Dont bother trying to order anything from them off doordash. They always cancel your order with no reason. Apparently its hard to prepare a simple bacon egg and cheese bagel.

Food always great! BUT the drive thru is consistently awful at least these past few months anyway.. Soooo slow. I’ve pulled away multiple time after waiting a solid 15 min without even being able to order... today I gave it another try... 42 mins! For a bagel? I sat there just to see how long it would take and I’m still shocked. Get it together already.

The staff, at this location, were attentive and very pleasant with me. A sweet woman, behind the register, explained the half dozen deal to me,fore I barely eat there; I appreciated their upbeat attitude this morning. 😁

Prepaid in app for mobile order, said 10-15 minutes - waited in drive thru line for 30+ minutes, other cars driving away because of the wait. 2 stars because the cashiers are usually friendly and food is decent, when theyre not out of things (consistently running out of products) Will probably not come back because I do not have the time to wait in these lines.Changed to 3 stars, thanks for the prompt response. Not a terrible place to go or anything, just long wait/service and constantly running out of things due to limited stock.

I enjoy a good bagel. The packs are great especially if you need some for the office. App needs work as it leaves no room for any sort of modification.

I was refused service at the driver thru after waiting 30 minutes in the line. I was told I could come inside (I couldnt actually because I had my dog in the car) but that they would no longer be taking drive thru orders because they were too backed up. I was the first of probably ten or so customers who waited in line to have been turned away.If you had the intent of taking no more orders, perhaps having someone run out, explain the situation, and cone off the drive thru wouldve been a better solution :(

I recently ordered from here and despite it being the closest Einstein to my house I will avoid at all costs. We consistently come here and consistently there is no good service. Our last experience was the last straw. We waited in the lobby area for a solid 10 minutes at least before being acknowledged, then we verified that we could get the last of the bagel we wanted before continuing to order. At the end of the order they told us their machine was broken on the tip part of the machine and the worker kept walking away as to avoid explaining how to give zero as the 0 button did not work forcing us to leave a tip that they definitely did not deserve. Finally one of the workers calls us up and says that she made a mistake and accidentally used one of the few bagels left of the one I wanted, I expressed that I verified that I could have them and this was a huge inconvenience and she told me “I don’t need your attitude” if she thinks what I gave her was attitude then she must not have any life experience. At this point I’m extremely peeved, my order can not be fulfilled to what I ordered and the wait has been ridiculous. I had a few other issues such as them not wanting to fill up my drink, and the manager yelling across the store at employees and customers. I would rate this 0 if I could, I understand that everyone is stressed in today’s world but I do NOT need attitude from someone while I’m just trying to eat breakfast.

I love lox and I was so pleased to see Einstein had them. We just moved from an area where there wasnt an Einstein, so I was happy to do a Google search, have them pop up, quickly peruse the menu and see you did in fact have them. I dont like when a place pulls up on Google for something I am looking for, to find out they really dont have it. The location was convenient, as well, to other errands I was running. The lox were fresh and delicious, the onion was fresh and crispy and the bagel was so fresh with a crispy Asiago outside and chewy soft center. The line was short, service was fast and the staff were kind. Looking forward to returning.

Love this place in the mornings ! Make sure you repeat your order and then check again. More often then not they are missing something. It may be something small, but still. Besides that, very sweet and friendly staff and good food. Their cold brew is DELISH !! Enjoy !

Smallest bagel in town and hash browns. Were awful reheated in microwave just an thru not good period

Was standing in line while the restaurant seemed busy. After hearing the manager repeated screaming at her employees, she turned to the line and ordered everyone to “get out of the restaurant” in an extremely aggressive manner because “there was no way they were going to get orders out at any time soon”. I left, wasn’t going to be disrespected by an emotional unstable woman.

Nova lox is the best for a reasonable price.

I didn’t go personally but my sister went last week was who delivered my food. She said the cashier was very friendly (it was a new girl; keep it up, you’re doing great!)The food was delicious! And so pretty to look at! What you see online is exactly what you get. I loved my turkey avocado sandwich!

Kind of disappointed for a bagel shop to run out of bagels, dont you make them in house just curious?

The biggest issue is inconsistency and wait time. Ive waited over 20 min after ordering to get my 2 baggles before work before. Ive chosen to walk in the location before bc the drive thru is long and there was but 2 people inside. At that the driver thru is still prioritized. My time is no less valuable bc I decided to get out of my car rather than wait in the drive tru. It is consistantly long waiting for both. Now food. Its good when its done right. Idk how you can 1 forget bacon on bacon egg and cheese bagels or 2 be so inconsistent with butter on a butter bagel. Now normally I would go back to address this but by the time I look at my food Im at work. thats a me issue but still. It has taken several visits for me to even take the time to make the review bc I was giving you all the benefits of the doubt treating each issue as a one off. It has proven otherwise unfortunately. Ps please put napkins in your drive thru bags. Youre serving food.....

Love the bagels. First time for lunch and it is awesome. Fruit cup is fresh, fruit is sweet, like it should be. Potato salad is rich and creamy, washed down with some passion fruit/mango tea! Must eat here! So yummy!! Place is clean too!!

This place has the best bagels in Florida. I live in a city that didnt have an einstein bagels so when Im in lake Mary I stop here to get a bakers dozen to take home.

The food was delicious. It was nice that they had 2 tables outside since the dining room is closed except for picking up your order. I was disappointed in the app, as they did not have a complete menu to choose from. For example, they did not list many different types of bagels, including the pretzel bagel. I thought they must have been out, but when I went in to pick up our order I saw a basket FULL of pretzel bagels. ☹️ They were completely out of napkins at the coffee bar, so we had to ask for them. We received no napkins, stir sticks, etc with our order. We got outside and realized we needed to go back inside to get those items along with the milk from our order. The Caribou medium roast coffee is delicious as was all.of the food we purchased. No complaints there, just needs a little attention to the small details.

Really disappointed, they always, ALWAYS! Forget something everytime I do an online order. Edit: they fixed my order.

First time being there, place is extremely clean, quick service, employees are really nice, I truly recommend this place.

Went through the drive-thru and not only did they take a pretty long time to even take my order but they also got it wrong. In my opinion my order was pretty simple, two bagels with the same cream cheese and one frozen caramel coffee, but what I got was not a frozen coffee, I received one bagel not two, nor did I get my bagels toasted like I asked. Really upsetting since this is the second time Ive come to this location and had a bad experience. Definitely will travel further to get accurate service.

I am never disappointed in a Einstein Bagel. Delicious as usual. Friendly service, tasty coffee, and fresh bagels. The reason I only gave them four stars is I received what was expected because its a chain. I will give out 5 stars when a restaurant goes above and beyond my expectations.

Drive thru experience was horrible but the worst was the service afterwards. Ordered 2 items and a coffee. Received the food with no coffee or receipt. Returned to ask for coffee but was told the machine was down which wouldve been vital the first go around. Went in to get refund but when reviewed the coffee was never charged. No sorry for inconvenience just going home to cold food.

It seems if you order the boxes some things are swapped out- different muffins and youre not informed. Other than that the food and service is always great.

Five employees in the restaurant and not a single other customer and no one could even greet us, let alone take our order. When we asked if someone could help us, one them (the girl with her mask down on her chin) turned around and snarked at us someone would be will us in a minute. Left and went to Starbucks.

The food was great but the app ordering does not include all the bagel flavors they have at this location. They supply paper straws and have Caribou Coffee.

The usual great bagel quality, outside seating available.

Great place to start your day and the people were friendly. If you buy a dozen bagels (great deal...less than a dollar a bagel) make sure you specify which ones you want. I said a variety and got plain and wheat bagels and nothing else.

We love Einstein Bagels normally. I went in and there were 4 employees. Hardly any customers in the whole store and I stood for about 8 minutes before greeted or asked for an order. For whatever reason they were all working off of one register which looked like it was for the drive thru. I was surprised because we had an Einstein in Lake Mary and service was always great.

I was witness to some extremely AWESOME customer service when dealing with an extremely rude customer.

First and Last time visit. Total waste of time! Literally. Ordered a Turkey Sandwich. Waited a couple of minutes for the cashier to cash out the previous customer. I didn’t think much of it. Maybe a new employee. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he proceeds to assist the customer with her drinks. (Filling them and bringing them to where she was seated outside). I thought this was great service. Except that none of the other employees, and there were at least four others, would step to the register to cash me out. Mind you, my sandwich was put on the counter while the cashier was cashing out the previous customer. About 4 minutes later, one of the girls had to get his attention and let him know that I needed to be cashed out. All while the manager told another girl to cash me out. I think since she noticed that I had been waiting too long, she should’ve cashed me out herself. Finally get to work and sit down to eat my sandwich and it was a completely different sandwich. So I had to drive back to get a refund. The girl asked me if I wanted another sausage, egg and cheese. I ORDERED A TURKEY SANDWICH!!! Total waste of time. So I tried a turkey sandwich from Starbucks next door and not only was the service much better and faster, it was delicious. They just won themselves a new customer and Einstein’s lost an opportunity.

I want to like it more than I do. Every time. The chocolate chip bagel is whole wheat- as if I’m concerned with the grain being whole wheat when I’d also like it to have chocolate in it. And then no shmear options for this type of bagel except a honey almond. I mean- give the people what they want. Stop messing with me!

Good food, but not worth the price. Customer service was terrible! The cashier asked me the same question 4 times. I asked for half and half tea but was only given unsweet 2 times, eventually I just stopped asking for half and half. While ordering my sandwich they delivered my sandwich, which at first I thought wow so fast. . . except it dawned on me I wasnt done ordering it. . . so didnt get cream cheese on my sandwich. Later my brother stops by, they completely mess his order up and have to refund him part of it, we still arent sure it was correct. Overall not worth it. Employees arent very friendly/attentive .I wont be going back.

Ive been going to this establishment for years every Sunday you got a 50% chance that theyll get your order right.

This Einstein is not proving their bagels properly. The last 3 times I’ve come in here over the last week, the bagels are half the size they should be and the consistency is sub par. This is actually an issue with several Einsteins in the area. I’m actually getting better bagels at Whole Foods now. I think the mentality is likely that they can cut corners or cut time and it won’t matter because they’re the only bagel place and people will still come. The quality control is going down. I’ve been to several Einsteins a lot over the past year. I’m just disappointed to see this happening.

Their guilt is by association. The web service is so abysmal that I couldnt even use this location. I cant recommend this company, let alone this location, until Im able to order food without creating an account (with terms and conditions that go nowhere if you actually try to read them).Not everything needs to be social media.Einstein was never the best, but it was always good for my needs. The bad faith generated by their website has soured me to the company indefinitely.

Even on a weekend, the service was quick and friendly, the food was prepared fast, but super tasty.I would suggest getting the Nova Lox if you want to try something savory but more cool. They take a bagel of your choice, toast it, add cream cheese, fresh tomatoes, red onion and capers, finally topped with smoked salmon. Its a fantastic combination!

As I was pulling into the parking lot today, I was hoping the knuckle head who took my order the last time would be somewhere in the back. To my pleasure, manager Keith took great care of me! The coffee is amazing!!! Try the cheesy hashbrowns bagel, it will change your life. The staff here are fast, friendly and helpful. I also liked that they have almond milk apon request. I highly recommend einstein bros bagels.

So, because I’m a reckless monster, like living life on the edge, normally enjoy any food thrown my way and trust the chef.. I asked them to just give me a bagel with the salmon thing on it (I was curious). Anthony made it, it was tasty. The girl that rang me out was also a sweetheart with pretty eyes.That’s all I have folks.

Had lunch today. Had to repeat my order 3 time to a young girl. And she forgot to put the bacon on it. Sorry this was my favorite. Not anymore.

GREAT BAGELS. POOR TECH COMMUNICATION. STAFF ARE THREE FEET APART. OUR EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE WHEN TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WHAT WE DESIRE BETWEEN THE CASHIER AND THE STAFF BEHIND THE COUNTER. THE STAFF ARE ALSO ATTEMPTING TO SERVE ANY CUSTOMERS THAT COME TO THE DRIVE UP WINDOW. VERY POOR.

I frequently have breakfast here and the staff are the absolute best. The only issue I have is we need more coffee choices. They have had the same coffee for quite sometime and with a Starbucks right across the street, you guys need to step it up...thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars....

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would! I just went through the drive thru again because I read the recent comments and I thought maybe they were doing better BUT they didnt have ANY of the bagels I wanted (again) so I just picked something because I had to get to work. I had to pull up behind 2 cars because they were also waiting on their order and after about 20 minutes of waiting I finally got my order AND THE DRINK WAS WRONG AGAIN!! I know that it can get busy in the mornings especially when its a bagel place but when I ask for 2 different kinds of bagels (thats what the place in known for) and their response is sorry were out of those its Monday I couldnt believe it!! I dont know why this location has such a hard time but you guys seriously need to take lessons from the Colonial Drive and Primrose location. I think I should get a free breakfast or something because EVERY TIME I go here something is wrong with my order or youre out of what I want EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ive gone there 2 times and you were out of whipped cream...REALLY?!!!!

Not a very good experience at all. We got there at 7 am. Only a few employees working and they were very busy. Too busy to turn and look at us standing there. She called over her shoulder and asked what we wanted. No eye contact or confirmation of our order. The cashier called out to us from the drive thru window register and asked what we ordered so she can ring us up. We each got a bagel which was supposed to be free with our sandwich orders for the free bagel day, we got charged for them. The coffee was cold and out of creamer. They were too busy to service the self serve coffee area. Havent been to an Einstein Bagel in a while...and I dont plan on returning anytime soon after this last visit.

When I come here for breakfast, everything is always perfect and hot. Getting hot food is so hard come by at fast food joints nowadays. So when I make a order and its perfect and hot I feel like im getting my moneys worth!

Getting stingy on cream cheese topping (that they charge as much as a tub just for one bagel). Asked for more on top and they wanted to charge for extra - didnt even have enough to cover the entire bagel!

I walked in to Einstein bagels at according to their computer clock 10:57 am. After standing without any greeting (2 employees 1 customer only) 2 minutes went by then the black - lady making the food - but not working on anything said come to register rather than stand at bagel counter. When finally asked if she could help - by same black lady - I asked for the bagel 13 special. She says thats only till 11am. Now it was 11:02 as of their computer clock. So she said no deals its after 11. Even though we were in the store and at counter waiting to be acknowledged at 10:57.THATS why tomorrow Bagel King Casselberry...just down the road will get my business. 18 bagels for $9.99Very poor - well NO service at all.Here at Einstein Bagels - so sad. 2 employees getting paid by the company to do nothing. Waste of company money. Never to return here..Bagel King Casselberry 100% service always ....Einstein Bagels 0% service

Theyre definitely way better than the old crew. Gary the manager is really cool and the staff is friendly. If your in the mood for good food fast friendly service then this is the place to be. Very good food for the price!

Lox is my favorite bagel! I wish there was one in Savannah, GA so I could make this a weekly stop!
