I’ve had decent service here up until today. I tried on a pair of work boots that felt fine in the store and then put them on and walked into and around Walmart for around half an hour and realized that they were going to be too tight. I tried returning them or exchanging them but they refused to take them back because wearing them outside counts as damaged, they still have all the original tags and they were hardly worn. I bought another pair of boots from here and I was told that as long as they’re returned within thirty days and they’re not worn in or otherwise damaged that they’re okay to return. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today.

Jami was absolutely wonderful; so very patient with me while trying to find a pair of womans steel toe boots. She was quite knowledgeable and informative. I am very happy with my justins....love them!!!!

Went to local store today. Picked out two mens shirts with vests, a womens leather jacket, two womens shirts, two pairs of Shyenne womens western boots, and proceeded to the check out. As I am seventy years old, sometimes the urgency to use the restroom comes quickly. I asked to use the restroom and was refused. I had to leave all the items and leave the store. This resulted in you missing $600 in sales. You might want to reconsider your policy, especially for the elderly. There are other places to shop for western wear. I dont believe I will be back.

I love eating at the Boot Barn boot Barns really cool they have good food there thats just a joke my wife always says tells me the Boot Barn is a restaurant

All of my instore experience was fine. However the employees there helped me make an online purchase for a belt that they don’t even make anymore. So we tried to change the order to a different item and finally tried to just change the order. The online customer service I had to go through was not helpful and I had to wait on hold on 3 different lines for an hour. On top of all of it I haven’t gotten my money back. Not satisfied at all. I’d call it highway robbery.

Highly recommend this Boot Barn. Went in looking for boots for motorcycle riding. I prefer a cowboy boot for riding. Karlee was not only very knowledgeable about the boots, but the quality of how they were made. Left there with an amazing pair of boots.

No dressing rooms thanks to COVID.. But great service.

The two women that were working tonight when we came in were extremely helpful. The lady that helped me took the time to explain what I should look for in the boots and how theyd fit and explained the way that theyd stretch over the next week to fit my foot naturally but if they didnt I could bring them in and have them stretched. This is the first time Ive gotten or even worn boots so I had a lot of questions. I have fat feet so finding comfort in shoes doesnt come easily. The things we do for our sisters wedding. 😂😂

I love coming in the casper store, but have gotten pretty picky about who helps me. I only perfer one lady, Ive learned what she drives from how often I would shop (so now Idontgo in unless she is there). But she Always gives outstanding customer service and if we cant find what Im looking for she looks to see if its something she can get for me on line through there store. She is just outstanding. (Im so sorry I forgot your name😂)

Normally I am thrilled with the Boot Barn! To day that was not the case. I walked in to buy a pair of Shayenne jeans. There were 2 associates working at the time that I came in with my husband. They asked me if they could help me. I said yes. They showed me where the Shayenne jeans were. And that was the end of the help that I got for the next half an hour. They went to the back room and chatted amongst themselves and did not help me again. During that time, another associate came at to work and she also decided not help me. At 1 point one of the associates came out and asked me If I was finding everything I needed. I told her no. She laughed and headed back to the back room. Needless to say, I did not buy anything from Boot Barn today. I was planning on buying at least one pair of new Shyanne jeans which cost at least $69. Boot barn definitely lost me as a customer today! I will no longer shop at the boot barn in Casper Wyoming!

I went in on December 20th to buy my son a cowboy hat for Christmas. I informed the sales associate that it was a Christmas gift and I was only going to place my order if I was able to get the hat by the very latest date of the 31st of December. She said that was just fine and I would have it by December 26th. I placed the order and now it is January 1st and still no hat. Normally it wouldnt matter but the hat was part of a whole outfit for my son to wear to a rodeo on New Years Eve. Had I known that it was going to take this long I would have purchased a hat from a different store or location. I will not be shopping here again. Thanks boot barn (associate) for nothing!

There bit selection is bad. They dont carry any good boots for the actual working cowboy, Cody James brand boots are junk fell apart after wearing them for a month. Bright then back and same thing happen to be pair. Ended up getting my money back
