There are plenty of deals to be had at Harbor Freight. The staff is friendly if you need them but they leave you be which is nice. The layout is easy to navigate and the deals are decent if you know what to buy. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a tool that’s cheaper than renting.

Even though theyre always running around busy the staff always tries to be helpful. The tools Ive bought, except for a couple, have served me well. The ones that couldnt do the job they took back no problem and refunded my money.

I love them cause there tools is very affordable I got a saw to cut my aluminum worked perfect.

It seems like everyone one of these stores always seems to have the best staff. They are always very friendly, and very helpful. You go into more expensive store and that treat you trash lol. If you have a tool budget this is the place for you. Yes, the tools are made in China and theyre inexpensive, but you dont buy stuff here that you want them last a lifetime. You come here to get the stuff you need to get you out of a jamb or the stuff you know youre gonna need when you do that one in a few years project that you know is gonna be a one off. Specially stuff like nuts, bolts, rags, gloves, extra sockets and screwdrivers.

Think of Harbor Freight as the middle ground between a HomeDepot or Lowes and a Ace Hardware store. Its got a little bit of a lit of things to choose from. Certainly not as vast as the big box stores so not as wide of a selection to choose from. But, larger than your neighborhood Hardware store. Also, there are always coupons available via the newspaper and the internet.

There are a lot of great deals on stuff in here just be careful of some of the non name brand items. For example some of the Chicago Tools stuff is very good especially for the price and some are a waste of money. If you are buying a level there always check it against another level before buying you get one non adjustable ...some of the levels in there I bought were bowed and would get a good level...that being said as long as you use caution you will be fine. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the store is kept clean. There are a lot of great bargains and plenty of parking.

Went in to buy a dual action polisher & take advantage of their 20% off 1 item coupon they mailed out. Guess what, you cant use it on anything that is of any value in the store. They have excluded everything but their previous Chicago Tools items.Not only that, the cashier says they cant pick which item the 20% is taken off. Seriously?Used to be a good store, guess Ill be shopping at Northern Tool since there is a store a mile down the road.

Customer service was amazing at the Casselberry store, helped with finding things, answering questions, lifting heavy things. Special kudos to an associate named Jesse who even showed me how to find the HF coupons on line so we could use the 20 percent off Inside Track coupon after patiently helping me sort through the paper coupons I brought in to make sure we got all the best prices. Aside from that we were really disappointed that HF would sell a table top band saw for which they did not carry replacement blades.
