I recently purchased jet ski from a friend that, after purchasing had a bad engine. This bit of bad news meant my summer was shot. Pete was able to take my jet ski in and have the engine rebuilt and back to me in no time at all. i have been driving the machine around a few weeks now after break in. he and his guys did a great job. I cannot recommend this place enough. they have a no nonsense, honest approach, that I personally appreciate out of my mechanic. they do great work here, and i am a customer for life. The thing that I appreciated most was after the rebuild was complete, Pete asked me if I could please run Yamalube in it, please run the best . I like how he took ownership of the work he had done, and cared enough to make sure the engine gets the best oil & gas later on.most mechanics would not take the time, to make sure you get the best out of your machine. Took my jet boat to him over a weekend and he looked at it right away Monday morning and it was an easy fix, so I got it back right away. I really appreciated that he got to it so fast, especially since it wasnt a major repair and I could get it back in the water!

When all other big box dealers said 6 weeks for service on my 2019 RXT 300 these guys had it done in less than 24 hours. Why would anybody go to NeilsonAwesome service. This is the place to go!!

Bought an old Sea-Doo GTX from Peter last season. A lot of hours on the body and digital components but he installed a brand new motor. He also got it ready on a crazy schedule during peak prep season and it worked perfectly all summer.While its not the most convenient location for me going forward, I plan on bringing any jet skis back to Fox Valley Power Sports as long as they continue to do a good job with fair prices.FOLLOW-UP Comments:Despite the amazing knowledge, skill, and fair pricing from the brothers, the communication is horrendous. I understand that its busy season but this will be the second season of running into communication issues. Not worth the effort if the business is too far out of your way.They should try to hire a secretary!

We purchased a used 1998 Sea-Doo WaveRunner from Peter and I put it in the water with the plugs out and got water on the engine and it wasn’t running right…Peter stuck with us and looked at it not one or two times… But five times and never gave up until we figured out what was wrong with it after I flooded it with water LOLHe treated us really well and I would highly recommend this place to anyone purchasing or getting repairs done. Super honest guys that work hard all day long!

Had an old jetski that needed a full engine rebuild. Had Peter fully rebuild it. Great customer service/communication and does great work in very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend and will return again for any future repairs!

Been riding jet skis for 20 years. It took that long to find the Ultimate place to take my Sea•Doo. I was recommended by my friend to go here. It was really far from my house, but is totally worth the drive. If you are passionate about your sport, like I am.....Martin is passionate about what he does, your machine, and his customers. Been using FVMS for a few seasons. Each time has been great. Marty and Peter know how to diagnose any issue and fix it adorably. They have fair and honest prices. Marty is a whiz at getting parts for my old ski and gets them at great prices.I tell all my buddies about this place- it’s a great locally owned business and by far better than thos joints up by the chain of lakes.
