I purchased my first set of custom IEMs from them this past week and could not be happier. They displayed amazing customer service right from the beginning. I did not know they did the impressions themselves so I went to a local Audiologist to get my impressions, after I sent them over I received a call from them saying they in order to get the most quality in ears I should get new impressions. They offered for me to come into their office and they would do the impressions for free! I was told by Martin in customer service that my in ears would take about 3-4 weeks upon delivery of my impressions but once again they exceeded my expectations by completing them in UNDER 2 WEEKS! When I arrived at the office that same day, a representative was kind enough to walk me through putting them, how they worked, and all the goodies that were included. As we were finishing up I inquired about purchasing some of their famous earplugs that dont drown out sound but make it easy on the ears. He then went into the back pulled some out of them box and walked me through how they worked and I wound up taking them home as well. He also included a great little keychain case for free of charge. I couldnt be happier with my experience with InEarz Audio. I had gotten plenty of recommendations for them and I will now highly recommended them as well. The raw product is fantastic, (I have a set of euphorias) I cant live without them. If you genuinely love hifi audio, spending the higher ticket price for an item like this seems daunting but its been worth every penny.Their service and repair process was quick and free within warranty and let me do pickup instead of shipping as I live in central florida. Highly recommend from all angles!

They have an amazing operation, the front office staff is so wonderful to work with. As a working drummer I was able to get exactly what i wanted with no hassles. The owner himself even fitted me for my in ear monitors. such an amazing company and group of people. I personally will not use any other in ear monitor company again. InEarz is the company to go to for personal interaction with the staff and they will take care of your in ear monitor needs. 5 stars for sure if not more!

Super disappointed! Made the jump and paid hundreds for custom monitors and after very little use over the almost three years Ive had them, the left ear failed. Cost to repair one side, coupled with the uncertainty that the other side will also fail soon made me decide not to throw more good money after bad. Also, techs were not able to definitively identify the cause of the failure before I agreed to the repair cost.

Top notch quality, fit & finish! Customer service is quick and responsive. I had owned several other companys in-ear monitor systems and had numerous failures on finish and mechanics. Inearz is a fantastic company all-around with ZERO issues. And way better customization options than most of the others. Well worth it!

I just received my custom quad driver iems. It was a newer design that I was able to preview when I visited their store and shop. The folks at Inearz are supportive and honest. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The craftsmanship of the hearing protectors is above all other manufacturers, so comfortable and effective that you almost forget they are in there. InEarz customer service is superb, totally committed to providing no-hassle customized in-ear monitors and hearing protectors.

I had my first custom IEMs reshelled here recently and could not be any happier with my experience. Love my InEarZ...I had the UMPro30s from Westone and the universal fit in my left ear was great, but I could never get a good fit in my right ear. In fact, Id get a bad headache after about 30 minutes of wearing them. When I got my impressions made my audiologist asked me if I swam a lot and/or if the water in NZ is cold... Um, yes and yes... She said I had a bump in my ear canal that is common among people who swim/surf a lot as youngsters, or where the swimming water is cold. Its only in my right ear.... Hence the bad headache.... So, I sent in my molds and my UMPro30s to be re-skinned. WOW! What a difference, these things are snug and fit great. There is no leakage of sound, and so my bass response is really good now. I have to be careful though, they are so well fitting that Ive had to re-assess what level I run my Wireless IEM gear at - it gets loud in my ears quick (but it sounds great). I HIGHLY recommend these guys to re-skin your IEMS if you need that service. :-)

Heir Audio Savant universals remolding has a clear shell and beautiful faceplate glitter. The feeling of fitting seems to have changed the impression coating method, and it feels lighter than before.We have heard the troublesome requests around the connector, and we have made it well.Since the sound also changed in a good direction, it was customized and it was a great answer.

I had a very good experience with InEarz Audio.The end result was a I was shipping from Japan and was not entirely sure if my ear impression was good enough, or what I needed to do exactly to fill my orders, but everybody starting from Kaysen responding to my e-mails were extremely helpful. very well fitting custom IEM that I am very satisfied delivered within the quoted time frame.I would recommend their service to anybody that wants a custom IEM.It was an order from Japan. We are very happy to receive a custom IEM with an excellent fit within 4 to 5 weeks given at the time of order. If you cant speak English, there are some Japanese agencies, so if you talk to them, you can order without any problems. Even if the price rises a little, we recommend that you can place an order at a much lower price than ordering in Japan.
