Prices skyrocketed this year for water and delivery fees. Customer service is now not accessible for at least 2 months too- they’ve apparently ended their phone line completely; if you call them, it immediately tells you they’re “too busy” and directs you to email them… and that tells you that they are going to take 5-7 business days for each reply! I can tell you that my urgent email about their billing not functioning on iOS was ignored, and I was levied late fees. In desperation I finally reached someone from support through Facebook messenger (though they don’t tell you that’s an option) because my bill was about to go into arrears for 2 months, with me trying to pay for it the entire time and it wouldn’t process!I’m now dealing with them shorting me a case of water this morning, and unable to contact them again.Between this and screwups in the past, I cannot recommend this company’s services.

I’ve been having their service for over 5 months and have had no problems! I got signed up with a sales rep from a marketing firm when I lived in San Antonio, and changing my delivery address to Orlando was super easy. Admittedly the services customer service is less than perfect, but my sales rep gave me the number to a new rep in the Orlando branch and they are super professional and polite! I would definitely recommend the service based on price and convenience.

Never received what I paid for and cannot get in contact with anyone. I just want a refund at this point. I was also told the account number that I have from the confirmation order does not exist. Seems like they manage to scam and also not to balance it out. Either way I’m extremely frustrated. I understand there is staffing issues but my order was placed on June 29th… what’s the excuse now?? Also the person who sold it to me has disconnected their number so there’s an additional red flag. He texted this to himself and now looking back I see how this clearly looks like a scam situation for him to swing referral points possibly??

I enjoy the service, and when I am able to actually schedule a delivery everything is great. But for some reason I have had to call to arrange my deliveries since my service started, I am unable to make the requests online nor on the app.I currently need a delivery and I have been calling since Monday (today is Thursday) but I cannot get through to anyone, I keep getting an automated message stating that they are closed even during regular business hours or that they are having problems with their system. Ok, I understand that systems can go down, but for 4 days? And with no alternative method to contact customer service? .... Im becoming very frustrated.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are constantly delivering to our business before we open and on days we are closed, and we’ve had bottles get stolen because of their carelessness. We have been a customer for about five years and have called them over a dozen times to try and rectify the issue but it continues to happen. They mark our hours and yet things still get delivered before we open. Not sure if it’s a scheduling issue or a driver issue but they need to get it together. Every time we call they could care less, and every representative seems more clueless than the first! We canceled our service and have gone with a different company. If you look at all the negative reviews they don’t even respond to them, that speaks volume. This company simply doesn’t care.

Love zephyr hills water but YOU LITERALLY CAN NOT REACH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is pretty inconvenient when they over-billed you. Total scam. Unbelievable.

Do not use this company. They miss deliveries, when you call to inquire, the CSR says the have no way to communicate with dispatch. When you call customer service, its always a 25min wait because they have an unusually high call volume, always, not once in a while but always. If you speak spanish or have someone in your office who does, have them use the spanish line, you can usually get thru quickly. Do not use this company.

The water and delivery are fine. No problems there. However, I explicitly asked the sales person about costs for cancelling. I was assured that I would be charged $20 for the dispenser which would be refunded upon cancellation. When I cancelled, I was told the $20 deposit could be applied to the$50 reconditioning fee! Never would have signed up!

Jade solicited today Monday, September 13 around 2:30 PM for Ready Refresh in our gated community with no solicitation allowed. Jade attempted to stoke fear in a resident with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder telling them how dangerous their tap water was contrary to the public information made available from Orlando Utilities Commission. Jade lied and stated she had been sent by the state to help. With her unlawful entry to the community and predatory sales tactics she did damage to the psyche of someone already struggling with a disorder.

Cancelled our service (because we bought a reverse osmosis system) and they took the water cooler and then afterwards brought us three 5 gallon jugs of water -- and charged us!What are we supposed to do with them if we sent back our cooler?We try to call them and they just hang up. Its crazy

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is a joke, I have called four times over the past few months regarding over billing. Each time I was on the phone for over an hour, one time I was on the phone for two hours. They keep transferring you to different people where you have to explain the problem all over again, and they basically blame someone else and the circle continues. After nearly two hours on the phone and thinking we were close to resolving the problem, one lady blatantly gave me attitude and hung up the phone, wasting two hours of my time and accomplishing nothing. Finally, after the third time being overcharged, I cancelled their services and they came to pick up their (rented) water machine (of course they never gave me an exact date or time and the thing sat in my carport for a week). This was about a month ago and sure enough, I got charged another $80 today for who the hell knows what. Also, it should be noted that the service was for myself and my partner, we live in a regular sized home and do not drink more than 1 five gallon jug per week. Why I was ever charged $80 in the first place is beyond me and I still have no explanation. Try asking for a receipt or past bills and they will jerk your chain for an hour. It has been long enough where I am not angry or heated anymore but just do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company and their constant scams. What a joke.

I am seriously considering canceling their delivery service. The only thing that makes me reconsider is that they have better prices compared to the competition but their customer service is ridiculous, not helpful at all. You will schedule a delivery, expect it to come on the day/times that were agreed and then the drivers will come whenever they want. Receiving your order early wouldn’t be a problem except that the drivers are supposed to pick up the empty bottles. The best “clever-miss customer service” could do for me was to tell me to just leave the empty bottles outside the night before (yeah, like we had not tried that before). So if you schedule a delivery for Friday, expect to have your bottles sitting outside since Tuesday because apparently they can come whenever. An eyesore you say? Not their problem. Otherwise you’ll end up with 13 empty 5gal water bottles in your home like l have.Oh, and if an “escalations manager” promises to follow up and solve the problem... yeah, they’re just lying.

Worst customer service experience every time you call. They will raise your rates without telling you and they will double bill you. If you setup autopay with them check your statements carefully. There are other, cheaper services out there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I used to have good service with these people, ever since the “new and updated” web site, they have been horrible, on hold to place an order or straighten out an issue, average hold time 45 minutes, placed a delivery on Thursday the 23rd (last chance) I was told they would be out 1st delivery on Tuesday, but I had to be home because of a cooler delivery, I waited till 1:15 NO CALL NO DELIVERY, just got off the phone THEY MESSED UP again and admitted it, but nothing to fix it except I can wait till Friday, that was it no more from them that was last draw for me, here is proof of the “delivery” that they never cared about letting me know THEY messed it up

I have had this service for almost 4 years and have been renting the same water cooler for all 4 years. Back when I first signed up I was paying $2.99 for rent 2 years later it went up to $4 and last year to $5 which I was still willing to pay. But about three months ago they brought up the rent to $8 for the same water cooler I have had for 4 years!!! I called to cancel the rent and told them to pick it up Ill be going to walmart later to buy a smaller cheaper unit. Aside from the outrageous rent Im happy with the service they have also raised the prices on the water but its still worth it to me they leave it right in front of my door on the days they are scheduled. I know I can always count on my water coming on that day.

Nestle canceled our monthly order, nobody can tell us why, now we have to wait for almost another month and our employees have no water. They are absolutely useless, and I would never recommend them to anyone! why cant I give them zero stars, one star is one to many

I had given them multiple chances over the past 2 years to correct mistakes on not following delivery instructions of placing bottles in the garage and instead living them outside in 100 F + sun. Its very hard to get a hold of customer service and impossible to get a hold of route managers to correct delivery mistakes. Have to cancel my services and go with someone else...

I have emailed this company twice asking them to leave our water on our covered porch and to please ring our doorbell when delivery is made. They do not respond to email and you cannot reach them by phone as the the phone site is automated and always says there is high call volume and then hangs up. Also their website is unavailable today. Today they left all our water in the pouring rain when we have a covered porch and we were home. If I could reach someone or they would respond to email this could be easily worked out. Hoping maybe they respond to negative reviews as this is their last chance before we choose another water delivery service. Proceed with caution if you choose this company.

Their customer service is horrible. You get people who act as if you are bothering them. Yet I am an existing customer with a referral that they will not honor. I asked if it would be easier to just cancel service. The rep that was to be in a management postition said I’ll just cancel your next order with us. Ain’t that a kick in the A.. buyers beware! Look for another delivery service this one is horrible. They never even hooked up the unit correctly. The unit would not do hot or cold. It was to find out the service individual never turned in the unit correctly

I am hugely disappointed by this service. They charge you for absolutely anything they can, increase the cost of the rent for the unit, and customer service is terrible. Avoid this service and just buy your own unit. There is also no way to remove automatic payments without filling out a form and sending it to them. This whole company is a SCAM. You also cannot cancel your account online without calling them.

Horrible customer service. The call center gives you a 6 hour window for delivery. Then they NO CALL NO SHOW, and when you call they give you another four hour window to wait. No professional respect for customers time. One delivery was left in the parking lot in front of my gate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give a zero star if it was possible.I am very disappointed in the level of service I have received.I tried to have the rescheduled water delivery for 12/08/17 canceled, as I did not ask for this and it was rescheduled by someone without my approval or knowledge.I have been mishandled and the call center needs to be retrained on customer service and communication.A water delivery attempt was made to my office outside of business hours after I specifically provided our business hours approximately a month ago.I tried to speak with someone in the call center and was transferred to the cancellation department because the rep Jenn or Jenna said she could not help me, but could transfer me to have my account canceled if I would like. She did not care about how I was mishandled and refused to fix the error made by ReadyRefresh.I cannot continue to do business with if this is the type of relationship I can expect to receive.

Disgusted that you would allow for orders to be placed knowing that you had no intention to fill them in the week before Hurricane Irma hits Florida. No delay or cancellation emails were sent out. Just a sneaky change of delivery date if you log into your online account on the Ready Refresh website and an autodialer recorded message that the order wouldnt be filled as planned. Too little too late for the many people who were relying on this water as hurricane supplies and will now be left without. And you shut down your customer service lines so as not to be accountable to the aftermath of your poor business decisions? There is not even an option to cancel my order online that you have now postponed until the middle of next week. I hope everyone remembers this failure of Ready Refresh to properly serve and be accountable to their customers and communities once the storm has passed-- you have plenty of other options for water delivery services!

I am disgusted with the lack of service received before hurricane irma. I placed my order a week ago, the delivery date was scheduled for wed, then on wed it was moved to Thursday, Thursday it was moved to Friday, now Friday its telling me it will be delivered Monday. No emails were sent informing of delays and customer service has been suspended, no one is answering the phone. Thanks for nothing!
