The mattresses at RFO Mattress are amazing, but the best part about RFO is Richard and his phenomenal service. He talked me through each mattress and which would work better for my family. He was knowledgeable, friendly and best of all not pushy at all. I stayed for an hour trying out each mattress and he patiently explained the pros and cons of each. I will never buy another mattress anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend making them your mattress store too. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased a new king size hybrid plush mattress. Evidently the manufacturer had some issues and there was a problem with my mattress fully opening up and fluffing up to its full potential! I was not sleeping well and very uncomfortable for weeks. When I went back to the store the owner Richard was very nice and understanding about my situation. I gave it another week or so to see if the bed would completely open up and be what it was supposed to be. When I called to see if I could swap it out for another one but firmer (as I was dealing with back pains) the owners son was very resourceful and also very understanding about my situation. He assured me that he and his father would get my replacement mattress ready for me and personally deliver it to my house! They both showed up and took the dud mattress out, gave me a replacement box spring and even dragged my old mattress out to the curb at no extra charge. They did all this in about 20 minutes! I was very pleased with the service I received from them from day 1 and I have been sleeping like a baby ever since! I would highly recomend buying your mattress from RFO! I will surely be returning when I am able to purchase my platform bed frame. Thanks guys for the impeccable customer service!!!!!

Let me start by saying I am beyond impressed with this store. The past two nights have been so amazing and the difference a good mattress makes is life changing. Such great service all around, I ordered my mattress along with the bed in the bag and got everything delivered the same day. Everything was exactly or even better then described and the prices are great. The care and customer service this company puts into their customers is amazing and I definitely recommend them!!

I walked into this store with my sister looking for a comfortable queen size mattress. I told the gentleman, the owner my price range and what I was looking for. He didnt show me the only just one but showed me a couple of amazing mattress that he recommend and gave me a huge discount on it (Memorial Day discount).He even showed me a pillow and bed sheets that will help my sleep, he didnt have to go the extra mile but he did.He even challenged me to find it cheaper on Amazon and if it was hed match their price and give me another discount. This is what I call customer service and someone who takes pride in what they do.I have been sleeping on the mattress for the past week and I am feeling like a new person every morning and I am even going back to get more bedsheets because of the amazing product he carries.

They know their stuff and their product is reasonably priced! Plus theyre super friendly and patient! I highly recommend this location if you have mattress needs. Ill definitely be back!

Quality Beds - Fantastic ServiceRichard went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Our bed is so very comfortable, and was a better price than Amazon or the other companies that are selling adjustable beds. We initially made an error when choosing our bed - too firm. Its not that we were rushed, it was our miss. We COULD NOT BELIEVE it when later we called Richard, telling him we didnt like the bed after all. He invited us to come pick another one! We went to the store and were treated with utmost respect as he listened to our story. He told us to pick another bed, and delivered it as promised, NO HASSLE! Customers for LIFE!!

Just purchased our 2nd mattress from this Store. The mattress from last year has been great so we came directly to RFO Mattress again. No pressure and great selection/prices. Richard gave good advice for our needs. Love the easy delivery. Have added some furniture since last year which is fun .

Owners were very helpful. They also have a furniture Dept with some very unique items. I purchased a cherry and slate dining set with wrought iron. Beautiful with good price.

The woman who helped us was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. We walked in, told her our budget and she gave us a few options we were happy with. My husband went back to pick up the mattress and box spring and when he realized it wouldn’t fit in his truck, they offered delivery. The woman at the store delivered with her husband the same day and were both GREAT! We’ll be back as long as they’re there!

I called the owner of this company tonight at about 9pm very late . I explained to him that my wife and I really needed a mattress tonight . He went out of his way to accommodate me and was here to my home in about a half a hour last minute notice . I STRONGLY recommend this company. The mattress is brand new perfect condition in the plastic . I am very thankful .
