I am a savvy phone shopper. Having long worked in retail management Im appreciative of competent people. On this occassion, Kyleen was away on a well-deserved vacation/buying trip. In her absence I had the opportunity to work with Elizabeth. She treated me as if it were a person-to-person encounter. Her positive personality spoke volumes. We conducted business and shared a laugh. After completing my purchase, I remember thinking how fortunate WY has become to enjoy outstanding customer service while supporting local businesses. Kudos to Fashion Crossroads!

I was able to get everything I needed in one trip which was great. And I liked what I got. However the cocktail dress selection was a bit limited at the time.

The customer service is unmatched-- super helpful ! I love that there are so many choices and choices at different price points and size ranges.

I visited both FC and FC Outlet today. I felt welcomed into both stores, a dressing room was started for me, and I was asked if I was looking for anything in particular, welcomed, and offered assistance, but I wasnt followed around the store when I said I was just checking out everything. I found several items at each store, and I am so excited to wear them I switched out the outfits Id already picked out for the week!

The Sympli rep was extremely helpful, she took care of me like I was the only one there. Made sure I saw all my options for colors & style. Kyleen & Liz are always so helpful and it is nice to walk in and everybody knows your name & taste of clothing. I never feel pressured to look at items I am not interested in, I am free to wander. :)The Staff is always Friendly & I love that they know my likes and dislikes. You Ladies Rock :)

The quality of the clothing is the best and most beautiful. They are always so willing to help you find what looks best on you personally and bring an outfit together.

Did some much needed shopping, and was very impressed with the overall service of all staff members, the cleanliness of the stores as well as the variety of styles they carry! Another tidbit------their clothing lines come from United States, Peru, Paris, Canada and many other locations other than China. The quality is worth every penny!

My wife and I have enjoyed shopping at Fashion Crossroads on a couple of occasions now and it has been a very positive experience. You tell them what you are looking for and they immediately show you several wonderful options. Keep up the great work!

They have excellent selection of clothes and the prices are right too. I never leave the store without a purchase. Staff is super friendly. You can find an outfit for any occasion.

Fashion Crossroads and Fashion Crossroads Outlet are terrific stores to shop at! The selection is wonderful and you cant beat their service! Everyone that works there is wonderful, they always have a smile and are very happy to help! Make sure to check them out!

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service at Fashion Crossroads. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and the staff immediately found the item and offered me several sizes to try. They were helpful without being pushy and the result was a successful and pleasurable shopping experience. I will for sure be back again!
