at all and that Ill have to pay for the repair. This washer has now flooded my apartment TWICE and this guy is seriously asking me to pay for parts? I would expect him to at the minimum finally bring back the original washer I purchased which they swapped out for the much older one when the hot water broke. When I requested the original one back, I was told by Elite Appliances that they dont do business like that and that they dont keep track of washers. You TOOK my washer for a repair, BRING it back!Do NOT buy anything from Elite Appliances. They do NOT stand by their warranty and are sketchy at every turn of the way (besides being overtly rude on the phone).

Bought some appliances from this store, the owner was very nice and tried to give me a good deal to work with my budget, i had free delivery and got every thing installed and working good.

Sold me a fridge he knew to be broken and then ignored my texts to get it fixed until I told him I would contact my attorney. Then he replaced it with another nonfunctional and wrong sided door. He was supposed to come repair it today but didnt show or call. Update: today he was supposed to come for the 3rd time to pick up the 2nd broken fridge and another no show. Dont purchase anything from he for any reason or you will have the same problems. I may have to take him to court to resolve this issue.

We went there at approx 6 pm on a Wednesday(hours listed until 8 pm)-Sign said open but lights off and door locked. We called the number on the door and left message. When he called back he asked us if we could return Thurs. Needless to say we lost a bit of confidence, ie. if we bought from them and had a problem--would they be around to assist? They may very well be an upstanding company but we will not try this time.

This is the best place to buy your next unit. These folks stand behind their products and if anything does go wrong, they come out immediately to repair it.

We got a washer and dryer set two months ago. The dryer has broken down three times already. The tech who installed it told us he put a brand new heat coil in there so it would get hotter than other dryers. Then it blew out a fuse three times. Need permanent fix and all they want to do is the cheap fix.

I recently bought a Kenmore washer and dryer from these guys. My dryer quit on me, which is the risk you take when youre purchasing a used appliance. They sent a repairman out immediately and made the repair. These guys back up their warranty.
