As a first time hearing aid user, my experience withLucas Butler has been fantastic. He helped me through the process and has taken great care of me and my questions and concerns. They don’t just sell you hearing aids, they continue to keep in touch and check out your equipment to make sure it is functioning properly. A very good place for a beginner or for an updated pair!

My experience with this office has been a real pleasure. The doctor and staff are so friendly they make you feel like part of their family. There is no pressure or rush. Dr. Butler wants to make sure all your questions are answered before leaving from your appointment and encourages you to call or visit if anything comes up between visits. Complete satisfaction is their goal and they certainly exceeded my expectations. You wont regret giving this office a call.

I needed my hearing aid fixed and couldn’t get to my usual audiologist for several weeks. I took my Mom here and we had a very enjoyable experience. We met with the hearing aid specialist Lucas Butler who gave a comprehensive complementary exam. My Mom was reluctant to go but Lucas made it a very comfortable session. We learned that she could benefit from some of the hearing aids there so we’ll be going to the next step.

My mother and I are from out of state and my father is a stroke patient at Advent Health Rehabilitation in Winter Park. His hearing aides got wet and were malfunctioning and his OT reccomended we call Hearing Aid Specialist Lucas Butler at Orlando Hearing Center, as she uses him personally. We were able to go see him right away, he examined, cleaned and got them going again - all at no charge! Such a kind, helpful office, he took time out of his schedule and literally saved the day! We cannot thank Mr. Butler enough - my father would not be able to successfully continue his rehab without his hearing aides. We highly recommend Orlando Hearing Center!

Took my 96-year old mother in to improve her hearing. Lucas Butler was delightful to work with. He was very patience with my mom and re-tuned her hearing aides. My mom can now hear much better and liked Lucas very much. I highly recommend Orlando Hearing Center.

I had the most amazing experience at Orlando hearing it started with my hearing which didnt go very well meaning that my hearing was pretty well shot but they were able to work with me and get me a hearing aid that worked out very well I now hear the birds chirping in the morning and able to carry out a conversation normally they brought me back numerous times to make sure that I was comfortable with my hearing aid I cannot thank them enough for what they did I can now thank you doctor and staff I should also mention they worked out an affordable payment plan for me

Has supplied me with the absolute best pair i have ever had i always thought i had the best availble, i tend not to think so. Karl explained to me that the set up was half the issues i had, he tested before during and after, never had that before . also got the blue tooth AWESOME. Thank you
