Caspers Southerlands is pretty good. All employees are fairly helpful although some have the mean older teacher attitude, but other than that its a good place with almost anything you need at a decent price. I am still waiting for them to start excepting Bitcoin.

Dont waste your time with this place, help is not what you get, Kevin is a horrible emplyee, i was there to spend hundreds, but now on my way to Walmart and home depot. If you want rude comments and jevin making fun of other employees behind there back, yet in front of other emplyees and customers, this is your place. Im from out of town, trying to support local business . Thank you kevin for pointing out your not Home Depot and dont compare to them. Never again. Almost tempted to call corporate.

Managers handling of a faulty water heater along with a employee was not in the customers best interest ! Being a former employee was probably the reason for the poor handling of my situation ! Having a receipt of purchase got me nothing under warranty because of a sticker was removed . Richmond water heaters wont fix the problem without a sticker that was removed unintentionally with in the last 11 months, ? I am infuriated with no customer service ! zero stars

The people are always friendly. Plenty of selection for the size of the store. Its clean, doesnt smell funny and seems well organized. This would be a 5 star place if the lighting wasnt do dim and if it were easier to get in and out of. Otherwise excellent place to buy hardware.

I was not able to find the wall outlet and switch combination plate I needed, but they do have a lot of products that I need. It is nice to have a supply store on the west side of town.

Do not shop at the store the sales representatives and store manager are not worth talking they like to three different ways to Sunday They told me three different stories about a couch I already full fully paid for don’t go to the store it’s not worth your time all I do is lie and take your money and you don’t even receive a product for up to six months if not more

Best Lumber prices in Casper. Employees are knowledgeable about the products in their departments. Very friendly and willing to help. The selection is not as complete as the national chains in town and non-lumber prices seem to be slightly higher. But, not enough to drive across town for unless you are doing a large project.

The parking lot is stripped wide enough for pick-up truck. Dont see Spanish written on everything good store.

Good experience overall. Most times it can be difficult to locate a staffer to answer questions but they have assistance request buttons throughout the store. Today I got good help and advice in the plumbing department. They usually have what I need.

Was not pleased with service at checkout. The girl at the checkout was having trouble with the transaction in front of me, while she was waiting for help there was another employee just standing there. He saw me in line and did not offer to help and didnt have a light on so I stood in line, someone he apparently knew came up and he checked him out, another person jumped in behind that so I basically just stood there for 10 minutes while he helped his buddies. The girl was very friendly and apologized.

The new girl with the curly hair was a total sweetheart, she helped me find exactly what i needed. I will search her out whenever i need to find something. Good job girl.

Great Lumber store. Their prices on lumber beat Home Depot and Menards when I compared. The store has the feel of the old classic lumber yard--the smell of sawdust when you walk in.

Their lumber is absolute garbage. Built my deck with it and theres several 2x4s that were twisted or bowed. Every single 2x12 split. Thats after I picked through both their piles for over an hour. The computer systems they use for their registers are straight out of the 80s. Makes for an interesting time when they have to look things up out of their folder. Really, the only thing convenient about this place is its location.

I bought some paint. The sales associate was very intellectual on what I needed and was looking for. Amazing shopping experience. Thank you.

Loaded my supplies then guy discovered I was not charged enough. He said well have to go back and change this I said so you want to come with me and he said I cant pay for it geez really??? It wasnt my mistake, I should have been given some kind of break???I calmed down later, it wasnt so bad.

Called about renting a one-man auger and was told they didnt have one. When I asked if they knew where I could find one, the woman to whom I was speaking said NO! and slammed the phone down. It actually made my ear start ringing. Sheesh. Sorry I asked!

You wont find everything you need here, youre better off going to home Depot or even Ace hardware. The stock is always hit or miss. Ive wasted a lot of time coming here when Im near only to not be able to find a part literally every other hardware store has.
