Kyle here at Iron city is super knowledgeable, he even brought in two mechanics to help explain clutch asm. to me and got me the correct parts for what I needed. Definitely will be coming back for all my sxs needs.

After having a bad experience with a dealer in Tucson, Jerry and Ryan showed us what customer service was all about. We started the process at 5:15 on a Friday, had units to trade in, wanted a new Ranger that was at the Phoenix location, Ryan evaluated our trades, gave us a very fair offer for them, Jerry drove to Phoenix bright and early Saturday morning and brought down the new Ranger, the guys in the service department installed the options we wanted and the new unit was on our trailer and heading home by 1:00 Saturday afternoon. I can not say enough about the experience we had at Iron City. Thank you, Ryan, Jerry and the others that made our purchase a great experience.

Need Minus 5 Stars but, oh well. I made arrangements last week to have two of my Polaris ATVs picked up today for service. Not only did no one call, no one showed up. I called TWICE and was told they knew NOTHING about my arrangements. Finally, four hours later, on a THIRD call, the person actually Argued with me and said that I had made arrangements Yesterday instead of Last Week. Whaaaaa??? What difference does it make WHEN I made the arrangements, and WHY on Earth would you argue or lie about it? On this Final phone call, I gave up. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Heading BACK to Adrenalin Motorsports with whom I have had EXCELLENT service.

We had a transmission problem with my 2009 Polaris Ranger. We initially took it to a dealer in Tucson who said both clutches needed to be replaced for $2000 and it would take two weeks plus.We heard the service writers there work on commission and didn’t trust them.We then took it to Iron City Polaris in Casa Grande who rebuilt the primary clutch in a few days for $300. It has been running perfectly ever since. We can’t say enough for them. Great place to do business with.

Used to be a good place.And Chris in service is very good, its just getting to him from the front desk !!!!Called last Friday to set appointment for clutch problems on my Razor. Talked with Ryan, he set up for my Razor to be picked up on Wednesday April 17th. At 10 am I called them to see what time they were coming. Talked to a person whom claims he would be the one to come pick it up, and he did not have it on the calendar. Took my number said Ryan was in a meeting, he would get with him and get back to me. 2 hrs go by nothing. I call back talk to Kyle he says same thing, he needs to talk to Ryan and find out what is going on. No call nothing. Nice customer service !!!! Right ???? OMG !!!! Ride now I thought was terrible, they have been surpassed by Iron City Casa Grande Az.
