I go there without really knowing what Im gonna buy. I adjust my spending to what is in stock and whats in sale. Many items change frequently so 1 well its diet coke the next week its diet Pepsi. Tide this month but Cheer next month. They are very promotional so i footloose they sales. Matthew sure to join the frequent shopper club, its free and had many discounts. Also live order ahead and pick up in car or in store.

What a HUGE selection they have from home items, furniture, and some grocery isles! I’ve never been to a big lots with a whole furniture selection! I was super excited and walked down every isle! I found some super discounted items (I’m a total bargain shopper.) clean store with friendly employees. When I’m due to purchase new furniture I will be coming here! I’ve shopped at smaller big lots stores(in Nebraska) and always bought decor, curtains, dishes, and just random houseware stuff. Still to this day I’ve never told my friends where I get house stuff because this is my secret spot! They think I get it from a high end store!

Our Big Lots has truly come a long way! I went there to get pool toys that were advertised on sale and wound up getting all kinds of things... Fabric softener, popcorn, cracked pepper... Just a crazy assortment of things all at a great price. Its a fun place!

My wife and I had such a great experience at this location. Ron assisted us as we searched for new bedroom furniture. Ron was very knowledgeable, helpful, in good spirits and provided outstanding customer service. Unfortunately we couldnt get what we needed at this location but he was kind enough to call a different Big Lots, gave them our information and had everything set for us so once we got there it was a breeze! Thank you Ron for assisting us and for your patience. People like him, make everything so much easier.

On my first visit to this local I was quite impressed. It is one of the bigger Big Lots! locations I have been to. It has a nice sized grocery section as well as home goods and furniture. The two associates I asked for help were very friendly and walked me to the location of the items I need rather than just pointing in a baggie direction. I ended up purchasing a red sideboard, blender, and towel rack. I also got DIY headboard inspiration from a gray, tufted headboard

Very pleased with the merchandise and customer service. Its a small Big Lots but it has a great selection. My mom loves whimsical and they have some very cute items right now.

I personally like the furniture there, only if they were a tad more affordable!

Just left the store. Customer service was lacking. I asked for a specific item and instead of walking with me over to the location, I was told the vicinity. I never even bothered to look. I just put my other items back and left. Smh

Went to 2 Big Lots today looking for recliners. One in Casselbeery and the other in Orlando. The customer service as both stores was 5 stars and so happy with my purchase. We ended up with a recliner in one store and a recliner in another Big Lots. Jason are Casselbeery and Dale at Orlando/Bumby were great! Thanks guys!

Quite a selection from patio furniture to food. Lots of great finds. Some you get for what seems like a steal, others you pay a bit more for. Name brand food, not like dollar store or off name brands. I was able to buy three full size boxes of Cheez-its crackers and a 5 pound bag of Epson salt with sateeva CBD for $10 and some cents. Again, just shop smart and youll be fine!

Prices on some things are better down the street in Walmart. And their selection is better.

Huge location!! Definitely a bigger store than some sister location in Orlando, this one packs a lot of merch. I love that they have lots of options and plenty of deals.Its an older location and it shows. From the parking lot to the back of the store it all could use a pressure wash and facelift. The floor has that distinctive look of wear and treat and no matter how much you clean its just old.Most staff is at the register or pulling furniture in and out for customers. You may need to wait to find help if you want big items. Otherwise its pretty easy to shop yourself and grab what you need.Overall: BA ok location thats larger than most but could use a facelift revamp.

The store itself is great. The employees not so much. Today I went to the store and the cashier pulled down her mask and dry coughed multiple times into her hands. She proceeded to ring me up without sanitizing her hands. I was appalled. She had no business being at work. If she doesn’t know how to prevent the spread of germs she shouldn’t work there. I will not be returning to this store.

They have remodeled this location and it is a definite improvement. The store seems cleaner and brighter, but some of the aisles are very narrow. Decent place to find inexpensive items.

Big Lots have changedfocus to more furniture. Other lines are not thebest price anymore. Used to shop there all the time but now not so much due to pricing increase.

Look closely in the international foods section and you can find great items you’ll never see at a local grocery store!

Great Big Lot great place to live or shop .

I have been shopping at this Big Lots for many years. I typically find something I need and a few things I dont. Since it was recently remodeled it has taken me a while to get used to the new layout and they did eliminate some things that I knew I could always find here. The best thing I love about Big Lots is their 20% discount days where you get this discount on everything you purchase. If you are able to find clearance items or items with additional discounts, the 20% still applies. This is the best way to make a killing on things you were waiting to purchase.

I come here plenty of times and have furnished my home with their products. The staff (the ones that have been there for years) are beautiful people and so friendly. I love being greeted by them and how they remember me even though I go there maybe twice or three times a month. The store is big, clean and very well organized.

This chain of stores has come such a long way over the many years. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the products have gotten better and better. Right now they have the best prices on some of the coolest Halloween items ever!! Always a fan and supporter.

One of a kind chair left for $329 ask the manager to discount it since it was a floor model and he would only give 20% good luck with that everybody there seems like they don’t wanna be there you need to be thankful that you have a job.

This is one of my more favorite Big Lot stores, this store has better customer service and nicer employees than other ones that I have shopped at!! This store gets two big thumbs up from me!!

The girls were so helpful in helping me pick the chair I wanted for 199.99. The one I got is so comfortable. I know I will be falling asleep in that chair. Picking it up tomorrow and cant wait to sit in it. Thank you ladies for making my experience a happy one.

Well, about time! This store has been turned upside down and has become a modern, super organized, aesthetically pleasing place to shop. I used to cringe going to this store due to being so outdated and always in summer they had problems with the AC unit. But it is a new day, and this place looks amazing and inviting. Unrecognizable.Same square footage seems double the size thanks to re organization of the aisles and relocation of departments. Even the registers are spanking new and modern. To the new manager, kudos and to us customers well deserved positive change. Oolala...

Good store friendly staff but need to step up with the hand sanitizer at the door and p.o.s

My wife and I went into this Big Lots looking for some plastic tumbler glasses. Success we found exactly what we were seeking. Unfortunately, we needed 12 glasses and they had 11 and one damaged glass. We took all 12 to the register and asked for a discount on the damaged glass. The cashier said she couldn’t authorize a discount but the store manager could. She asked an off duty cashier to take one good glass and the damaged one back to the manager and ask her permission. A few minutes later the off duty cashier returned and remarked that the manager had damaged the good one so both glasses were similar in damage. Now instead of having 11 good and 1 damaged, we had 10 good and 2 damaged. I went back to the manager, Evelyn, and asked why she damaged the good one? Her attitude was that “these were plastic tumblers and what did I expect?” What I expected was to receive a modest discount on the damaged one and have the good one returned in the same condition it was given to her. If Evelyn treated us this way, can you imagine what she is doing to the rest of the merchandise that we don’t see. Trust but verify anything you buy in this Big Lots and by no means DO NOT trust anything involving Evelyn.

Its newly remodeled. Super friendly staff. Andrea and Andrew are the ones im familiar with. Although there is a long haired, blonde lady at the register sometimes and shes also really friendly. Theyve always been courteous and helpful.

BigLots has definitely made some changes and not just in their appearance. There were plenty of associates on the sales floor and each one greeted me and asked if they could help me out. The checkout process was quick and pleasant too. Way to go BigLots!!!
