We were in the market for a new refrigerator and looked at Home Depot after online shopping. Curtis R helped us while we were browsing and before you know it, we had purchased a new one thanks to his knowledgeable assistance. He is a great asset to the appliance department and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful, healthy hanging basket flowers from Home Depot garden center, and my diy patio projects utilizing supplies from HD, I couldnt be more pleased. Friendly courteous staff and well appointed store.

Ordered a washer and dryer here. Bought the specific models because we were told they were in stock and they would deliver. Morning of the delivery date they called us and said that the date had to be pushed back for 1 week because for some reason it just didnt end up on the truck. 1 week later no delivery still we call and again they tell us it wasnt going to be delivered for another week for some reason. They did offer a full refund for the delivery fee plus a little, which we have yet to receive. Finally 2 weeks late and almost a month after being purchased the units show up. Surprise, the dryer doesnt have a power cord and must be ordered, which wouldnt be a problem if the sales person would have said something about it when we purchased the unit. We are now going on a month without washer and dryer and have to wait even longer for a power cord to show up. Not impressed with this Home Depot

Did not have what I needed. Simple thing that any hardware store should carry. Cleaner for rust removal for tools. Came up as being carried at Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply, Walmart, and other places. But no, only on line at Home Depot. So I had to drive clear across town to get it at Tractor Supply after assuming they had it. Not impressed.

My order tells me it has arrived on my home depot app. But... i call the store and they wont even look, they say it will arrive the 19th of September. Very bland attitude. Lady seemed to get irritated when i asked any questions and wouldnt even tell me her name. Very rude customer service.

This is the worst Home Depot if you need knowledge for assistance. No one knows anything.

My husband and I went in to look at weed eaters and left with a pretty decent one as well as an impact wrench that was on sale. Rick, the sales associate, and Amber, the self checkout host, were amazing with their help.

Great Pro desk! Martha and Mike are awesome! Dave in plumbing is never to busy for a question and the cashiers as a whole are great. Valerie at the customer service desk has a great attitude. Some of the products could be a little better quality. And the 10 percent military discount should apply to everything, didnt know concrete was not on the list. Just makes it a little confusing. But other than that you guys have a great team. Photo was just for effect.

The product we wanted was readily available and for a great price too. The store was clean.

This has to be about the worst Home Depot ever. Dont trust the app if the items you want, show in stock. You will arrive at the store and no one can find what you are looking for. Many times now have heard from an employee it says we have X number of those, but I dont know where they are . You would be better of at Menards or Contractor Supply (if you need tools).

I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot‘s and this is one of the best ones perhaps it’s the small town feel that has survived in this area or maybe they just hire all right people

Found some of the things I was looking for but not all. The store was clean and organized. Fairly busy but no lines to check out.

Linda is the best ever! So very patient and goes way out of her way to help everyone! Theres another great help that works at the professional desk, I dont know his name but he helped me get Milwaukee drill set, thank you. Id search these two out for help because it didnt Matter what department it was in, they got it done!

Best to search for items with the in-store locator. Checkout and service desk folks are friendly.

They usually have what you need but most of the services is pretty awful! There are two great helpful employees but they cant run every department.

We were looking at appliances and it was nice to not have a sales person breathing down our neck, when we required assistance it was close by and very helpful.

Don’t let these guys install or order anything for you. Even if you have to pay more it’s worth it to avoid all the time you will lose trying to fix their mistakes and incompetence.

They unloaded me real quick they start around 0700. If you are delivering here there is a lot of overnight parking plus a flyJ a block away.

Hi I ordered a washer, dryer and dishwasher. When I called to find out they were in, I arranged to pick them up the next day. When I went in to pick them up the woman at he service desk was very nice and helpful. She told the people in the back that I would need helping loading them.BUT. The guys in the back brought them up on pallet jacks, dropped them off in a front aisle and left Finally asked a worker to get me help. It took five minutes. Finally an older gentleman came to help With the washer, dryer and dishwasher. No way we could lift them to a cart.He helped my son load one, while my son went took it out to the vehicle he left. When we were loading the last one, he came back and said. I would have helped!Most of the service was lousy. So if your going to home depot for a big item bring some guys with you to help load. Your going to need it!!!

The information available online is so far ahead of what is currently provided by any and all competitors. I can know exactly what is in stock and the aisle and bay so that it is a quick trip rather than wandering around the store like at other places. The staff seem to know exactly where things are when asked also. Well done!

Great except the price on OSB

There was 1 person working the customer service counter at 9am Friday. I waited 15 minutes while he was on the phone. I was told he was the only one scheduled that could take my payment! Poor service.

Todays visit (2/7/2020) to Home Depot, Casper, Wyoming, was the best experience EVER! Alice, Carrie, and Jennifer, were absolutely AMAZING AND AWESOME! They were both so very knowledgeable and patient with us in selecting carpet, refrigerator, and microwave! They endured our jokes and were very engaging and professional! HD is very lucky to have these fine women to proceed such incredible customer service! Rick & Julie Davis

I love this store ! Unfortunately todays experience was less than favorable... The ladys that checked us out had absolutely no idea what they were talking about and would have sounded a lot smarter if they just admitted it and found someone who knew what they were talking about!

They say wear a mask. However only 50% are wearing them. Other than that. GOOD STORE.

My visit was wonderful. The Assistant Manager, Chance, went above and beyond to help me. My payment was due today and the systems were down. He called a corporate office and they accepted my payment, thus avoiding a late charge. He did this all with a smile on his face and a wonderful attitude. Kudos to my hero of the day, Chance!

Always pleased with my visit! There are employees ready to help almost all the time even when its busy. Can almost always find exactly what im looking for. Great store. Absolutely recommend!

The customer service people rarely know if something is carried in store and will tell you it is not, when it is.Be careful buying things from this business, if you have to return or exchange something be prepared to have to fight to get your money back.Even unopened, untouched items will be rejected.

There website doesnt match what they actually have in store. Also when I called them they said they had products that they dont have. I call the next day to confirm and they said they had it but when I got there I was told they havent carried it in weeks

Their lumber is too expensive. Common board 1x6x6 shouldnt be $7.69!

I have had no anxiety about the corona situation but after going to this home Depot, it is the most ignorant setup I have ever seen. They closed off their largest doors and are funneling everybody super close to each other through a small area. If you do not want to get sick do not go to home Depot.

Very helpful staff. Ive found 95% of my home improvement materials at or below the cost of the other big home improvement store. Home Depot also allows well behaved dogs that are leashed. Recently Ive had a lot of dealings with the paint departmen. The day manager and staff seem to have a firm grasp on the department and have shared some tips that have made things easier for me... Kudos paint department.

Theres a guy there named Mike at the pickup station that was asked to help me load my purchase of cabinets 400.00 dollars. I am disappointed with this person I have had 5 back surgery and I waited for him, which was a no show and I loaded them myself

I needed to buy a refrigerator yesterday. There are few people on the floor at 11 am so had to find someone. Of course the refrigerator I wanted was not in stock and would need to be ordered. This is the third time this has happened in the past year and I am done trying to do business with them. Went down the road to Menards and they had fridge in stock and delivered today.

Nancy is the best.

The staff was helpful and they had an amazing deal on Ryobi cordless power tools.

Not nearly the selection of most home depot stores. For example, no pressure treated lumber, they claimed nobody had them so went to other big hardware store down the road and they had plenty and were getting more unloaded. Lots of other small examples of a limited selection but what can be expected in a small market. I dont like getting lumber or big items at the other hardware store in town because of the lousy pick up system but they do have a bigger selection of lumber there. Same lackluster service as all of HDs. I think the employees are trained to avoid customers with questions. Overall, if you know that HD is what it is and this is Casper so lower your expectations for what is available its an OK Home Depot. Expect to do self check out, its like Walmart with several check out lanes but all of them closed.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff!

Delay checking out with can of spray paint. Had to wait for clerk to enter code . She said it was due to federal law. I told her I often buy spray paint at Menards and Walmart and they never hold me up to enter a code. Next time they delay me for an imaginary Home Depot law, Ill leave the whole cart of stuff at the checkstand for her to put away.Oh yeah, Im passing this around. My boss is a retired police captain so Ill pass this to him first.
