Reps were kind and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Stock was small, park ample. All in all pleasant place to shop. I do recommended

Its always pleasant. The never have enough staff on floor. I know what I want when I go in so its fine but if I had a question, no one to ask. The cashier was very nice and friendly.

Very well laid out. Great signage so its very easy to find what you need. Has craft items as well as a great selection of sewing fabrics.

First time at this specific location...didnt look at fabrics but I will go back. The yarn supply was okay. 3 foam, 24 x 30 was $45.00; left it behind, Ill look elsewhere. Ill return and spend more time.

This location is the smallest JoAnns Ive been to. The store is well stocked and has a wide variety of craft, fabric, etc. items. The staff is friendly and store is well organized.

Absolutely nothing there I needed. Couldnt find any elastic. No lingerie fabrics........tons of really cheap fabrics that are barely suitable for making a dog bed. Cant use a coupon thats online for JoAnns unless I download their App.....so I didnt get 40% off my only Dritz notion. Had to pay full price!

Retail chain hobby supply store. It’s smaller than most Joann stores. The staff is helpful, most of the time. There are only two stores like this here in town. Not like we have many options. Lol!

Went to your location on 6/4 because when you google joann it says your open til 8 I drove across town for nothing, at least micheals had the correct open-close time. I have to drive to the other side of town again to micheals because your website is inaccurate.

The staff at the store are always friendly. My only complaint is there seasonal dept is always under stocked. As this part of the valley keeps growing this store is not stocking to keep up with the growth. Nine times out of ten I will drive to one of the better stocked stores.

Great customer service and selection. Not sure I liked the smell but probably it was a seasonal clash of some sort. Lots of reusable bags for purchase. Craft classes available. Coupons on app or mail.

Store is clean, neat and organized. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes at entrance of store. Friendly staff.One thing I would recommend is having atleast one of the retail staff walking through the store asking customers if they need help rather than all gathering up front.

They carry a variety of quality fabrics and some craft items. Staff is courteous. Have gwntleman that does knife sharpening in the store from 9-6 on yhe first Thursday of the month.

Great store, nice crafts, but a bit pricey.

I find needed supplies for all my needle crafts, crochet, sewing, quilting, knitting. Love using the coupons that saves money.

Coupons and sales are a much needed incentive. Inventory is lacking because this is a smaller less stocked store. I could only find a couple of acrylic paints, and alcohol inks werent available. Customer service is hard to find and may need more training with knowing where the merchandise is located. A SMILE and Thank you from staff would be great when you make a purchase.

Feeling crafty

This last visit (just a few days ago in January 2020 at CG) was not friendly. Good supply of items and I found what I wanted with the help of one of the women working there. Both women who helped me were oddly unfriendly, as if I had interrupted them.

I use it once or twice a week. I also get both cars detailed every year. All I can say 😉 it beats all other car washs in casa grande!!!keep up the good services and low prices!

The staff is great, very helpful. The prices are a bit high but its no different at any other crafts store, but Casa Grande store doesnt have as many options. Its just a bit disappointing. Thats the main reason they didnt get all 5 stars.

This story is fairly easy to get to. It has lots of parking, the store is a generic Joann. But if you are looking for decently priced craft items it is well stocked

Slow service. 1 cutter fabric, one cashier. Stock boxes always out in isles. Not sure where other employees are. Do have a good selection. Hate their coupons.

Super disappointed in the poor customer service. I took my daughter there because she wanted to make something and we asked the front desk to help us and she said she couldn’t and directed us to the ladies in the fabric department. My daughter and I went back there and the 2 employees were complaining on how busy they were and oh well they can’t help us. I was completely shocked they would talk like this in front of numerous customers. I will never go back there. I also heard the front desk gal say that one of them was the manager!!!! REALLY!! WOW!!

Items for store pick up online show multiple availabilities but they get cancelled due to no inventory a lot. Orders from this location also always take long for ready for pick up. Other cities orders are ready within 1 hr.

I love this place! The staff are always friendly and the classes I take are always great and educational. They make it easy to save with coupons and sales. Do recommend!

Customer service is out of this world, they are always knowledgeable and eager to help .

Store size seem smaller than other JOANN store but it is clean and neat. Products are well stocked.

Expensive an if you walk in looking like your crafting they. Act like they never get paint on them selves or hands dirty stuck up staff an I felt like I was being judged an dismissed when indie need help but in a pinch iguess

Im really getting frustrated with your company. I live in a small town in Arizona and Joanns is the only fabric store for 30 miles. It was pathetic before the pandemic but now it looks like the store is closing. Whats up with that?

I love how the staff assists you in locating items and, best of all, getting discounts!

I enjoyed getting items I need to fill my sewing projects. Plus down loading saving coupons.

The staff appears unapproachable. If you go several times, the associates warm to you. The classes and instructors are fabulous, both friendly and fun.

Very helpful also assisted with down loading the app so that we can receive dicount.
