My husband bought a bunch of stuff for our vehicle and I came in to return 1 item for $114 and we spent almost $400, well I no longer have the gift card he used for it that our money was put onto and TOM was not very nice at all. He turned me away and would not help me. Sooo, I called today and JUSTIN was EXTREMELY helpful and returned my money! Thanks JUSTIN!!

Very helpful, found and tested all the parts I needed and got me on my way very quickly . Very excellent customer service with lots of items in stock.

You might pay a bit more sometimes but the parts are good and they always seem to have the parts I cant find anywhere else.

I was stranded away from the store and called for the part I needed. I referenced the part and confirmed several times it was what I needed and she told me it is definitely in stock. I paid $38 for a round trip Uber just to be told they didnt have the part. Sorry does not fix the situation or excuse the level of incompetence this store offer... would not recommend this store. Find what you need with better service anywhere in town.

I went in there today to ask them if they could help me with the bolts for a cover that was hanging from the bottom of my car because of the snow. I am guessing because it was right before close and it was cold and snowy out, they just stood behind the counter and said they couldn’t help. I have at other auto parts stores that gladly help with that sort of thing. Lousy customer service. Right as I was about to leave the parking lot, one of the employees they said they couldn’t help walked out to go home.

This store was so nice and friendly. We had a broken hose in our van on a Saturday. Dealer couldn’t get the part for three days. This Napa helped us with a temporary solution to get us back on the road. They had great customer service and we would suggest them to anyone!

I needed a specialty battery for a hybrid Subaru. Subaru wanted $750 for the replacement, NAPA had their brand of the same battery for a quarter of the price. They did all the research to make sure it was compatible, and guaranteed it for my system. They had it shipped to their store the next day. Junior, the gentleman that I worked with went above and beyond helping me to find what I need, checking specs, and verifying that we were getting the correct item. They were the only ones in town that were willing to help me out! I plan to give them all the business that I can!

Always my 1st choice for auto parts. If they do not have it in stock they get it in quick. Staff at this location are always friendly to me.

Best place to find parts for older vehicles

Very expensive compared to the other auto parts stores in Casper. The staff is hit or miss. Whenever we go in, we are either taken care of immediately, or totally ignored. If you are in a pinch and NEED something, this is the place to go. If your car can make it another 5-6 miles, I would recommend going somewhere else

The clerks are hilarious. You never go to Napa and not feel welcome or helped as soon as you enter. Huge selection and great prices

Best place to get parts in Casper. 95% of the employees know how to do an amazing job searching out parts and finding what you need. The other 5% seem to be on the ball lessening and asking questions to insure they get you the correct part.
