I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Bought XS gloves from here for my daughter for cosmo school. I was told I could return them if they did not fit. They came apart before she could even try them on. I took them back and the manager treated me poorly and stated that she could not accept the return because they did not have a sku. The cashier literally used another box of medium gloves to make the sale because the box did not have a sku. It is not the customers fault that the box did not have a sku and that should have been thought about before they were counted into inventory and put on the shelf for sale. I called customer service and the manager/employee even talked them into not having her accept the return. I asked her to speak with the cashier who made the sale and she said she would not be back until next week. So they leave me with an expensive box of 100 (98 now) useless gloves that they sold to me. Even though they rung up medium to make the sale, could the manager honestly say I cant find medium latex gloves somewhere else 2x cheaper. Really? I try to support my local business but this is unacceptable. It is a shame that business have managers (employee) like these that treat customers as if their not being truthful. I am pushing a corporate complaint on this one. I will take it as high as I can. No one should be treated this way.UPDATE:Initial rating was 1 star because of the way the manager handled my situation. Updated to 5 stars because of my elevated complaint to customer service. The customer service agent assisting me was amazing. She even stated that there was a way to look at the camera footage from the date of my sale to validate my purchase. The store received a call prior to them calling me. I am very pleased on how the district manager and up handled my complaint. Thank you customer support and thank you lay employees at the store that attempted to help me settle this matter.

The customer service could be better and the shelves could be stocked they didnt have what I was looking for in the store you have to go online for certain item. I prefer to go in the store the item. Over all Sally beauty can do better.

Bring my girl here all the time for hair dye and toner and everything in between.

HORRIBLE!! Says it’s for dark hair only, but it did absolutely nothing to my hair. & employees couldn’t even help me out with what other items I needed to use with this color, they should really suggest hiring ONLY LICENSED PEOPLE.

Not only do I always find what I’m looking for, the staff is very helpful and answers whatever questions you have. I’ve found some great products in the store. This summer I decided to dye my hair knowing little about what dyes are good and bad and one of your employees helped me pick out the perfect dye. Will definitely keep coming here.

The lady that waited on me was awful. I will never go to your shop again. Most employees know about products to help you with what I was in there for.

Tried to do curbside pick up last three days.today I actually drove up saw employee and still couldnt get any one to answer the phone it just gave a busy signal everytime Ive called like its off the hook. I dont understand why curbside is offered if not available just post that.

I drove from Florence for supplies and there were two of us waiting for the store to open at 12:17 we gave up. there was a sign on the door be back in an hour.....from when ??? Thats rediculous!!

Took my wife to Sallys yesterday; what can I say.....the store itself is clean/nice. The customer service was probably the worst me and my wife have ever experienced ...There were to associates working, they were to concerned with talking in the back while me and my wife were waiting at the cashier to pay for product..all together we waited about 15 mins and there was a other girl behind who just left.... I have never seen a cashier come out from the back of the store ...after we asked her for help because we were waiting and just went back again to the back of the store after she came out to the cashier.. ourselves and the girl behind us thought was this some kind of a joke....anyways the store itself has nice items ...I would of gave it 5stars if customer service was good...but unfortunately they should think about retraining there associates on how to properly give customer service....for that I give them -5 stars......

My wife and I went there three seperate times On each occasion we experienced a very rude clerk i dont know if there are any interracial couples who go there but if u do please be perpared to deal with rudeness from a young lady who was rolling her eyes smacking her lips and talking very rude and disrespectful and do not think u can buy something and return it and get your money anytime soon this store is a joke and so are the people who work there please do not go here drive the extra and go to Maricopa where the service is friendly and helpful the store clerk in casa grande actually locked us out and called security when she was the one being disrespectful...NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE

I kept calling for some clippers that they said they would order and have waitting gor me. After a whole week of calling I gave up. They should hire employees that actually know how to do their job!

I went in there today, this girl was so freakin RUDE!!!! & she had no idea what she was talking about. You think if u sold the product you would know more about it, or at least admit she dont know to much about it.I GOGGLED the nail questions I had, and she gave me totally wrong info.OK i get it, its a job for her, but she didnt have to be so freakin RUDE!! Or LIE!!!On top of it all, she was eatting and helping me, (if you wany to call it helping) her breath was HORRENDOUSLYNASTY & she chewed with her mouth open smacking it was NASTY and RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL.I WONT BE GOING BACK!!!

Girls are VERY rude and dont help,if you ask. they just stare at you and wait at the register for you to finish up, so they can touch up their make up and gossip. hate going in there just because of the employees.
