Hands down one of the best shops in town. Not only are the prices economical, Jeff goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are taken care of and happy with their service. If you are looking for a shop that will take care of your bike as if it were their own, then this is it.

I brought my bike to Jeff to have some work done and he recommended a new cam chain tensioner in addition to the work he was to perform. Well he replaced it incorrectly as he didnt have the BMW specific tool required. When he started the bike he reved it several times despite it making a loud clacking noise it never made before. I was advised by another shop that improper installation of a tensioner throws off the timing and may bend valves or stretch the chain. I asked for a compression test and Jeff didnt have one.As he lacked the proper tools to complete the job and tools to diagnosis the issue, I picked up the bike and brought it to another shop with the understanding Jeff would do the right thing once the repairs to the damage he did were complete. Upon completion at the other shop Jeff refused to reimburse me for the work.The worst part... Jeff acknowledged he does not carry liability insurance on his shop. If he works on your bike and messes something up, you are not protected. This is unacceptable for a licensed mechanic, assuming he even has his license.
