I was recommended by a friend to RR/C and it was a great choice. These guys knocked it out of the park. We had some insurance and material hiccups but they worked through them and got me my truck back in a timely fashion. Quality is top notch. Will be going back there for any future body work and referring every friend to them.

Our family cars have been in their shop at least nine times. Not the best drivers in the world and bad luck with antelope. They make an appointment I need to bring the car down they photograph the damage they bring it in and assess it and send it to the insurance company. I wouldn’t have any other collision company work on my car. Their work is perfect the color matching is perfect and you never know there was ever a problem. Once they take it in the only car they work on is yours until it’s done. They all are very professional I would say almost like family now.Their pricing is spot on and within a day I received a check from the insurance company. Rrc Collision is the only company to use if you want your car exactly the way it was.

I stopped in to get an estimate on some wear and tear on my 2008 vehicle. They emailed me an estimate right away. When I took my car in to get it fixed, they repaired it that day and called me with updates and when it was ready. I will be going back for more work. All the staff that helped me were very courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend RR/C Collision Center !!!

Best body shop Ive had the pleasure of doing business with! They finished my car weeks before the competitor said they could have it ready. Customer service was always top notch and very good about keeping me updated about where we were in the repair process. These guys are definitely a cut above the rest. My car came out perfect and looking better than it did the day I bought it. If Im ever In need of body or paint work again they have a lifetime customer. Mike Rocco- poor customer service! After my truck was damaged by a city garbage truck smashing into it. I attempted to get an estimate from rrc collision. Mike took the pictures and promised me an estimate. He said he would email it to me. I waited and waited and made several phone calls and sent several emails attempting to get an estimate. He assured me I would receive one. I never did. After 3 weeks of frustration attempting to get an estimate from him, because I needed to turn the claim into the city to get my truck repaired. I finally called him and flat-out asked them are you going to give me an estimate or not. He said he was not and he had already contacted the city to attempt to get the paperwork going without my permission. Bad business practice and dishonesty is not how you should run a business. Being straightforward with your customers will get you a lot further. I do not recommend going to their shop. I went to Olson Auto body they gave me an estimate the same afternoon. Dont waste your time at rrc collision!
