I ordered a $470 logic module plus $30 for expedited shipping for my boiler in October 2017. The part was defective, so they said they cant sell it to me, which was nice of them. However, its December 28, 2017and I have been told ( by Rich) they would refund my order, but they have not. Its been two months and multiple phone calls with Rich in customer service, but NO REFUND. Nor have they have not responded to any of my emails. They seem nice, but what would be really nice would be my $510 back. Order number is #70692. Not trustworthy!! Buy elsewhere.I got my refund today Feb 7, 2018 after I told them this past Saturday that I would file a fraud report with my bank if I didnt receive it today. I got it. I thank you but will never buy form them again.EVER

I ordered a Limit Switch for my heater unit and chose priority shipping. The part number and picture online matched my replacement part. I waited a couple of days to receive it and thought it would be helpful to call and get a tracking number. I called up and after waiting over 5 minutes on hold I was told it was going out today. I received it several days later and it was the wrong part (a part that was less than half the cost of the one I purchased). Part numbers didnt match and it was shaped completely different. I sent side by side pictures via an email to try to explain the issue and then placed a follow up call. I was treated rudely and as if I had the issue. I explained I was going out of town and the unit could not be fixed on time as a result of their mistakes. I was eventually told, you can keep the part and well give you a refund. I told them I just wanted the correct part, thats all. They gave me a credit. But despite my efforts to further communicate with them to try to get the correct part sent to me I never received a response. Fortunately, I had people who could check on the house periodically to make sure it was OK while I was away. The temperatures were in the 20s overnight and I didnt want pipes to freeze. I really encourage you not to choose this company. It is risky. I chose a different retailer.

I ordered a discontinued part that they said they had in stock. It was to fix my water heater, which of course means I had no hot water. I called 4 times in 2 weeks to figure out where the part was. Every time I called I was told it was shipped that day. The last time I called, I was told that the post office mustve lost it and that he was going to overnight the part. I said if we didnt get it the next day, I would be canceling my order. He told me to save my time, that I was treating him poorly and he was cancelling my order. Which he did. The only good thing I have to say is that we did receive a refund. But we still dont have hot water.
