The gasket of my shower door handle disintegrated and I needed a new one. I scoured the internet to find a replacement and couldnt find anything. It may be because I have no clue what to call these things... Anyway, I did a search for local glass places and found Binswanger. I called Binswanger and was asked to come in to the shop so they could identify the gasket and offer a solution. With a possible solution in hand, I happily went to the shop and was greeted by a lovely and warm employee who grabbed one of the techs to inspect the random pieces of my shower door handle that I brought with me. He immediately found a replacement piece. He even gave me a few extra ones in case I have troubles in the future! As if he hadnt done enough already, he answered my mundane questions about how best to re-install the door handle to avoid any issues in the future, potential replacement handles, etc. They wouldnt accept a dime for the parts or advice, both of which were priceless to me. I came home, re-installed the handle and my wife thinks Im something just short of a super hero! This is the kind of customer service that you dont find anywhere, and when I need any glass work in the future, Im calling Binswanger!

Had them come out for an estimate on a broken window...had to call a week later to ask for the estimate and they couldnt find it. Guy on the phone said he would find it and call me right back...that was a week ago. Never heard back again. Very unprofessional.

Friendly service. We ordered a rectangular 1/4 thick glass top for an old military desk. $73 for ~ 18x44 with rounded edges. It was ready in 10 days. My only complaint is that the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke.

Had them install a windshield on my truck last year, the installer broke my pillar cover and the windshield leaks. Not to mention it cracked not even 2 weeks after I got it

I had someone come out almost a month ago and have not received a quote after calling multiple times to get our estimate. Every time I call, they say they will get back to me and I never hear back from them. Very frustrated and unhappy with this company.

Great customer service. Came to my place and installed a front windshield on my 2001 Honda Civic. Couple months later got a chip from normal Colorado driving, they fixed it for free (2 free chip repairs with a window purchase). Would use services again.
