They have great sales and often, they can also order items for you that can be a little bit harder to get your hands on, if its on their website they can order it

No one ever answers and when I went in they were extremely disrespectful to me amd my fiance. Would not recommend.

This location and staff is a joke. Every time Ive pre-ordered something, I never get a call saying its arrived. I get lied to by employees saying they called and left voicemails. They dont have the item that I ordered and dont apologize for it. They do not provide good customer service in the handful of times Ive been in there and the one older employee (who i think is the mgr) always seems very aloof. I will not be returning to this location.

Good wide selection of games and figures, however the only employee there did not appear to know much about anything related to PC gaming.

Poor customer service. Didnt ask if I needed anything, and walked right past me to someone who came in after me to help them. when I did ask for help he acted like I was bothering him. This happened Friday the 25th. In the morning.

The staff has consistently been helpful, attentive and nice for years. Biggest gripe is the lack of stock on hand. Almost anything im looking for is available online. Defeats the purpose of a retail visit. I can order stuff from home in my PJs too. Sometimes you just want to come home with what youre intending to purchase. Last 4 visits I came home without purchasing because nothing I wanted was in stock.

Good place to get all your video game related needs. They even have a large assortment of things like plush toys, collectable figurines, board games, Funko Pop toys, gift cards and a lot more. Basically lots of gift ideas for yourself or the nerd in your life :)Ive found that if you ask they guys behind the counter they are often in the know about deals and discounts to help you save more.

I have been a pro member of gamestop for roughly ten years now. They used to have fantastic customer service, and the staff USED TO be very knowledgeable and helpful. Now it seems like if you calm them, they seem bothered. If you need information on a product, they are very uknowledgeable, and seem like you should already know the answer. The customer service is poor, the environments morale is highly lacking, and I think I will take my business elsewhere if there are no improvements.

Good deals if your buying. If your selling a game or console back to them. They rip you off.

The only place I trust when it comes to gaming and gaming accessories. Also found a few nice shirts and hats as well .

Bad experience there. Was lied to my face about why a reserved item hadn’t arrived on time, was told later that it was sold off. Dealing with same issue again with no sign of motivation from the employees/manager to rectify the issue.

Horrible place to go the employees are bad they dont speak up at all I couldnt hear them at all when they were talking me and I went to sell a Xbox 360 and they would only give me 16 dollars and I sold three games and they only gave me 2 dollars. I dont recommend buying or selling anything here at all

Go anywhere else. They closed the wrong store when they let the Eastridge mall location remain open. If you dare ask a question you will be met with disdain, presumably because it shows their incompetence. Impatiently waiting for them to go out of business.
