5 hours I waited for my car??? The prices are good but the wait is ridiculous. Looks like the employees spend more time standing around talking, At one point four different employees all working on the same problem as if confused meanwhile my car sat outside ready to go & no one bothered to tell me it had been ready for a while. If Im paying $400 for tires I expect better service.

I figure I can get a few things done at once get my car oil change and shop but unfortunately that did not happened. I was told I need to schedule appointment. So I left went shopping somewhere else. Called a week later and was told I had wait 1 week for appointment. Not so convenient!

I made an appointment for 830a and have been waiting 3 hours for a job that should take like a 1.5hr. Oh, and Im still waiting, its 1149a now.
I was in the nursery department. Waiting in a line that was closed with no sign indicating such (cashier said she worked in another department and was just helping)...moved to the other line and the lady was having card/cash issues. There were already 4 people in this line, yet the other cashier chose to leave... she couldnt have stayed and checked out two other people? (who had 2 items!!)Very poor customer service!!!
The mechanic was more help then person at desk but thier was only one person on desk with 4 customers on floor.

Don’t go to this place. I got there at 7:20Am (they open at 7 am) for change my car’s oil and they told me 4 HOURS. It’s been 3 hours and they haven’t start my car. I prefer to spend more money than going here. It doesn’t matter if you get before they open, they will always tell you 4 hours.

Dont bother coming here unless you have a whole day to waste. I arrived at 7:45 am to have 2 new tires put on my vehicle, was told 2 hour wait. Ive been sitting here now 4 hours, asked the employees how much longer, at least another half hour! The girls at the desk have nothing but attitude. Wont bother coming here again. Dont waste your time.

Got there at 7 am and the tech was friendly and informative with prices and fees. Despite the first come first serve my wait was just over an hour. Although the tire price was right, they nail you with big fees. Just to mount and balance was $12 per tire, a little pricey if you ask me. But its convenient and relatively quick
This was the fourth set of Goodyear tires that I have purchased for my cars over the last several years. Went there for price and Goodyear positive reputation dispute the fact that every previous visit I said I will never go back. Aside from the shop people the customer contact people are rude and very incompatent. They have no clue how important the customer is to Walmart. In short it took Two hours to get through the order phase. Mass confusion. My car simply had a flat tire on the passenger rear side. I replace the flat tire in my drive way with the spare tire located in my trunk and drove directly to Walmart tire center. My instructions were simply for them to replace all four tires with a new tire and put the spare tire back in the trunk. Replace the spare with the best of the three old tires on the spare tire rim and put it back in the trunk. I was told my wait would be 5 hours. When I returned I found the tire center closing and most of the shop staff were gone or leaving. when I inspected my car I found four new tires installed but the passenger side rear tire was a new tire but on the spare tire rim and the matching passenger side rear rim in the trunk with the original flat tire still on the rim and just thrown in the trunk. I caught the original service writer leaving and discussed it with him. He clearly failed to tell the shop tech what needed to be done. Another shop tech who I believe was leaving for the day and over heard my conversation with the service writer volunteered to stay and get the job done right. He was great and was able to undue the original errors, locate in the old tire bin my old tires, so I could select a tire to use as a spare. It took approximately two more hours to correct the job. We were able to get the job done to my satisfaction dispute a new manager came arriving on the scene and rudely telling me to go to a waiting room as it was against their corporate rules for a customer to stand in the shop door way to talk to the shop techs to give them instructions when they ask me for help in understanding what he needed to do for me. At that point I almost told them to cancel the job and return my money. I restrained myself and the shop tech cheerfully finished the job and I as in the past left saying this is the last time. The last minute conversation with the very rude manager seald my notion to never come back. The saving Grace for Walmart on this visit was a very mechanically competent customer oriented shop tech who should be promoted to manager.
The techs are nice and take time to talk with me and they have done good job with my cars. But beware - theres usually a long wait, even if you show up early in the a.m.I choose to use their auto service because I can at least use the time (shopping in the store) and the prices are much lower than other places.
Had an oil change took an hour. Which was fine . That is what they said. However they tried to charge for a different oil change. I asked for the $35.88 Chang and they tried to charge close to $60. They said they went and put in synthetic. Which I did not ask for. They did alter the price after they realized it was their mistake.
First, it took me 2 days to get someone to even answer the phone(between this Walmart and the one on east colonial) they told me I can just walk in, that i didnt need to make an appointment but when i got there it was an easy 4 hr wait(at 10am in the morning) with bays open(and then they tell me I should make an appointment) . Finally after reaching SOMEBODY, I was able to make an appt. And that was the only good part about it because when I showed up they took my car right away. Needed 4 new tires, and waited about and hr( which is reasonable) they come to tell me that one of the tires is stuck and cant come off. So we still bought an extra tire to attempt to take off the old one ourselves...right after we left my husband pulled the car over in the same parking lot and got the tire off in 10 minutes lol..what a crazy process just to get 4 tires ar a reasonable price..do not recommended..unless you want to end up doing the work yourselves.

Management understaffs the customer service desk for the automotive section. The lines can get long. Plan on car service taking about 2 hours or so. Prices are good, of course. They hire friendly associates. They need more help at the service counter to get through customers more quickly.
The saying is 100% correct. You get what you paid for. Walmart had cheap tires and cheap service which came with cheap customer service. They said it would take a few hours, but it took over 6 hrs.The cashiers really dont know how to use technology or deal with people.Saved a few bucks, but lost some of my sanity for the human race. Next time Ill spend a few extra bucks.

Do not ever take your car here. The mechanics mess with your vehicle. Just so they can refer you to go to a mechanic that they are friends with. It’s like the purposely mess with your car so something goes wrong and you have to go drop money to get it fixed when they were the ones who caused the problem. They try to scam their customers. We took our car in for an oil change. After we left and got home we heard a hissing sound to find The air cleaner hoses were undone for some reason. There was a rag from them that was sitting on top of the serpentine belt almost like they wanted it the get caught up in the belt. They weren’t going to mention it till my fiancé asked how it all went they then told him there was a small oil leak but they didn’t know where it was coming from. But here’s the thing the filter is in a hard to reach spot so it’s like when they took out the filter oil got all over everything and they tried to wipe it off because there were streaks like they had tried to wipe it off but didn’t want to take responsibility for it so they blamed it on a leak. Just a warning to everyone watch out if you take your vehicles there because if they tell you something is wrong they probably caused it
The staff was nice and polite. The gentleman from the shop explained to me the different types of oil. Yes it takes about one hour, but if you want a quick oil change, pay the extra bucks for a small shop. Bring your groceries list and they call you whenever your vehicle is ready.
No one is there to help. One tech walks from car to car, and diagnosis you curbside. Its hot outside, the tech does not have a clue who came first, so you are then shouting at the tech to get his attention. I just left and went somewhere else to get sound advice in a matter of minutes.
Fast and efficient service and a price thats hard to be beat! Technician was knowledgeable and done super quick, will definately be coming back.
No stars, this place is poorly managed. Went there today for an oil change at 9 am, they said it would take 3hrs because there were 7 cars ahead of me and the only had 3 guys working. Sure I can understand that. But as I waited in my car for 30min trying to find another place to take my car, all I saw was 3 guys standing around. Not one car being worked on. This is pathetic, I will never even consider going back to this place. Tighten up Walmart!
At 5pm of 1/16/2019 I decided to tried Walmart car service for an oil and filter change. As soon as I got out of my car the service tech from the distance told me they were not taking any more cars. I did not even make it out of my parking slot. Did not even when in the service area inside. Now I stood maybe less then ten mins scheduling the same services through my dealer when the technician the told me he was not taking no more vehicles for the day came and told me that if I wanted to wait for two or so hours he gladly will do it. With the friendly invitation I received as a new customer I highly doubt any one will wait for that friendly welcome. For sure I rather pay a bit more and honestly get treat like a customer that the business appreciate that waiting to get insulted as I did.
You get what you pay for. $20 for a basic oil change. 2.5 hours wait. These guys are in no rush to do anything.Time is money. Next time I ll pay 40 for a 15 minute quick service at valvoline.
Did my long distance oil change great but I dont think they should have charged me extra because they were out of the oil and had to pull from inside the store😠

Just getting a tire rotation and air topped in my tires. Been here since 7:50am. They just started on my car at 9:45am. They keep working on my car, doing one thing, then walking away for a while before they come back to my car. Nobody else’s car is even in the garage right now. Not too happy about the wait...but I got my tires here back in December so the rotation is free...guess I can’t complain too much.
I wish they allowed you to make appointments. Took over 2 hours for them to install 4 tires. Great price on tires, though.
If i could give them zero star rating, I would. They have no urgency at all. I waited 20 minutes just for someone to get my car registered and then found out that it was a 3 hour wait. I tried to call into the department to check on wait times and they would just hang up on me. Dont waste your time here.

Not a good place to go if you not good on time . I was told that there were “ 7 cars of ahead of me “ and there would be a “ 3 hour wait “, when I arrived at 9am.... like how y’all just opened and I came the day before and was told the same exact thing . Long story short I got my new tire put on by 11. They just tell you it’s a 3 hour wait so you can leave honestly.

2 New tires told the service person that I wanted my new tires on the back, it’s a rear wheel drive truck. I only noticed that the tires were on the front at my next stop. I took it back asked for the manager told him I’d been waiting send 645 this morning to be sure I get in and out and now I have to come back. The manager said well the new tire should’ve been on the back all along. He did get me right in and fix it. Just make sure everything is done that you wanted done they are very busy and probably in a hurry.
Very friendly employees. Pretty busy on Friday morning. I was in and out with a brand new tire in less than an hour. Very satisfied!

Was told services would be about an hour and 15 minutes, I walked out 3 hours later than told. Staff standing around and taking water breaks every 10 minutes. All this for a simple oil change.
Number 2 on the list for oil change & two hours later, oil change complete! Seriously, two hours for an oil change? How does this place stay profitable? Next time, Ill either change it myself or find a place that actually works when theyre supposed to bemail working.
Had to put 1 star to post anything. Horrible place to do business with. There is no process in place to handle incoming vehicles. There are understaffed and dont seem to care. I waited 45 minutes trying to buy 4 tires and oil change. I was never helped. I ended up going down the road to Costco. 45 minutes of my life wasted.
Got there before opening time. Stood there seven minutes after opening at counter while no one seemed interested in me. Finally someone looked at me and said You got to go outside and wait for someone to come to your car to be serviced. Went outside and saw five people still waiting for someone. Got in car and took my business elsewhere.

Ordered tires from one of the associates. Never got a call saying that the tires came in, as promised. When I called, they said they had no record of the tires coming in or that I ordered them. After double and triple checking, they told me that the tires were there but I had to wait another day in order to get them put on. After I waited a week for them, and no phone call, I took my business elsewhere....

Was turned away at 4:26. Hours before they close. All I needed was a oil change. Super basic, took Valvoline less than 10 mins. Right up the street. But they had too many cars apparently. Im sorry but less than 10 mins for a job. That quick easy money that went elsewhere. The cost in store for what I need was $35. They charge about $45. So Im paying $15 for less than 10 mins of their time. To change oil. Thats insane per hour cost. Thats not even stating the fact, they sell the oil for $35 but bought it at less. So the margin is even bigger. Literally, poor business. #thintheweight

It is ridiculous for it to take one hour to put a battery in. There is only one guy trying to write all the service tickets. I asked if I could have some coolent put in. And was told you dont do coolent. If you do oil changes you have to put in fluids. This location needs help. I should ger a refund.
Walmart auto center two and a half hours later I got a new battery that was had to be prorated left hand dont know what the right hand is doing I will not go back there

This is the casselberry location. You can get a good price on tires but the first come first serve probably can get you sitting there for a while overall I would use the service again. I will just try and get there earlier lol
Waiting for 3 1/2 hrs to get prepaid and delivered tires mounted, on wheel that where off the car.terrible service looking thru the waiting room glass as the mechanic is working on his social skills with coworkers.

Never again. the first time i went there i was told to wait outside... in the rain, and someone would get to me. i waited over a half an hour then went back inside and was told that it is now to late and i would not be helped that day.i went up to the manager and told him of my experience and that i was taking my business elsewhere and that they desperately need to retrain their staff. funny thing he was in shock, i guess he expected me to want something, but i just want them to be better workers.he convinced me to do business with them, he said hed give me all these warranties and discounts to make up for it. so i gave them the opportunity to make it better.well the tires were their brand and had a 40,000 mile rating. those tires lasted 15,000 and already showed metal. part of the warranty was to grant me proration on the tires. since i was in the market for 4 new tires i figured id return, get my proration and buy 4 more, better, tires.they wouldnt honor the warranty. they claim that the warranty is void because of uneven wear. stating that i needed an alignment.the thing is that my car got an alignment the day after i got the tires and was even checked several times since then. i know that wasnt the case. i mean, the tires werent even worn uneven to begin with, they had light skuff on the edges, but the tred, itself, was damn near non-existant. she kept saying do you have record of the alignment like that would be something i would have on me when i have evenly warn tires that didnt even last half the time the tires are rated for.i know well enough about cars, ive worked on them for years ive rebuilt engines from the ground up. i know what even and uneven wear looks like on a damn tire. i could do all this work myself if i had the equipment myself.the manager was rude, condescending and took every effort to weasel out of the proration. thats fine with me. i took my business elsewhere. i just dont understand why they feel $20 is worth the loss of a $500 sale. never again will i give them a chance with my tires, their warranty might as well be printed on toilet paper. dont risk it, it is not worth your time or money. comes to prove that you can give some people ever chance in the world, but a scam artist is a scam artist.

Extremely dissatisfied,, wanted to buy two tires,, $250.00 total purchase. Told they wont do the work because I have 20 wheels. After discussing the situation and their explanation of inadequate equipment I told them I will buy my tires elsewhere and that a 2018 mustang comes with 20 tires and Im amazed a company as big as any in the world is behind the times. I havent decided if I will ever shop again for anything,, I have options.
They make you wait outside in the blazing Sun or rain and its not a quick wait. I took my car twice, left the first time because I waited too long to be helped. The second time was still an untimely wait, but I needed the oil change so I stayed.
Slow said 2 hrs when I walked in just checked and they say another 2 hrs.....
It says they open at 8am, I got there at 8 to buy a battery and there was no staff anywhere. After 20 minutes an auto tech came out and sold me the battery. Dont say you open at 8 if no staff is there.
Its like 2.5hrs for an oil change when there was only 1 car ahead of me...shm ...almost make me wanna spend the extra money an go somewhere else that does it in 30min or less
