Very large store. Offers a lot of items. Looks like you can get anything here for your work and home office needs. My wife comes here a lot to make copies and use there workstations. She says the prices are fare. Store was neat and clean. The floors were clean but need redone they are showing there age with marks.
Very disappointing how the print manager handled this call and kept interrupting my wife
We tried to have a print madr and the customer service agent sounded like he didnt even want to be here
Hasnt changed much since the last time I was there. Still expensive, but if they have what you are looking for and need right away, one doesnt have much choice but to shop there.
Their print department manager was extremely rude and sounds full of himself
Nick is outstanding. He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I will always ask for Nick every time.
Wow what a great experience at Staples Casselberry! I went in the other night with a last minute (of course) printing project and Alex really came through for me! He designs and printed the cards I needed in 1 Hour. While I was waiting on the cards to be printed, I walked over to look at printers since I it is impossible to find the ink I need for my HP printer. Vinicius (Vinny) saw that I was looking around aimlessly and offered to help. I have always been a lucky guy, but tonight was such a great experience. When we discovered that the only solution was to get a new printer, Vinny inquired about my business and the needs I had for a printer. He wound up saving me a bunch of money by introducing this old guy to some much new tech in printers and especially the ink. Vinny is a tremendous sales person and Alex is quite skilled in the print center. Your business can benefit by working with this location just like mine!
Clean, organized, professional and available staff. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable.
Staples in casselberry, Florida I love the selections and print options they have to offer. I feel they are a little understaffed most of the time for the selections in the print station area that are available to customers but whenever it is your turn they are always dedicated and friendly and eager to help you anyway they can! When in the area I always try to visit :-)
Excellent customer service from employees even right at closing time! The manager was great in offering a comparable promotion despite a mix-up situation!
Large store. Had what I was looking for in office supplies. Store required face mask. Associate was helpful and friendly.
Nick, in the printing department is one of the BEST employee in this store.Always ready to help in any way possible, I never left the store unhappy!!!Thank you Nick!!!
Havent been to a store in a long while. This staples was very clean and I felt very safe with all the distancing guidelines they employ at the store.
I want to thank Joshua from the Printing Dept for assisting me on July 18th. He went above and beyond to help me with a last minute favor of printing and laminating a poster board for a drinking game that I was planning on using at a get together with friends that very same night. I figured it was supposed to be a quick and simple process that would take less than an hour- hence why I was getting it done last minute, but I was truly mistaken when I was informed of how long it would normally take to complete it. I became worried that I wouldnt be able to have the game prepared before having to leave for the party, but Joshua reassured me that he would do his best to finish it within 20-30 minutes and he did just that. Thank you so so very much Joshua! I truly, greatly appreciate the effort that you put in to help me that day and I am so happy with the way the game turned out! Keep being awesome! ☺👍🏻👍🏻
Unfulfilled and inattentive to the phone on hold for 20 minutes without any response, and the product did not arrive and I keep waiting ...
I had a banner that I sent in a order for and I made a mistake on the banner. Mr. Nicholas Barone was great in helping me out and getting done in time for me. I really appreciate everything and I am never disappointed when I come here. Considering everything that is going on with COVID-19 I really appreciate them taking the time to help me. Thank you again !!
OUTSTANDING TECH SERVICES!We own a Lenovo Desktop purchased from the Casselberry store a couple of years ago, and we purchased the Tech Service Contract. This week I took the computer back for an issue relating to loss of all data files while undergoing a Microsoft major system update. The Tech Supervisor, Victor, resolved the issue in less than 24 hours, and he also handled a subsequent keyboard/mouse connectivity issue quickly. I am totally impressed with Victors professional knowledge, response and customer service attitude. His Tech Service on my behalf has made me a faithful, satisfied Staples Casselberry customer! Thanks, Victor!
Great customer service..The staff at the printing dept. Was excellent..tnis is one store that should lead by example...just a overall great staff...
Rude, unknowledable staff. Outrageous prices. $2 a page to fax? Rediculous!
Below is a letter I wrote to Staples roughly 1 month ago, I have given them every opportunity to resolve this matter. To whom it may concern:Staples warranty program with Asurion is a complete joke. I have been waiting almost 2 months to get reimbursed for an office chair that broke 2 weeks after I bought it. The entire ordeal has been painful starting when I returned the broken chair to the store. We were told even though it was only a few weeks since we bought it, we needed to file a claim with the warranty company, instead of just exchanging it for a new one. The sales rep assured us we did not need the broken chair when filing the claim, no pictures of it or anything so he took the broken chair into the stock room area of the store. We were told we would need to purchase a new chair to replace it. It didn’t seem like that big of a deal since we would get the money back on the first one. When I filed the claim with Asurion, of course they wanted pictures, lots of them and didnt understand why the store would tell us it wasnt necessary. Returning to the store was not possible, so I called the store and the manager had to get someone to go take pictures of the chair. That alone took a few days of back and forth emails and phone calls to the store. After completing the claim, the reimbursement was issued in the form of an ecard to the store. I dont want an ecard; I want a check. I couldn’t wait weeks to get a new chair, so I bought a new one the day we went back to the store to return the 1st one. To get a check I had to let the ecard expire, which takes 30 days. After the 30 day window expired, we never received the check. When I called Asurion for an update today, we were told the check was mailed to the wrong city. I’m not sure why they mailed it to the wrong city, I certainly would have never entered or given them a city name that I have never lived in. The only thing I can assume is they used my zip code to get the city, but our zip code covers to 2 municipalities. The actual logistics of this mysteriously traveling check appears to be a little fuzzy from the Asurion person I spoke to, she indicated the check was returned to them and they sent it to the local store where I bought the chair. So, to be clear, they mailed my reimbursement check to the wrong city, it was returned to them and then they mailed it to the store. They did this without calling or emailing me about the address being a problem. So apparently this check is at the store, for which I really don’t have the ability to go to anytime soon. So, I asked them to issue a stop payment and reissue a new check to the correct address. Sounds simple, but I was told they are not allowed to do that until a few weeks have passed, which won’t be until July 17th. So, I called the store, and they do not have the check, but said they will be looking for it. But it should have gotten there by now so I’m assuming its lost. So, start to finish, this has taken 2 months so far and for some reason I am spending a great deal of my personal time chasing money that should have been returned to me a few months ago and correcting process problems with and between Staples and Asurion. Here is the real kicker in all of this. The chair cost $200, the insurance was $20, and there was tax of 7% on both. The reimbursement was only for the cost of the chair, $200 so I lost $36 on that deal. I purchased a new chair, before knowing how terrible the warranty claim service was and paid the insurance again. That’s right, the first insurance plan doesn’t apply to the replacement and you don’t get the cost of the insurance back so if the item breaks again its treated like a entirely new transaction. You might ask why I got the insurance again; well the first chair broke in 2 weeks. So, in all, I’m out $72 on a $200 chair. If it breaks again I’ll cut my losses and try Office Depot. I never buy insurance plans but decided to on this one. I will never make that mistake again. I will also never make the mistake of venturing into a Staples again.
Joshua and the printing team were insanely helpful. Knowledgeable, quick, friendly. Would easily recommend them.
Excellent location and very nice people
HORRIBLE customer service. Hung up the phone on me after spending a half hour on hold.
Bad service- I dropped in just to print a few pieces of paper. The only girl available was rude, passed me over for another person and to my astonishment gave everyone more attention than she would allow me when I asked to to stay and help me. Why not, she did with everyone else? When I expressed my frustration by telling her that her service was horrible she refuted with a snap to not touch the screen so hard because I would break it. Serious over reaction on her part, not to mention the worst way to handle a customer youve aggravated. My incident occurred on Sunday, July 12th. The attendant was young, had dark hair and wore think eyeliner. I absolutely hate to write this but her tricky method of trying to aggravate the situation she caused requires the need for her employer to know about it.
I went in today to get some photos printed. Associate was not interested in showing me how to operate the printer. Even when I asked to show me he gave me short one or two word answers that did not help me. He had a sorry, but do not feel like helping attitude. Did not smile and ignored me when I was clearly looking at him to come help me.
Pretty AverageNothing out of the ordinary but not bad either. I still go to the store to get my office paper and supplies. Im not picky where I get them either Staples or Office Depot. Though, when I go into one, I always wonder how these places are still afloat. The staff are friendly enough, but I only ever see a handful of customers in the stores. Anyways, neither bad nor good. Just average.
Last night I went to Staples to help my daughter with a project that she needed to print out. The print shop employee was rude and seem to have an attitude. She was not helpful and was very Curt. Ive been just Staples quite a few times buying tablets, copiers supplies I actually enjoy shopping there but how I was treated this time makes me feel that my business is not wanted and that being a loyal customer does not matter.
This store features many wonderful employees who are ready to help you with your business-related needs. Learning how to properly interact with these professionals will greatly increase the efficiency of your visit. The influx of negative reviews stems from a dissonance of expectations versus reality. In order to get the best possible shopping experience, I present several pointers to Staples customers:1. Verbally abusing the staff will not result in lower prices or faster service. Treat others as you wish to be treated. Dont yell, and dont eviscerate your own petty insecurities all over the customer service desk. Such behavior is not appropriate.2. Planning is everything. If you wait until the last minute to print a large run of important documents, you are bad at business and need to learn not to procrastinate. Your lack of organization and foresight is not indicative of the competency of the print and copy center employees.3. Everything has a price. Although you may feel entitled to a free training session after purchasing new technology, it is entirely your responsibility to learn how to use your product once you have acquired it.4. Just be nice. Every action you take has a consequence. In a retail environment such as this one, its easy to disassociate with the palpable fact that you are communicating with fellow humans... do your best to breathe some kindness into the world, and the fragments of those kind gestures will return to you during your time of need.
Gerald (if I am spelling his name correctly) went above and beyond to find me the replacement part for a chair I purchased from Staples in June of 2019. Thank you for excellent customer service from the entire staff!
I had a small issue with a service offered here but the manager Victor fixed it quickly and was very professional. I appreciate the great service at this store.
This store has the most helpful associates. I had a poster that I needed made and it was extremely important to me. There was some technical difficulties getting my file over to their system, Byron went out of his way to even call me with updates and let me know when they received it. The next day Keven and Sazha helped make it possible for my poster to be completed as swiftly as possible making what anyone else might find to be an annoying predicament, a pleasurable experience. I will continue shopping at this staples.
I came in today to have something binded. When I asked the young lady was very pleasant but informed me that the person that was at that station within the store was 30 or so minutes late and that we would have to wait for him to come in. So because an employee is late the customers have to wait. The manager or no one else was assisting that area. I would think that more than one person would know how to complete those tasks...
Place was pretty deserted but I was able to get in and get what I needed and leave in under 10 minutes so I call that a win.
Very prompt service. And professional. Would recommend to friends and family
Extremely helpful, prompt and friendly. Picture printing expertly done, very pleased with my experience. Will recommend and return.
When to the store to print an email and the lady in the printing area Yvonne didnt want to help me and ask manager victor nunez and he was to busy standing behind counter and he told me to read instructions didnt want to help me very bad customer service that why people like them make companies go out of business will take my business to office depot in Altamonte Springs great customer service there
I went in to find a new printer and manager victor nuñez was super helpful!!
Staff was courteous, but they did not have what I was looking for. Good selection of printers, paper and now they have a repair depot.
I love this place!!! Every1 is so great at helping me out and giving me answers...
Nice store. like to shop here. love clearance corner.
This particular staples has been my go to store for around 10 years now. There staff has been better in my experience
Victor N. Was very helpful and informative! Never dissatisfied with service!
Friendly overall service. Though not many people around to help. Always seem to have what I need .
It was raining and an Employee had a nice big umbrella escorting customers to their cars. The lady at checkout was so kind and helpful..
Looking for a specific item, couldnt find it. Looked for help and there wasnt any one... other time you go, and they pestering you at Every aisle!!!!
Was able to make a few copies quickly and easily.
Went in to print 3 DVD covers at 4pm and they said anything submitted today wont be done until tomorrow. She also said with an attitude. Other staples stores have printed right away at later times. Staples are normally good but stay away from this one
Its a great place to buy office & school supplies.
This has got to be the worst staples I have ever come to. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional as well as incompetent to do their own job. Dont bother with the print center here, they always cut the projects wrong. Even if you place the order online in the template provided. Then they say, oh we can recut it but that would be $2 per page for invitations. Excuse me, if you dont do the job right the first time Im not going to pay for you to do it again. Was a loyal fan of staples. Now you can expect that Im not coming back.
I was in the store for ONE HOUR to print one sheet of paper and fax same. Staff was reluctant to help, impatient and simply annoyed every step of the way. The equipment was incredibly slow and the staff could care less. I would rather travel out of town then deal with that kind of customer service again.
Found the ink i needed. Checking out was fast and painless.
Quick in and out shopping. Cashier was very nice.
Went in today to print out our table numbers for our wedding from a usb Drive. Had some issues but the staff was wonderful and the store manager went above and beyond, staying after the the store was closed to get our printing done.
Print staff was incompetent. Tried emailing a document but it was never received after multiple attempts. I know how emails work, it was a lag on their systems part. They could care less though. So when I tried to print it myself, it cost $.30/min to use the computer, and each document was $.99 to print. 25 minutes wasted. Shouldve just drove to the next office supply store.
WORST PLACE TO PRINT EVER! 50 cents a page for regular black and white sheets, that is ROBBERY, especially for people who dont have access to a printer or computer at home. I have never been anywhere that charges that much. And if you want the 12 cent per sheet deal, youve got to wait for however long it takes for them to print it for you. On their website, it says as low as 10 cents a sheet. Just awful. I will NEVER even think to reccomend them.
They have just about everything for small or large offices, large technology section, they price match, even price match their own website, lots of parking, helpful staff
This is my second visit here & the guy behind the counter has helped me immensely! Im so grateful & will definitely be back when I need a service!
Called to confirm that they would be able to complete my order in the time needed before I placed an order online, they said no problem. An hour later I go to pick up and they claim their system is down and they never received it. The did not call me to inform me so I could make other arrangements. Honestly the impression I got was they got it, the print guy was just lazy, he also gave excuses to several other customers as to why he couldnt print for them.
Great location, many items to choose from, service is helpful and nice
They need more associates....Had to wait quite a bit(30+45mins) but they did help me out w laminating/scanning a photo for a St.Lisc//Thank you
Organized. Well stocked. Friendly service.
The Representatives are helpful and the prices are reasonable.
Had what I needed and was helped by a knowledgeable associate.
Nic and the rest of the team at the copy center are awesome!
My biggest problem with this store is not the prices or the un-organization that is prominent here with some shelf items, its the staff. The staff genuine seems to not care at all, its noticeable and it takes away from the buying experience so much that it makes me not want to come back for office material.
Not helpful. So I left went else where wont be coming back. For a simple print. Sad.
All of you office needs in one location. Very helpful staff
Poorpoor service. This young man was extremely rude to me and several other customers. My question is why is he in customer service?
Its the worst place for copies. The mean lady in the copy center lied about how long it took to receive three pages.. She told me it would take thirty minutes. Reported it to the manger and he took up for her. Great Customer Services..
Worst service. Need ink and nobody at the store would help me find anything. Left to another place to buy my ink. Your lost will never come to this store again. Get with it staples!!!!!!!!
I really like all the cool things they sell
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent - Victor you are the BEST! Did I say Excellent?!
There is nobody to help you at this location there is a line of people waiting, I asked manager for help he said I dont have anyone to help I am dissapointed and will never come back here again.
Casselberry staples is the best! Great staff that know where everything is!!!!
Friendly staff. Quick check out
Do not come here for print needs. Understaffed and poor customer experience. Asked to print one page via email and staff stated I had to be in a 3 hour queue to print ONE page. Called hours prior and staff said no one is currently in print area to answer questions. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
All Ive read is bad reviews! Wanted to check it out for myself and it is ALLLLLLLLLL true! I am on the phone with them right now, and have been on hold for 22min!!!So YES, everything bad the ppl are writing, it is all true.Understaffed and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Love this store. People are very helpful.
Waited 20 min to be told wed have to wait 20-30 min more while I help another person use self service machine. Left without purchase. Suggest other office supply retailer.
Great service at the copy and print center!
The staff was very helpful.
Every one was helpful & polite.
They sell staples, staplers, and lots of other stuff.
Nice customer service.
Great service and attention.
Never enough staff, phone never stopped ringing the entire time I was there
Clean and well stocked.
They were not very helpful. The girl in the print and copy center was to busy to show me how to print the labels myself. I will go somewhere else.
Had color pages printed else where and this store corrected the issue. Thank you Nina and staff.
Quick, professional service
It has everything.
Great experience
Always helpful
Just as expected
Nice
Poor staff !!
