Small version of a truck stop but they have everything. Have 4 showers and just and FYI..they get steamy fast but the water pressure is dang good. Tho when using them, dont leave anything on top of the tp holder as it will get wet from the shower spray.

Have paid for fuel around $700 and they charged me for a cup with hot water. This is not about money, this is about a service. It’s weird and this is the first Pilot who charged me for a cup.

One of the female workers there is extremely unprofessional. I gave my mom $5 to get coffee, she gave the cashier the five. Less than a minute later my mom came out and was giving me my change back and noticed it wasnt in her purse, wallet, or pockets. Only the coins. She said she and the cashier were making small talk and maybe got distracted and forgot to give her all the change (MY CHANGE). She went back in (again, less than a minute later) and the cashier refused to give her change saying she did.Im pretty sure these places have security cameras, if she was so sure then why not check the cameras to make sure she did? I told my mom she shouldnt go back. But she did today to get coffee again🤦🏻‍♀️ and saw the cashier and overheard her tell another cashier she refused to wait her. Now, my mom is definitley not going back.Feel free to check my other reviews, rarely do I give bad ones. I like to be positive and support businesses, but outright lying and not giving a customer their change back is wrong. Would love to know if they count their tills to see their overages and shortages.

Be Cautious when buying cartons of cigarettes here! Bought two cartons of lights yesterday, drove the 49 miles home and went to open the carton this morning and realized it had been taped up. (This is a common practice for them, they go to stock them, realize they dont have enough room and refill the carton and tape it back up). Ive bought many cartons like this from them and its never been a problem. Imagine my surprise when they were full flavored cigarettes! Called the store and spoke with a very nice gentleman who informed me they couldnt help me, couldnt exchange them or do anything with them. This is 100% not my fault and now Im out $60+ because they screwed up. Just be cautious if buying a taped carton from them!!!

Great location but very busy!! Hard to get an RV to a pump, not a lot of room for turning. Most Flying J’s have dedicated lanes for RV’s But NOT this one!! WeHad to drive down the road to find gas!!

Started at the scale. It too three calls to get a response. Went in to get the scale ticket and food. Totally out of breakfast sandwiches, burritos, etc. Only thing they had was hot dogs. No buns. Skipped it. Out of Pepsi and Sprite. Well stop somewhere else in a couple of hours.

Suppose to be a truck stop but not user friendly for anyone towing a camping trailer. We have a really small trailer and had a hard time getting in and out with other cars and trailers there. It just doesnt have a great entrance and the pumps face the opposite way than youd think for someone to get a trailer in. Diesel area seemed fine, but gas was rough. Stop at the Sinclair up the road.

The staff at this flying J are very efficient and pleasant. This is a great Flying J...kind of dirty but they have a lot of traffic. They dont except Bitcoin yet but hopefully soon.

Ive been here for three days doing a restart and looking for a load employees are always outside on the phone or inside on their phone bathrooms been out of soap and paper towels for 2 days to stalls dont have toilet paper for 2 days lot of lazy employees

Great selection of inverters! No DEF in the box but they had it at the pump.

Clean, near lot of different eat places including Mexican food. About 25 trucks max. small fuel isle about 4 lanes. Trashy outside. Walk to Walmart parking lot behind the truck parking through the hill and into Walmart. Nice people and service inside, your “favorite subway” but they have hot food to go behind the counter.What else.. Walgreens walk away to, easy in easy out but alittle bit tight maneuver.

I love these truck stops. Got everything for the common man. My kids love them too because its got all the snacks kids love and a nice way to break the bordom of long drives.

So this is really like the last Oasis on I-25 after you leave Cheyenne this is a great place to stop theyve got a great selection of food its not a really big parking lot so if you can find parking here youre lucky but the customer service is great and its in a really great location right off the interstate right back on the interstate easy-on Easy-Off I love this place and thats why Im giving this place 5 stars 😎

Stopped for a shower and there was no wait, a clean shower room and toilet with fresh towels, shampoo, soap and a great staff that allowed two of us to shower for the price of one. Id go back for sure!

This place might be a bit dated but the staff are friendly and there is plenty of spots for campers/RV’s.👍👍

Normal truck stop type place. Clean and Friendly so its available normal stop for us when we need.

From an RV’ers point of view. The store and restrooms are good and well taken care of. IF you have a trailer, RV friendly does not really apply. Turning in the Parking lot can be a bit tight. We took advantage of the ‘entrance’ prior to the stoplight as you head west on 258. Grabbed the far right outside pumps. We only have a 25’ trailer and were able to wiggle around the trucks parking on the other side of us that pulled in while we were at the pump. So, our advice take the outside pumps no matter which way you access the station. IF you take the west pumps, look at going around the back and coming out where the large trucks do. You can, with a bit of effort, do a exit via the light, but be careful. Lots of loose traffic possible.

Its an older truck stop. A little outdated, bathrooms are extremely small. Especially with the covid scaredemic, its hard to social distance in the mens bathroom.

Great working there, but they screwed me over on my paycheck. I live in my van and thanks to them I dont have the money I need to stay in a hotel.

Nice gas station to stop at the fuel up and grab snacks. The employees are friendly, the station is organized and clean, and they always have an abundance of drinks and snacks. Quick, friendly service. Overall good experience.

Ive never left a review, but I feel compelled to here. This was the best truck stop experience Ive had, and I have been to many. From Don, the shower guy, taking pride in his job and leaving the shower spotless to Steven at the front desk being extremely helpful, I was pleasantly surprised. It would be awesome if there was more truck parking, but I will definitely come back.

Good place to fuel thats about it. I stay at Hat six travel center next exit south bound. Has a nice parking area for truck drivers. And food options are good.

Casper Wyoming, I love it, went to a little car show there last year, at Arbys, and recognized a 39 Willys coupe from my youth. On further discussion with the owner, found out it used to drag race at Green valley near Dallas and at Tulsa Drag strip. The owner, was amazed I would remember that car. So was .y wife as at my age I cant remember what I had for lunch at 5 pm the same day. Thank you Cody and the car guys for some great memories.

Very pleasant staff. I came here to fuel, shower and do some laundry on my reset. The laundry machines have apparently been down for quite some time however. I took my money down to the hat six a few miles to the south. You should too. The hat six is the most impressive travel center in the area.

The Flying J travel center was fine. The Subway on the other hand wasnt so good. We ordered 44 foot long sandwiches on Thursday night before we traveled north on Friday. The price for the sandwiches was $308. On Friday when we arrived to pick up the sandwiches, they only had 3 sandwiches for our order. $308 for 3 sandwiches? You would think one of the employees would have been calling sooner to find out what was wrong with the order. Things that make you go hmm. 🤔

Place is the pits. They had anything you could want for food, as long as it was pizza or Subway. Restroom not very clean. Didnt buy anything. Been years since Ive been there. Will probably be many more before I return.

One of the most disgusting truck stops Ive seen. The bathroom was so gross I walked up to Walmart. Almost no parking, parking lot is just full of ice because they never clean it. Only good part was the subway is top notch

Busy gas station. Located close to I-25. Easy on and off. Plenty of pumps for gas. Lots of drinks and snacks to choose from inside the store.

Wanted a breakfast sandwich they were out but making some. When they appeared manager asked what kind I wanted. Took them out to truck only to find out they were cold. Went back to reheat in micro wave. Went back out to truck fell on the ice. I guess it was to much to ask to plow the drive way or clean the sidewalks. Got in truck and headed out. Then I found out I was given wrong sandwiches. Screens on fuel pumps so dirty you couldnt see prompts. Yah my bad for accepting sandwiches without checking them.

One of the nastiest Pilot truck stops Ive been to in a long time. Showers were dirty, hot and still wet from previous user. Hair in the sink. Not sanitized. Sad run down place.

Very very slow pumps. Had to go inside for a receipt. Took a really really long time Judy to get 8 gallons of gas.

Easy in and out. Handicap PARKING. Good coffee. Nice helpful people work there.

I will Never ever come back to this disgusting location It is so dirty the shower and the bathroom too . Not maintained good. And smell so bad. The diesel is expensive. I think they need new management for this location and the center need maintenance.

I went to the Subway at this location . The cashier was sweet but she say gave me a cold. If she would have talked less this probably would not have happened. People should have the decency to keep their cold germs to themselves when they work in public places, such as restaurants. This is the main reason I dont dine out unless I have to, unfortunately I have to be a professional driver and it would really help if the employee s at the truck stops would do what they should at all times . Maybe there wouldnt be a shortage of truck drivers in America.

Disappointed in the Associates at this Flying J. I had been sitting in the truck in the parking lot since 4pm. Watched TV for a while because we had a layover until tomorrow. Felt uncomfortable in the Drivers Lounge like I had worn out my welcome since I had sat for so long. Going back to the truck for hours, again, I needed some air so I decided to sit on a step near the rear of the store and quietly play my game on my cell. One Associate came from the rear of the building. A young male. Saw me and quickly went back into the store. A few minutes later, he and another Associate came out and asked if I was in a truck. I explained to them my situation that I was sitting there just relaxing. The shorter Associate replied that a woman had told them I scared her. There was no woman. It was the Employee. Why lie? I asked if it was okay that I sat there. I was told it was okay but felt annoyed that I was approached with a lie so I returned to our truck. Not happy about how I was treated. I can pull out the because I was a black female card but Im giving them the benefit of a doubt. I hope our next stay here at Casper Flying J will be a better experience.

The travel plaza is very well supplied. However they do not have an actual restaurant anymore.

Very small lot getting to the pumps can be a little tight if you come in at an angle. Lot seems to be always full. Very very good restaurant next door at the grub & Pub you wont regret going well worth the price great proportions amazing food.

Best location, Walmart is right behind, but worst parking, dirty pump, shower, rest evryday very poor, trash around parking area

I went in for a soda refill and found a nice surprise. There is a clearance cart near the soda fountain. The refill price is cheaper here than it is across the street by $0.74 for 100 ounce mug. The refill at Flying J cost $1.35 with tax. I have eaten food out of the hot case before and it is pretty good.

This Flying J is very clean and the people are very nice the truck parking is small you will need to get here fairly early in the day to be able to find a decent place to park

Been sitting here 45 mins waiting for a shower to open up... go inside to find all of the showers are empty waiting to be cleaned. Talked to a lady behind the counter and told some kid there to go clean them.... who knows how long theyve been sitting empty waiting to be cleaned and theres no one here.

Not the greatest customer service. Stood in line for 20min with only 3 people ahead of me while cashier took his sweet time with everything. Store is small with not a lot to offer. Not the cleanest either. Save time and money and go to loaf n jug down the street.

Pump would not work properly. Said transaction cancelled. Went in to pay and was told by nice lady at the counter that it did go through. She provided a receipt. Confusing. More expensive for diesel than across street

There really should be a zero!!! In regards to showers. Tiny. No place to set your stuff. Can hardly turn around. The floor was soaking wet so of course when I walked in my boots left the floor dirty. It was so hot in there that I was sweating just trying to get in the shower let alone get out and get dressed with my clothes sticking to me. Felt like I needed another shower. Being so hot thats probably the reason for the mildew in the caulking. Asked the front counter associate why it was so hot. His response was that management has not fixed an issue with the ventilation and he has had many complaints and relayed them all to the GM. He said they keep the air conditioning on all the time to try and compensate. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Worst truck stop I have ever been to. Parking lot hadnt been cleaned up, the snow/slush was so deep we almost had to chain up to get away from the dsl pump. Only 2 pumps were working, windshield wash was frozen with broken squeegee. Went in to use the bathroom near the showers, disgusting! Toilet paper every where only 2 stalls so small you almost have to back in. Kiosk for fuel receipt broken. Just run down, even to employees seemed embarrassed to be there.

The guy who works evenings is way cool. You have to prepay for your gas but I dont have an issue with that. It is always clean inside and outside.

We stop here every time we come through town. Usually good price for gas and great for truck drivers. It even has a Dennys restaurant attached to it.

Fine place to get gas. Easy on and off. Doing a bit of exterior remodel so a bit more crowded than usual, but not bad.

Gas is always cheaper than the rest. Easy to get to. Lots of bathrooms that are usually clean. Big variety of snacks.

This was by far the absolute worst Flying J I have ever been to.! I rolled in there to buy gas, and clean my windshield. After doing that I went inside to use the restroom, they wanted me to buy something from inside the store in order to use the restroom, me buying $45 worth of gas apparently didnt count. When I started to complain about it they threatened to call the police, at that point I pulled out my cell phone from my pocket and I called the police. When the police got there the employees of Flying J told the police that it was company policy that you had to buy something from the store in order to use the restroom.! Even the police could not believe that story. In the past I have had great experience with Flying J, however this particular one I will never return to.

Driving an RV with a towed vehicle, we generally search for Flying J or similar stops for dues. This one was way too tight, not really accessible at all for a gas rig our size, which is pretty small by rv standards (32 ft). We will definitely be avoiding this one in the future.

The gentleman (and woman) that were working todays afternoon shift (June 8th) were outstanding. Coffee was amazing as usual. My boyfriend decided to drive off with the gas hose and didnt get very far. Staff were AMAZING about the whole situation lol we all just laughed about it. Except my boyfriend lol hes embarrassed as can be hahahaha cant wait to bring this up at family reunions hahaha I love this place

Howd you pass inspection? Ive seen so much mold in the mens room and in the ICE TRAY for the soda dispenser. I see kids eating that ice not knowing that the mold is in there.
