I just purchased 2 quarts, not gallons, of paint for $78 including a supply chain charge. Unfreaking believable. I was not told what it would cost prior to mixing the paint. I feel like I was robbed at gunpoint. Sherman Williams has lost all my business now and in the future and any endorsement I would ever give them. This is bad business!

Erika is so wonderful. I am completely useless when it comes to colors and matching and Erika was patient, kind and extremely helpful. Not only that but she took the time to create a larger color swatch for me to make a more informed decision. She totally rocks.

Friendly, knowledgeable helpful staff! Went to another SW location and I could tell the staff wasnt as informed based on some answers I got. I trust the advice of the staff here!

The store was opened on time,the store clerks greated me as I was walking in even though he was on the phone with a client.

My wife and I have bought indoor and outdoor paint for our home here on multiple occassions over the past few years. Staff is always super helpful when we have questions. In several occassions, they have also made us aware of upcoming sales and encouraged us to come back with big purchases in a few days (saving us tons of money). The wall of swatches can be a bit intimidating, but they have every shade of color imaginable ready to be painted I any surface. They also carry all the supplies (brushes, rollers, dropcloths, masks...) you could ever want.

Have been using this Sherwin Williams store for the past 4 years. There seems to have been a switch out of staff in the past year or so, staff use to be very helpful and courteous, now anyone other than the manager makes you feel like you are bothering them with your needs. I would recommend going to the Howell Branch store as they are much more accommodating.

I would ask them to visit the Castleberry fernpark store after over 6 attempts from another SW store they were unable to help me find the color that I was searching for Fern Park was able to help me find the exact color that I was searching for and even carried out my 4 gallons of paint and a huge roll of floor cover and offered me a key to open I can and ask to establish an account for my future purchases to paint my entire outside of the home in addition to my mothers interior and exterior home very helpful people at the Castleberry store

Had the house painted outside with A100 and inside with Promar satin finish, the staff was quick to help and answer any questions that I had.
