I use to live in Casa Grande when I needed computer service, I dropped my computer off and in a short period of time he had it fixed and told me what was wrong with it. I should have Greg on a retainer--with three laptops and one desk top all-in-one computer, I have run into too many devastating incidents. He was successful in removing the viruses that totally ruined my computers. Then, much to my relief, he was able to restore documents that dealt with my dissertation as well as family photos that I treasured. He also checked back with me to ensure that all was copacetic and the computers were working well. ACC is definitely the place to take your ailing computer.

I rate this a five star because my computer shut down and I could not get it to come back on at all. I actually thought that was it and I would have to trash it because of the different opinions that I was getting from people. I thought I would give it a chance just to see what a technician thought, so I left my computer with the tech and he diagnosed it and call me to tell me it can be fixed so I let him keep it and he got rid of the problem and installed a very good and reasonable spyware and I had my computer back within a week. My laptop recently shut down and he was able to quickly get it back running for me. I was very pleased with the work he has done for me.

Don’t listen to these bad reviews, my computer wouldn’t display an image after upgrading a processor and Gregg figured out the problem for me! Definitely would recommend him for any computer repair service!!

I rate this 5 stars because he did great work! I had my computer crash and it wasnt getting power, so I thought I had lost everything I had on this computer with no back up for it. I took it in and he was able to get everything off the computer and put it on an external drive for me and for a great price I might add! Great service and did in a timely fashion!

My gaming computer was running slow and was getting lots of pop ups. I called and took it in. They found lots of viruses and were able to get them off. Also they recommended a anti virus protection. Everything is working pretty good now.

I could not get into my bank account or email. They did a service call and were able to eventually get our bank and email accessible . The printer was also having trouble and now works

I brought computer in because it was running slow; would not connect to facebook. They cleaned the virus stuff and helped me get an antivirus loaded. Now everything is working excellent. They even dropped by my house for no charge to help with activation; I am now going to have them look at my other computer.

OMG DONT USE THIS GUY! Hes full of advanced concepts on how he can confuse & scam you outta more money, with his fast talking gibberish. I took a laptop to him that I wanted restored to factory settings with all personal information lost. Having done that MYSELF before, I know its not a huge deal. Before he even looked at it he tried to tell me he will probably find viruses. After he looked at it, he called, of course he supposedly found tons of viruses. He wanted $180, alleging it was so full of viruses it wont even connect to the Internet. $180 was at a discounted rate of %50 off. (Since Im a new customer)When I got it back, it OBVIOUSLY had not been restored to factory settings. It still showed the previous owners name. Oh yea, it also connects & navigates the Internet just fine. If your looking for computer repaid, dont look here. Find a legit business, not a SHED NEXT TO A SKETCHY MOBILE HOME IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE.

Hi, I rated this at a 1 star because this service provider is one where you really should use caution and all business judgment. I took my work computer to be serviced by ACC, he initially seemed very helpful with information. He presented an initial diagnostic fee of $80 up front. I found this to be reasonable and agreed to the cost. We talked about backing up the data for obvious reasons. He was to perform a diagnostic then report to me what needed to be done. That was our initial verbal agreement.He printed the work order after I paid the fee. I failed at that point to use my better judgment and read all that was written. Mostly because he continued to talk and try to explain what the service agreement was while I was trying to read it, while continuing to point out where I was to sign. I was in a tight spot and gave the benefit of the doubt then signed the work order. CAUTION- READ, READ, READ, everything in his service order. I left and read what I signed. After reading I discovered that my initial fee was what he termed as a retainer not a diognostic fee. Second it stated I waved the option for data back up.Even more if something went wrong my only remedy would be to go somewhere else after paying any additional labor fees that could occur. If I continued I would be bound to the if, if something went wrong. What was on paper was not what was discussed and verbally agreed to. I confirmed with my superiors what should be done. I had to cancel the order. I went back to pick up my computer. Mr.Webb initially when I called seemed to be hiding beside is office (Shed). I explained to him the situation. He immediately proclaimed he could not refund my initial $80 fee... He didnt even have myComputer 15 minutes..... His service agreement is very risky and a potential trap of a money pit with a no solutions contract. He completely removed all liability from himself and does not provide any guarantee for his work even if damage or data loss occurs while he is providing service.I understand companies protecting themselves from situations. However to not guarantee his work or take responsibility of something he caused is a huge red flag. He also asked some very questionable questions. For example if there were any names stored on the hard drive. I dont understand how that was a relevant question. It seemed to specific and personal. Its plain the majority of us will have important data stored on our system. That question was also a red flag.So ultimately if you decide to use his service dont just listen to his spoken words I highly recommend read your contract before you sign.(Updated review) I have decided to bring my review and rate a little higher. My purpose for doing so is because Mr.Webb went out of his way to make things right. He after reading my review contacted me and offered a refund. I wasnt able to get to him so he came to me. They came to our location about a year ago and fixed the printer problem.Recently they helped with my emails. The emails were not coming up at all now they are. Everything was hooked back up and works good.

Having cleaned my fans on my Alienware M17 I had inadvertently pulled off one of the small plastic connectors connecting my fan next to the heatsink. I after a few attempts managed to bend those small pins and had no way of fixing it. I was so fortunate to locate Advanced Computerized Concepts, not only was it a well knowledgeable tech they were also the only one open on a Saturday. I went to their place of bussiness with the computer and told my story. I spoke with Greg Webb, talk about one very knowledgeable person as well as the most interesting conversationalist, had me laughing in no time as we talked about my issue. I got to spend sometime with Greg, as we spoke I knew I had chosen the right place. Greg had the computer fixed in a couple of days not that it took that long to fix but, he is very thorough it turns out I had damaged the pin to such an extent he had to do some extra work on it to get it to his high standard of operation and then tested it several times, I picked the computer up and that night was using it with absolutely no issues a fantastic job and not only did Greg fix it he also called a few days later to check to make sure everything was fine. I think Greg is such a great person not only in his field of work but, an all around good person the cost was cheaper than all the other places and the work was far above what Im use to getting hope if you have any computer problems take my advice and go see Greg at Advanced Computerized Concepts you will be more than satisfied

My computer did not come on and I called and they came out the same day. The problem was fixed two days later and they brought it out and everything is working again.

East indian scammers from ertechmate took $1300 dollars and wanted $800 and then refused at time . Then they locked us out of the computer.We brought into Advanced Computerized Concepts and they were able to clean up the computer and put our old operating system back in.They put in a anti virus and firewall and reset everything.Both computers are dells and I advise to stay away from these indian scammers.

I have used ACC for computer problems multiple times, and each time I have been very happy with the results. On two different occasions, one of my computers was running very slowly. My best guess was that it had a virus. I took it to ACC and asked if they could determine the issue and remove any viruses found. It turned out the computer did have viruses, and ACC successfully removed them. After I got the computers back, they ran just as fast as they did when they were new.On another occasion, I had a laptop that had an apparent screen connection issue. ACC took a look at it and was able to fix it within a day.Most recently I had an old family computer (about 12-13 years old) have its original hard drive crash. Unfortunately, we had valuable data such as family pictures still on the hard drive. I took the computer to ACC and asked if there was any way they could recover the data. I was told it was likely it could be recovered, and that they would do their best to recover it. A few days later I received a call from ACC saying the data recovery was successful, and I was given multiple copies of the data on a disc.Overall I have been very pleased each time I have taken a computer to ACC.

This guy knew he could not fix my devices but convinced he could I told him exactly what the problem was he said the item may not need to be replaced maybe just cleaned so I figured I would give him a chance he charged me $80 for inspect two identical units same make and model $40 a piece he called me a few days later saying he couldnt fix it and maybe he could but the piece needed would cost me another $65 for a small usb charging port ok so I declined and asked him did he open both units he said yes then when I picked up the tablets I had to snap one of the units back in place because he failed to do so then I see after I left the screen is cracked at the top then calls him now he says he didnt open that device just checked for the serial number which is bs because the make and model is located on the back of the device he then said he went over and beyond on one unit to see if he could fix it then said Im lucky he didnt charge me more I let him know thats what the $40 per unit was for to see if he can fix it he then kept talking over me about what he had to do to see if he can fix it I asked what about the screen he said sometimes things break and to bad it says so in the contract which it doesnt he that he would not pay to fix it I then told him to small claims court he said if I did he would bill me and not to mess with him he became very angry I guess its my fault for thinking this guy who looks like he sleeps on the streets and business looks like a hoarders home crap everywhere filthy with one folding chair to sit in I should have listened to my first mind and walked out I guess I didnt want to judge him now Im paying for it

My computer totally crashed on windows 10. He reinstalled windows 7 back original and I couldnt be more pleased. Being down from Canada he was a lifesaver.

Not to be trusted. A shabby trailer in his back yard that you can hardly walk into. I took a laptop into ACC because he said he could take out a Trojan that kidnapped my computer. First it was $40 Diagnostic fee which was fair then he calls back says it is infested with viruses and will be $175. Because he already had it we told him to go ahead. Then he calls back and says he will not charge for all his time just another $25 which we are now up to $240.00 that he wants cash for which is a little suspicious to me. IMPO wonder how he is reporting this to the government for taxes. Then when we pick it up he proceeds to tell us about Panda internet security for his cost at $79. When I googled it when I got home MSRP is only $59.00. Another lie. He said that Panda was a high end security service when in fact is is rated average at best. I then asked about a flash drive I had & he said he wouldnt use it in a computer unless its cleaned & he will clean it, that is after he asked me how much I paid for it. I foolishly gave it to him because he was going to donate it. Yea right to him self. He also spewed out something about how Arizona doesnt filter the internet as well as where we live in Illinois because it is so open thats why they get so many viruses out here. That is not one I did not fall for. He was just trying to sell a security disc. Please go to a reputable place to have your computer fixed, one that has a warranty on work as this one does not.
