I have used this company in the past for maintenance and they have been great. I recently got 3 bids to install a brand new a/c unit in my home. Gembecki was the best quote price wise and offered the most assistance in explaining everything to me regarding what I was getting. Ron provided a quote within 3 days and once I signed it, we set up a time for them to do the work. They were on time, finished the job and everything was done professionally. The installers were courteous and professional. I am super happy with the system that they recommended. And, Marsha and Ron both followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Outstanding service. From initial installation of a new HVAC system to any type of service or repair they have completed for us, it has always been nothing short of excellent. They have an experienced and knowledgeable staff that have always gone out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and completely satisfied with the service. Contacted gembecki when our ac stopped working on a Saturday evening. Received a call back in less than 20 minutes with a technician on the way. He was here less than an hour and completely fixed our ac that we had been having trouble with for over a year, which the ac person before him was never able to fix. I have called on this company twice, once to explain the water-to-air AC system and another to come and fix two leaks from that same system. In the first case, I asked how I could bypass the irrigation (in case I ever wanted people in the backyard I wouldnt want the irrigation running). Their service tech told me to build a koi pond or discharge to a lake (which I didnt live on). Their recommendations were completely unhelpful and it seemed they barely understood the system they had installed.In the second case, two leaks sprung from the water out line and soaked into my house, necessitating the need for me to replace drywall. The service tech looked at it, said he didnt have the parts, and charged me $90 anyway and told me to call back to schedule an appointment. The entire reason I called them in the first place was to examine and fix the problem. I ended up fixing it myself, my pocket $90 lighter.I also told the tech that I had set up appointments the following day to get quotes on removing the water-to-air and replacing with a air-to-air system. The tech didnt care at all. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

It was my nephews birthday party and our AC went out. Since it was the 4th of July weekend, most places were closed. We called Gembecki and Tim was there in 30 minutes and had our AC working again in no time. Thanks for saving the day Tim!

When my air conditioner stopped working unexpectedly unexpectedly They provided after hours service at a fairly reasonable cost and within an hour of me calling them. Upon realizing they needed a part they put in the report immediately. The next morning the company was looking for the part and found it. My a/c was working again but 2pm.

Great Sales Person -- Great Installers:Ron Ward (sales person) was on time, listened carefully to our concerns and provided a detailed explanation of his recommendation. He thoroughly analyzed our current system and even went into the attic to check the duct work. He was the only sales person to do so.On the date of installation the two person installation team arrived on time and completed the work in one day. The team stayed late (9:45) to ensure that the job was completed and that the new system was explained.We were extremely pleased with Gembecki.

I have had a service contract in place for a few years with a Gembecki competitor. My AC unit needed to be replaced. The competitor gave me a bid. I called Gembecki to get an estimate as well. I had quotes done on the same brand and model. Gembecki did not know the competitors price quote. Gembecki beat the competitor by $480.00. They also then recommended a less expensive brand that they felt would do well. This saved me another $700.00 and a similar 10 year warranty. Gembecki had my new AC system in place and operating the very next day. The service techs were all wonderful. Gembecki is a great company and I wish I would have known this years ago. The awesome customer service started as soon as the phone was answered by Marsha, the office manager. She initially tried to trouble shoot over the phone but to no avail, but not due to her lack of knowledge, she knew her stuff. We set a time window for the tech to come out, received phone call letting me know he was on the way and if this would work. He, Jeff, showed up promptly and got directly to work and diagnose my problem, fixed in no time. I also had my tune up done since they here, very efficient job done. I now know who I will call for my future needs when it comes to AC/Heat unit !! So often these days customer service is lacking,, this was not the case today...well done Gembecki Crew !!

Installation was very thorough with the install and followed up the following day to make sure everything was working properly. Installers very knowledgeable and cleaned up when done. Very happy with the work completed.

Ron Ward from Gembecki came by my house yesterday to give me a quote on having them install a new air conditioning system. After looking at my 21 year old system, he asked me if anybody had diagnosed the problem as to why it’s not cooling. I told him no, you’re the first one to come by. He then started to check things out. He was not able to install a new system until 2 weeks from yesterday as they are so busy. So, he wanted to see if he could get my old system to run temporarily until they could come back in 2 weeks. After checking things over, he needed another gauge that he didn’t have in his truck at the time. So he called one of his service guys to come over and check my system out further. About 30 minutes later, that tech arrived and did a complete test, which proved that my compressor was history. But they came prepared to fix my system if possible, just to get it up and running until they could do the new install. After they concluded that my system was history (unrepairable), they offered to loan me a portable AC unit to keep that part of my house cool until they could do the new install. Now that’s going above and beyond the call of duty! I would use this company in an instant if I didn’t need an immediate replacement. Gembecki is a top notch company. I’m grateful for all they did for me yesterday and didn’t charge me a penny. I told Ron that if they had a cancelation the next few day to please let me know ASAP, as I need to get a new system this week, hopefully! I’m hoping he calls with some good news. These guys are not crooks. They honestly care about your well being. 5 Stars to Gembecki!

Horrible customer service. The furnace in my house isnt that old (few months tops), got met with several rude staff who constantly ignore my very calls. Whenever someone actually does answer, the manager is conveniently off that day, because everyone knows managers never work. Ever.Dont depend on these guys for anything. Theyll just want your money and scam you. Take your business to more trustworthy companies, because these guys are a bunch of crooks.

I called Thursday to make an appointment to get a quote to have my entire system replaced. I called on Thursday to make an appointment and the soonest they could make it was for Monday. I made the appointment and was told a CURTIOUSY CALL would be made 30 minutes prior to arrival. The appointment was for 2pm- 4pm. The call was made to me at 3:50pm to confirm the appointment. I was on a business call and could not answer immediately. I called back at 4:07, and was informed that the tech was rerouted and would not be coming for the appointment. They advised I could have someone come again tomorrow. (5 days from my first call). If your AC is broken call a company that WANTS to help their customers. If this is type of service they provide to a customer that is about to drop $5-$6K on a new system, imagine the type of service you will receive if you become a customer. And dont bother speaking to management the office manager is rude and unhelpful.

I found Gembecki many years ago when I needed warranty work on my Goodman AC, and I was pretty happy with them. Ive stuck with them and every time Ive called them, they have been responsive. In 2017 my Goodman failed on Friday before the 4th of July. I talked to Ron, their salesman, and he came out Saturday morning to meet with me. We agreed on a 2 stage 16 SEER Amana unit and it was installed that Monday. I coulnt have asked for that to go better. My electric bill dropped about $60+ a month, so thats good too! Because they did a good job, I sent my sister, Karen, to them.

On May 23. 2017, Gembecki came out to find out what was wrong with our drain line. We consistently were having water back up onto the floor. Now it took 2 1/2 hours later and during that time the technician stepped thru the ceiling into our garage, PUTTING A LARGE HOLE IN OUR CEILING ( luckily he was fine..just a huge hole in the garage ceiling), had decided that we should just shut off our upstairs a/c because they would need to order a condensate pump. We insisted that the upstairs a/c could not be shut off because we had kids upstairs so the technician cut the pvc piping and had it drain into a bucket which we needed to empty every 4-6 hours. He said they would order the condensate pumps and call us with an installation date. 3 weeks later after multiple calls about the expectation date for installation of condensate pumps and when they were going to fix the hole in the ceiling and getting the rude office staff who kept telling me they had to call the manufacturer about the pumps I asked to speak with Rick the service manager. He was supposed to call me back and I have yet to hear from him or anyone at his company and today is July 9, 2017. Thank goodness after not hearing from Rick I contacted another a/c company who came out and solved the problem within 15 minutes!! No need for condensate pump just a clogged line!! That company also repaired the cut PVC line so we no longer had to empty the bucket of water every 4-6 hours! We repaired the hole in our ceiling ( AT OUR COST) and the drywall company we happened to use said they used to do a lot of work for Gembecki for damaging drywall and putting holes in ceilings!!! I WILL NEVER USE GEMBECKI AGAIN!!!!! BE AWARE!!!! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!!! If I could rate zero stars I would!!!!

I am not very happy with the service I received from Gembecki Mechanical Services. I called Gembecki on 7/6/2017 and explained to them my situation. I told them that I had a warranty, and I needed someone to come and look at my unit. They sent out someone that day at around 2:00 P.M. (Manuel was excellent), and the technician explained that I needed a RTI Evaporator Coil. He also told me that someone would be calling me. So, I gave them a week, and called back on 7/17/2017. I believe I spoke with Kathy. I tried to explain to her my situation, and told her that someone already came out to look at my unit and what I needed. She told me that the part was backordered and that would call me when they received the part. So, I called Goodman Warranty Services, and spoke to them. The CSR did not check to see if the part was ordered, and I think that she might have been new. On 7/20/17, I called Goodman back, and another CSR told me that they have the part, and she was a tremendous help. She told me that they tell customers that the part is backordered, and she also told me that I need to call Gembecki back to make sure that they order the part. So, I called Gembecki, and told Kathy that my unit was under warranty. Then, she immediately transferred me to Jennifer (I am not sure why that didnt happen the first time I called). She setup a time for the tech to come and fix my unit. I am hoping that after they fix my unit that will be the end, because this was a very frustrating experience. *****UPDATE****** It is 9/3/2017, and my AC has stopped working again!!! Please do not use this company.

Shittiest Company everI recently fixed my walking cooler at my business spending $553.50 but within 2 days it went back broken. So i called and explain them that it didnt work again so the guy from company came to recheck again but just to come and check for the same problem they charged me $66.25 again, but i paid them without saying anything. the guys said they need to replace some parts so i asked them how much does that part cost and how long does it take to be fixed then the guy replied, I dont know. How could he said that after charging me more than $600. So i told I wanna talk to the manager then afetr waiting on a phone for almost an hour a lady answer and supports the technician. So i asked her politely how long does it take for you guys to let me know the cost of that part and how long it will take to get fixed? I received a call from the same company the very next day saying it will cost me additional $1200 to get that fixed. Now i dont know should I go through same company who doesnt know what they are doing and robbing peoples money so should I go thru other company after spending more than $600 for nothing. So I warn you guys not to go through this company. Beware guys!!!!!
