No sense of urgency it’s like the pharmacy staff has no idea what there doingIt takes three people To help just one person! How do they get any work done ?? When they constantly have to be pulled off !
Andrea and Gabby are excellent associates. They were integral in helping my grandmother save money on her prescriptions. They kept following up to make sure we were taken care of. I am very pleased with their level of compassion and care. They both deserve a raise for sure!
If you like spending an hour on the phone just to get answer to a simple question, this is the place for you? If you love to waste your day waiting on the line listening to the high pitch trill of an unanswered line, this is the place for you!
I show up to get a much needed perscription, that if I dont have I can get seizures. They apparently shut the whole department down at 1:30 for lunch. I have been out of this medicine for 3 days and was scared to drive up here to get it. I get here literally at 1:29 and the department is closed down. They couldnt take the 30 seconds to do the transaction. People suck and really dont care about anyone but themselves. If it says your open online, you should be open. Period.
I love this Walmart pharmacys team. It has completely changed my perception of the Walmart brand. Please give these people a raise, I am so happy to keep spending my money here.
This store is ridiculous!!! You can never get anyone in the phone. You wait and wait and still no one answers!!! It needs to be shut down!!!😡
The pharmacist and the technician that work in this place are awesome!!!Everybody knows there job and fulfill it a 100 %.
