Sounds like the physical store is great but the online store stinks. Ive placed an online order twice now and gotten an email saying they are waiting to see if the payment clears before fulfilling the order, then nothing. I waited three weeks for the first time and a week for the second. I just wish theyd prioritize their online store as much as their box store because they have great prices.

This is my favorite place to come to get all the things I need to support my families health and well-being. Starla is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I find myself staying longer than intended because I enjoy the atmosphere and conversation. I would recommend this store to all my clients, friends, and family.

At this time the order will be cancelled and credit card will not be charged. Thank you for the chance to be of service. Why why was the order taken if product is not in stock? If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a supplement for my son from Discount Remedies Inc expecting it to be delivered in the time frame that they stated it would be. When I inquired about the tracking of the product a week later they sent me an auto-generated email stating it was sold out. I could have purchased this product many other places by now and assume that if I had not inquired about the order I would simply have never received it. Do not order from their online service.
