I have been a boat owner all my life but I learned some things. There were a couple very minor warranty items that needed to be addressed and they jumped right on them and are handling them for me. I have a 2018 Malibu MLX. The Catalytic converter went out, its under warranty, but I have a 5 day trip planned in just a few days and with no boat we would have to cancel. I am from Denver, but I couldnt get it repaired in Denver in a timely manner, so I called up to the next closest Malibu Dealer Driven Powersports and these guys got me taken care of fast! Did a great job, saved our family trip! Thanks guys! Brought it home last night and took it out to the lake and Now it works great! - Thanks to Indmar as well for the coordination of everything and for getting the part there in time to make this all work out! I recently purchased a 2019 Chaparral 297 SSX from Driven Powersports and I couldnt be happier. We bought the boat without making a visit or a test drive. Matt sent us several detailed videos of the boat and answered all of my questions. I live in Louisville KY and had the boat shipped from Wyoming. The crew did a great job of wrapping and protecting the boat for the trip. Barry and Matt were great to work with throughout the entire process. By far the best experience I’ve had with any dealership. Girlfriend bought a new Polaris for this coming season, the entire staff was great. They were very patient. Dealt mainly over the phone via text with the owner. When we arrived at the dealership we received a warm welcome and spent quite a bit of time with a tech going over the Snowmobile. Drove 16 hrs round trip for atv that I purchased 2 days before I arrived to pick it up. I get there and the transaction went smoothly and quick and they were decent to deal with. I get home and my daughter wants to ride it so I check the fluids and was a quart low on engine oil and the tire pressure was between 1.5psi and 2 in all 4 tires. I tried to make contact with no return call. Its kind of my fault but I feel as tho I shouldnt have to check a brand new machine fluid levels before leaving a dealer. 3 dealers in the same travel time had what I was looking for. Ill go elsewhere next time.

The place is a ghost town. People walk by not saying a word. I waited a long time to finally talk to the parts guy. He only happen to come strolling in from outside otherwise Id probably still be waiting. Once I got some help I was on my way in no time. Id like to add that ordering something overnight does not always mean overnight. You can order here on a Wednesday morning and its guaranteed by Monday late afternoon... Lame! If this place doesnt have the part you need on the shelf get the part number and order it your self. You dont have to pay dealer mark up and the wait on shipping is the same if not faster ordering parts yourself. Youll have a tracking number too, not an unavailable parts person to help you.

Just bought my new Rzr here. Ty was great and so far so is service and parts. Some things are back ordered but they are great at staying in contact and estimating times.

People here arent very helpful. Stand around. Do not answer internet queries. Too rich to sell i guess

Very helpful and not pushy

Was promised on Saturday morning to have my jet ski back by following weekend as long as I had machine there by Tuesday morning. Dropped the machine off Tuesday at 9:15 am and was told by Danielle wouldn’t be for close to two weeks because the boss had some buddies that needed their boats worked on and they took priority. Mind you I live 2 hours away so it was a horrible inconvenience for me. Was told that no appointment was “set in stone” until machine was on premises. Obviously that is unless it’s a buddy to the boss. Apparently the boss was out with his buddies sometime between Saturday after business had closed for weekend and beginning of business on tuesday.Happy to send anyone the responses back from Danielle to anyone interested as well. I’d post them up for everyone to see but can’t figure how to post up screen shots. Have them all saved for anyone interested to see how the conduct business at Driven.

Purchased a 2020 Can-Am outlander from Danielle. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Drove up from Gillette and had everything ready for us by the time we got here. Signed, loaded up and hit the road within 45 minutes. Will definitely do service with them in the future!

Would never do business with them again. Customer service is definitely not a strong point in the service department. I would never treat an upset customer that way.

I had a warranty issue with my 2018 Polaris RZR purchased from another dealer and the service department resolved the issue while treating me very well. I later had another warranty issue which they quickly resolved. I am particularly impressed with Garrett Hill who has been very helpful. I also was very impressed with Danielle who agreed to take my used ATV on consignment and sold it within 2 days at a great price. I am very pleased with this dealership.

Took my boat to get some minor things fixed, starter, drain and refill power steering reservoir and fix a gasket. Nearly 1 month later still nothing had been done and parts were on order. Several local shops either had the parts or could get them within a few days. To put this in perspective my brothers Ford engine blew and Ford was able to do a complete rebuild on it in less time... would not recommend going there unless you want to wait all year for a repair.

They sell walmart products and just add to the price. We went to Walmart bought same thing $20 cheaper. Battery trickle charger.

Bought a 2018 Malibu last year. During a recent boating trip a piece of the surf exhaust had snapped. It was an after market exhaust that they had installed on the boat. Sent them pictures and video of the issue. They had trouble speaking to the manufacturer of the part, though I was able to speak to the manufacturer on the first call, however because it WASNT INSTALLED PROPERLY by Driven they will not warranty. Driven will not take responsibility for it. we have a new owner, we were not involved in the warranty issue we didnt know about it. I sent them pictures, gave them plenty of time to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer actually called them and tried to figure out how to deal with the issue. Dont trust them for following through on anything that they sell you. They will not stand behind their work. They make excuses. Very poor customer experience.

Worst dealer I’ve ever tried to do business with. Went to the dealer this afternoon and looked at side by sides. The color we wanted was at the state fair. Was told we’d get some pictures never got them. Drove to the fair to see the side by side and decided to buy it. No dealer or anyone for the company around. Called back the dealer worked out a price and they said they’d find out where the keys where and find someone to do paper work with me. And asked me to wait there and they’d call right back. Well still waiting on said call and nothing yet. Obviously they don’t want to sell anything or want business. Oh well plenty of other dealers around to do business with that actually want to make a sale.

Shopped all over Colorado looking for a Polaris 900 trail Fox Edition, the couple of places that had them inflated the price way above MSRP, I called Ty at Driven Power Sports and he had one in stock, made us a great deal worth driving 6 hours each way to pick it up, did the credit application over the phone and all of the paperwork was ready for us to sign, in and out in less then an hour including loading!!! Very professional staff!!!!

Purchased a 2019 RZR 570 from Driven. The process was fast and easy. The owner Mike helped me load it up and and Danielle had all the paperwork ready for me. I would definitely use them again and told my friends to check them out as well.

I will not go back again. 2 weeks to make a repair appointment almost a week to hear what they were doing. 2 weeks to work on it for carb issues. They NEVER returned my calls asking for a status on it. I called multiple times, left messages, tried calling on several different days, and the service department was always busy, out of the office, on an errand, or outside. I had to go in twice to find anything out since they could never return or answer a call. A couple parts were replaced that I had just changed out and were brand new. A month later I go to try it and now it has throttle linkage issues and stalls out even more frequently then before they fixed the issues.I will not return for anything again. Used to have good service in the past but now Their customer service is horrible.

Exceptionally poor, poor service and untrustworthy. They broke a piece on our Ranger and we had to pay for the part to fix it ourselves. They don’t even deserve one star.

We needed a back up generator for camping and they got us all set up! Made sure it was full of gas and even loaded it up for us. I also bought a Driven shirt and the material is great quality!

Worked with Barry via electronic means to trade in a boat for a new one (in the middle of November lol). He provided excellent customer service and agreed to a trade and price even though I was 4 hours away. Got there on a Saturday and he had the new boat all ready and shined up. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend to others.

Walked in the doors all through the store out to look at used atv’s and back out through the doors not one hello or asked if they could help us. Would not recommend going there. Will buy our ATV somewhere else.

They have some nice boats, must not want to sell them, was told I would be helped, walked around for 20 min and no help. With zero customers and a plentiful staff I would expect more.

Our wave runner trailer lost bearings late afternoon on Saturday just south of Casper, and most businesses had closed for the weekend. We drove to Driven Powersports, and although they were closed, one of their mechanics, David, was nice enough to invite us back on Sunday. He took a look at the trailer and offered several options for its repair or replacement. He even got Don, the owner, to come and talk to us on Sunday. To make a long story short, they had us on our way in under 2 hours. I can’t say enough about their commitment to service and their customers. I would definitely do business with them in the future, and highly recommend them! They saved our vacation to Montana.

I wouldnt recommend going here if Im being quite honest, I brought my 2015 polaris razor in to get a quote on a broken a arm and a fender. They had it for a week and a half and hadnt even looked at it so I decided i was going to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and fix it myself. They later called me with a 6,000 dollar quote and I just said what I had previously said that morning that I was gonna pick it up and do it myself. The guy on the phone said okay thats fine then hung up the phone 5 minutes later he called me saying btw the quote will cost you 60 dollars after we argued for a bit about me not paying since I told them I was just going to pick it up they guy on the phone said fine load it yourself. Keep in mind the a arms were broken so it needed a forklift so 4 of my friends went to try to load it by themselves. Driven did come out and help load it only because I gave them 1 star on Google the owner later called me saying that since he helped load it that I should delete my review so I deleted it and made this one. If you need something fixed go to Casper mountain motorsports or alpine they have great costumer service and if your looking for a boat go to Denver and save yourself some money.

Barry Jones at driven powersports gave me the best customer service of any powersports facility I ever done business with. He help deliver the machine and went above and beyond. Was excited that Driven Marine became a Malibu boat dealer so I didnt have to travel to Denver to service and winterize my boat. When I put my boat in the water this spring after Drivens servicing, it did not run and cost me over $5,000 to get it running on the water. Go ANYWHERE but Driven to have your boat serviced!

This place is horrible just spent over 20 minutes standing by a machine I was trying to purchase everyone just ignored me I was the only customer in the store and they wouldnt even talk to me I couldnt even find out the price on the dam thing I would never recommend coming here I am taking my business to CASPER MOUNTAIN MOTORSPORTS because at least they treat there customers really well!!!!!!
