Jason from the tool rental department, helped me with my Penske rental truck. He helped us with a out of service tag on our car carrier. The most helpful associate I have ever encountered. I havent had that kind of customer service in my entire life. He helped me from start to finish get the car carrier swapped out and set my wife at ease knowing that a pro had taken care of our safety. Jason from rentals deserves a big raise. Nice store with a lot of options and signage is great so you dont have to wander around looking for items. Highly recommend the app too as you can search for an item and find what aisle & bay within the aisle its at. Quick checkout with helpful employees too

Ive been there several times over the past year as Ive completed various projects in and around my house. Overall, Home Depot has been great and Ive been able to get what I needed at a competitive price.One exception was with appliances, I have received better customer service and quicker delivery times and lower delivery prices across I-25.

I was at Home Depot with my brother buying some tools on 10/02/21 at 6:50pm. At self check out Barbara was present. I scanned all my items and informed Barbara I had a router waiting for me at her station. She retrieved it and I scanned it. I completed my transaction and was looking around for my router when Barbara told me “you have to pay for everything before I give it to you” I was confused as I had already completed the transaction and she was standing literally 3 feet away from me and saw me complete it. Another employee being confused about what’s happening approached the self check out screen and confirmed we completed the purchase. She still stood in front of the router guarding it lol it was embarrassing and insisted on seeing our receipt after the purchase while literally standing feet away from us watching us pay for items. This was just straight ridiculous.

Picked up online purchase from pickup-lockers. Employee quickly noticed me searching for signs and assisted with the entire process. It was prompt and exceptional service.I like this store. If they are busy it can be difficult to find someone to assist but I have never had a negative experience, not always 5 star but never lower than a 3 star.

Home Depot here in Castle Rock is a great store to visit and shop for the home needs. The facility is well kept, maintained, clean, with super great customer service. Every time I visit, I am asked if I need any assistance which I am always thankful that they do ask that question. I highly recommend everyone to come visit this store and follow me for other reviews.

Great location. We were able to get plywood to load a lift onto the truck, super helpful and nice. Great location off I-25 which is hidden but close. Great location to go to if you need anything from wood, lights, paint, and literally any other item pertaining to a house or building.

Noone is ever available to help you. If you cut your own blinds they threaten to kick you out but make you wait an hour for anyone to assist you.There is never more than one person at the pro desk or customer service. The two older guys in the paint dept need to have their eyes checked. An hour to mix one color!!! Then another hour for a phone sale.... Ill go to Lowes and Sherwin Williams from now on. Pay more and get better service!

Dont bother ordering something online for in-store pickup. They never pay attention to the online orders. I tried placing an order for a few parts for my swamp cooler, hoping to be able to quickly grab them after work. The online system said it would take up to 2 hours for them to be pulled, but nearly 7 hours later as I was leaving work they still hadnt pulled the order.

Tried to get new flooring purchased and installed from these guys. A month later and we still cant even get a quote. We picked out our flooring in-store. Then I talked to them and set up a measurement time. They came out a week later to get details. All good until they called and said they no longer carry our flooring we picked. We had to go back into the store to pick a new floor (picked 2 options in case). I have now talked to them 3-4 times to get the actual quote only to get the run around and finally the last call told me they had no record of me picking a floor and I need to go back into the store. They have lost our business. Save yourself the headache... dont even try.

We went to Home Depot today to specifically buy an over the range microwave. We talked with a wonderful employee. We told her we were going to narrow down our choices and select one.After a few minutes, we decided on a $302 model. The employee wasnt there. No big deal. So we waited. And waited. And waited. 10 minutes of waiting my husband asked a cashier to page someone to help customers in the appliance section. Say we waited. And waited and waited. 7 minutes later (I was timing by this time) I asked an employee in the kitchen cabinet section to page someone to appliances again. And we waited. And waited. And waited for 5 minutes.So after 22 minutes of waiting for assistance, we walked out. I get youre not upset about losing a $302 plus tax sale, but having to wait for 22 minutes says a lot about the management of the Castle Rock Home Depot.And yes youve lost a customer.

Believe it or not I never went here to improve my house, I only went here during Xmas season to buy a special Fur Vickerman Xmas Tree that retails at Safeway, Walmart, Target and specialty shops for $299 and up even online, however this particular tree was just sitting there all by itself with no attention and I bought it for $60 after verifying its tags for authenticity.

Unbelievable people just standing around I asked them for help in plumbing and they said theyre not in plumbing then I asked if they could page somebody and they said I guess... they would rather talk to each other than help in any way! They were still talking when I left! Without spending money on a shower door $500 to Lowes I guess.

I shop at Home Depot quite often for home improvement as well as my husband is a building contractor.I have often had good customer service from several employees and the store is kept pretty much in order.The shelves are well stocked and everything is pretty clean.I went in last week and needed help with a Ryobi product, I saw an employee in the garden center and I asked him if he could please help me. The employees name is Victor and He said to me, Yes, I can, what can I help you with, dropped what he was doing and took me over to the products and down to the machine area and consulted two other employees and explained Everything to me in detail. In my opinion, Victor is an excellent employee who really likes his job and is very knowledgeable as to where everything is in the store and knowledge of their products and is an asset to Home Depot. Just a terrible experience with Home Depot kitchens. We ordered our kitchen 5-6 months ago and they are still not fully installed. We have had 2 deliveries of damaged cabinets and the counter-top is something we are still waiting on. Home Depots communication with us and its contractors is appalling and we have had to chase Home Depot every step of the way, not once have they contacted us when they were meant too.We are STILL waiting on verification of the status of our counter-tops, which is something Home Depot should be contacting us about, but despite us sending several chaser emails have not heard a word...Ow, and Home Depot seemed to blatantly disregard our budget and hidden fees and charges have cropped up everyone to blow us thousands of $ over budget.A terrible experience, dont subject yourself to it.

I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot. We ordered appliances and scheduled a date for them to be installed. We were told that the day before the delivery that we would receive a call letting us know the time frame for the following day. The only call we received was to tell us that the microwave and stove was delayed. Okay fine, I understand. The next day we have a 20 minute notice that they are on their way. He knocks on my door and goes I dont really know what we are doing here, umm seriously?! They come into my house with no masks, nothing over their shoes and install my appliances. We make sure all is good and I sign off then he tells me we dont have your paper work because we lost it in the move, again, umm seriously?! I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone, who then told me he needed to call me back after he looked at our order. Then after calling me back told me a manager would call me. She called me said this was not how our delivery should have gone and the next delivery will be different people. A week later is when we are supposed to get out microwave and stove. Nope, rescheduled to a Monday. We received a 15 minute notice where my husband had to rush home. Everything seemed to go fine. Then I come home from work and see a paper on the stove that tells you to make sure that the anti tip was installed. Nope. I had been calling home depot all day trying to find out a delivery time and never heard back from a manager. Called after work and finally get a manager who says she never received a message to call me and she will schedule someone to come out and install the anti tip bracket and I will get a call in the morning. It has been a week and she has not called me. I called the main home depot number and they said that there is nothing they can do for me, I have to call all the appliance vendors myself to complain to them. I DO NOT suggest ordering from Home Depot. They do not care about you and will do nothing to help you if something goes wrong.

Before heading to Home Depot I check online to see if they have the item I am looking for in stock. The last 3 times I been there the item is not available, even though it says online that they have 12 available.This has happened already 3 times in the course of this month.It takes me an hour to get to the store.Frustrating that the store inventory is not accurate! It is a waist of time.I am going to start heading to Lowe’s.

Kept asking for assistance to find something and all I got was pointing in the direction of where it might be and giving multiple possibilities of other aisles it could be in, after 3 people the 4th one walked us to it and explained different options and the woman working the register down by the pro area was so nice. If it werent for them 2 associates I would have gave it 2 stars. When I worked as a Supervisor for them in Denver, that was something we always trained our associates on. You never point to where something is or possibly could be, you walk the customer to the product and ask them if there is anything else you can assist them with, especially when its an elderly customer. This store definitely needs some training with some of their employees.

I want to give employee Ashlee at the Castle Rock, CO store a shout out. I came in for Nashua 324A foil tape for my cooktop. The guy in appliances looked it and saw they had it and told me it might be in one of two aisles. I checked the first one but couldnt find it. I checked the second one and met Ashlee. I told her what I was looking for. She immediately looked it up on her HD phone and we went back to first aisle. She found it immediately but there was none on the shelves. She scanned her phone again and then she found it in a box high above. She got the ladder and brought the box down and Voila, she gave me a role of the tape! I was so grateful! THANK YOU ASHLEE. Good service, pleasant, (and pretty). God bless Ashlee!

Horrible customer service. They say they will cut a piece of wood for you. What a lie!!They should say, If they have nothing better to do! I was told by 2 different employees that the guys trained on the saw was busy but would be with me shortly. They were actually getting embarrassed just looking at me 40 minutes later, knowing I was still waiting!!So what is the procedure? I have customers waiting, but I have more important things to do??I finally left or I would probably still be therewaiting for this jerk!!

A clean well organized store! I’ve been to this location a few times.My experience at the return desk was a bit awkward as the gentleman sort of mumbled instructions as to how to proceed with refunding money to my card. When I didn’t act immediately or respond in kind to his directions that I couldn’t hear, he got a bit gruff. A friendly fellow, just speak up!My second experience with staff was when I was in the lumber department sorting 1x2’s. I witnessed what seemed to be a lead for the department completely humiliate and dress down a staff member. It had something to do with why a shipment had not yet been put away and he asked several rhetorical questions that were IMO out of line. It was an older gentlemen addressing a mid 40’s male worker. It was hard not to say anything.(Aside) I gave up on trying to find a strait 1x2... typical!My final interaction thus far was at checkout with a younger male employee. He was positive and engaging in small talk. Asked about my project and such.Overall a good experience minus witnessing the harassment to staff.

I have to say the rest of the employees are just excellent.I came in contact with Sam who On his name has Sam I’m good that brakes the ice quick but the way he took care of me contradict his name, he was short didn’t make me feel comfortable, so I went to parker Home Depot, same question they took care of me no joking 5 min I know we all have bad days so I hope he has a better day tomorrow.

Its tough to complete a project without at least two trips to the hardware store, luckily home Depot generally has whatever needed so its just one store and not several trying to find that one part. I have also been pretty pleased when asking questions as generally the people working the area have knowledge in whatever category, very helpful when trying to solve a plumbing problem! Ive always been impressed with their paint matching ability and thankful that I can get a little fixit can and not have a glaringly obvious mismatch in the wall.

I ordered online and my items were in stock. When I arrived, my order was ready and waiting. There was only one person ahead of me in line. The Customer Service rep was very nice and made sure that everything I wanted was in the package. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. It just doesnt get better than that!

Worst experience ever. We set up an order to be delivered and on the day of delivery the order never showed up. We called multiple times and was told the delivery was on its way. Nope. I called the next day and was told that the delivery had actually been moved to a week later because they didn’t have drivers. This was never communicated to us. We ended up renting a truck which Home Depot did pay for but then couldn’t get help loading the truck like we were told we would have. Other customers were kind enough to help us out.

Came on a Tuesday evening and felt so unsafe. Hardly any customers wearing masks, employees not wearing them properly. I know I know. Its my own fault for venturing out but this was the most unsafe I have felt since the pandemic started. Do Not come here in the evening.
