Really one of the best Target stores Ive ever been too.

I would say this is a smaller Target than some but it definitely is a Target. Love that I can grab Starbucks inside but they dont carry a blonde roast so thats unfortunate. Definitely would like to see more art class in the toddler selection. Also, whoever does the ice cream ordering for the Ben & Jerrys never restocks the cheesecake core and it always makes me really sad. They put other core ice cream in that place and I hate all of them. Someone please step up the cheesecake core game on the orders. Thank you!

Yet another great trip here, quick and easy to find what Im looking for. Everyone always seems happy to help if I have a question and check out is easy and accurate.Easy parking however there are a lot of shipping containers in the lot taking up quite a bit of space but they dont cause any issues for parking, coming or going.

As far as Target goes its as good as any other. The staff is nice

Nice, clean and quiet. I came here and basically just hid out in the bathroom to charge my phone for about 30 minutes and nobody bothered me. my girlfriend tried on some clothes while I was charging my phone and bought some super sexy yoga pants! the end. :)

Possibly the saddest Target store I’ve been in. Poorly stocked. I had to get the majority of my list elsewhere. I will say that everyone was following great COVID protocol, so that’s a bonus.

This is a nice store, but I wont be shopping here again until after the pandemic because they are not enforcing the mask mandate. I was there yesterday, and passed several customers with no masks at all (not just pulled down). I mentioned it to the employee up front, and she said that there is nothing they can do. What I can do is not shop there, since I dont feel safe after my mothers death from covid. I left the store without making my purchases.

Extremely rude guest service staff. I called to see if a certain type of formula was in stock & the lady said there wasn’t any but to call back later. (The app says there is some in stock just doesn’t say how much) but it’s my job to call back for you to check your truck? How come the other stores could tell me when their truck was coming but you can’t? Also was hung up on twice. Not a very nice way to treat a new mom or anyone.

One-stop-shop for so many things. Unique and high quality home decor, toys, clothing.Our local store (Castle Rock, CO) is unfortunately one of the smaller versions. The food section doesnt have a lot of stock/variety, particularly when it comes to fresh produce or meats. It would never be our primary grocery store, but is helpful if were there for other items & just need to pick up a quick dinner, or restock cereal/snacks/bread etc.Other stores Ive been to also have more choice when it comes to housewares, clothing, shoes etc. but not enough that I typically feel the need to travel to a different Target.I can almost always find everything on my list, and more often than not and item or two that I didnt know *should* have been on my list!The buy-online, pick-up in store feature is great! The red card 5% savings & rewards are fantastic. And I always make certain to scan items using the app to make sure I load any additional coupons/savings available for that product.

I’m am so happy with their customer service! Emily Calvin and Sheila are superstars when it comes to helping guests. They deserve a raise! I recently opened a credit card and the receipt wouldn’t scan, they did everything they could to help me and finally got it to work!! My kids were so happy that I came home with the playhouse I promised them!!! Thanks so much for hiring great people!!

Shopping at Target is relaxing and its clean. They often do not carry the products I use in the size, type or size. I filled out their survey, so I am really hoping they make some changes, because I enjoy shopping at Target.

Target is one of those stores where its nicer to go to and it has very helpful employees. My experience when going to Target is usually just a quick grab and go for an item or two. On this recent trip, it was a big haul. Every few items, prices would come up incorrect at both the self register and an employee ran one. This hopefully will not be an issue in the future.

One register open, so we used the self check out. Two female employees standing there gossiping, watching us the entire time. Scanned all of our items and were in the process of paying to have her step forward and question if we scanned the large nerf toy in our cart. Of course we did, and do not appreciate being accused of trying to not pay for a 19 dollar toy. The face lotion in my cart cost more than that. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.

I love the store but the website and the store itself not connecting. I saw on the website that you have an item in stock in the store, when I go in nothing was in stock. Wasting peoples time and money if you dont have the item in store

Guy at the counter was great. Easy online order. Easy pick up.

The best part about this store is the customer service you receive.To call out one individual in particular, Isabella helped my wife out with a new phone purchase... and even when the phone she got she wasnt entirely pleased with, Isabella helped us out with a complicated return/exchange for another device.Isabella had certainly gone above and beyond anything we could have possibly hoped for. She was very knowledgeable in her department and certainly showed that she cared about us as customers.Thank you Isabella for all that you do! You are the best!

Drove 45 minutes to pick up an item they listed as in stock. I tried to call twice to verify and they didn’t answer. They did not have the items.

Good service. The store is kept well. Youll rarely not find what you are looking for. However, there is no food court area whatsoever. There is just a Starbucks... Not what i want in a target store. Other than that, good store.

Handing out PS5 tickets two hours prior to even being open. Zero distancing, just not cool.

I love target but its unfortunate that the location in Castle Rock is not a super target. Often times things Id be able to obtain from a super target are unavailable and I either have to go to multiple stores or...... walmart :(

Always well stocked

In 3 of my past 5 visits to this Target, they have rung up incorrect prices at the register. I also spoke to someone else I know who has had similar issues. In addition, in looking at the other reviews, it looks like this is common. Remember to check the prices closely at the register to ensure they are correct. Seems to be a major problem at this location.

Target needs to get rid of the 2 day delivery advertising! I purchased a Christmas tree and ordered it from Target knowing it was 2 day delivery. I ordered it early Wednesday morning and well its now Tuesday and it hasnt even been shipped yet!! I know it is coming from the Castle Rock store and the only reason I didnt pick it up myself was because I didnt want to haul it up 3 flights of stairs! My kids were disappointed they couldnt decorate their tree over the weekend and having to wait another week. I will be buying a tree elsewhere and getting my money back! Never again. Thank you Target.

Associates are friendly. Took the time to take off discounts that didnt come off automatically. Cute items and everything is family friendly. Prices arent bad either.

If you are reading this you probably already know what Target is all about. This location is clean and always well stocked. Its never very crowded either so its a nice break from the walmart across the street.

Great cashier but the printer crashed and no one could fix it so no receipt. Trash cans overflowing at store entrance. Paper towels empty in bathroom

Hannah at the checkout counter was extremely nice and made us feel very warm and welcome. Asked about our baby on the way and was just a very friendly person. We will always look for her line any time we are back! Keep up the great work

This Target store has never disappointed me. I often shop there & have ordered on-line, and my experiences have been very convenient & friendly. Ive been most impressed by the sales associates and their willingness to help, along with the way they thank each other for helping out. As an ex-retail person (not a Target one) I recognize the importance of friendliness & efficiency and applaud this particular Target for creating this atmosphere.

Store is clean and the personnel are very helpful. Best part of the visit was meeting Margaret my cashier. What a nice lady. You got a good one!

They did an amazing job with the school supplies and keeping things running smoothly. I am not sure which woman it was, however, she has braids and a little shorter, and she was quick and supportive of the staff who were working the check lanes.

I was in electronics and wanted to buy a printer. Found one and had a question and stood at the electronics counter for 20 minutes with no help. There were several employees that past by and never offered to help or call for help. Finally an employee asked me if I need help and I said yes. I told the employee I wanted to speak with a manager. He notified his manager and his manager never showed up. So I left electronics and went to the check out stand and bought my printer.

The rank and file employees are great and very helpful. The shift supervisors/managers arent.

Kristi and Lisa are absolutely amazing!!! They are the sweetest and kindest employees there! With that said the only reason this is not a five star review is because of Bonnie! I’ve been coming in there for years and Bonnie is always mean rude short and snappy and today was the worst with her AND was bashing Kristi to me and was talking bad about her to me! Not in anyway okay to talk bad about someone to someone let alone someone who is an employee talking bad about another one in front of a very loyal customer! Made me extremely sad :( Kristi and Lisa have always been amazing to me but Bonnie crossed a MAJOR line today :( I truly have no idea why Bonnie is still employed by you :( she has never once treated me well :( but with that said overall I love u guys and this is by far the best target as far as customer service I personally have ever been to :)

The items that are marked and advertised as on sale or clearance are not actually marked down by management in the system. Meaning you grab something that has a discount price on it and when you scan you find out it’s the full price. If you go through self check out you will notice but if you don’t you just got scammed. I have been shopping at this target for 5 years and nicely pointed that out to management but nothing has been done it happens so often that corporate needs to intervene.

I went into this store at 930pm 30 minutes before closing. I had to get a shower gift from a registry, get help to find the gifts, find a pair of shoes, milk, and a blouse. Despite the warning announcements that the store was closing. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was KIND to me even as i walked out at 10:05. I appreciate that kind of professionalism. I am new to Castle Rock and already love this town.

Target is pretty great! Starbucks orders take a bit longer, but they’re well made! Customer service is okay, in the past I’ve had some unnecessary lectures regarding hanging up clothing (before entering the dressing room). But, I’ve never had a problem finding items or the store being dirty.

Ive never had an issue with this Target before, but I had a pretty bad experience there today. I had found some earrings on sale for $6, but when I went to go ring them up, they came up at $9. I brought this up to the employee at the self check out. She went to go change the price, but then noticed that the sale sticker was incorrectly placed on that item and that I would have to pay the $9. Its not a big deal, only a $3 difference, but I asked her if they would honor the $6 price since their store incorrectly marked the price of the item. She told me she couldnt do that and accused me of putting the sticker there myself. I have worked in retail before, and I know that even if you suspect a customer of stealing, under no circumstances do you accuse them. I assured her I did not place the sticker there myself. The sticker did not look like it had been tampered with. I asked her again if they would honor the sale price, and she said she would have to ask a manager. The manager came over, and explained again that the sticker was placed on the wrong item. I asked again if they would honor the sale price since the sticker was placed there by an employee. I was again accused, this time by the manager, of putting the sticker there myself. Its only a $3 difference, so I paid the $9 and went on my way. I found this to be awful customer service. Not only did they not honor the sale price, which they should have done since it was an employee error. But they also accused me of trying to steal. Im considering contacting corporate.

Not so busy as going to the other stores around town this is one of the reasons we like it. Its easier to find assistance and shelves are always well stocked.

I don’t care what Castle Rock and Douglas County politics are, at Target I expect progressive treatment. Saw a guy get in trouble for trying to help his pregnant wife in the women’s fitting room because some prude bitty complained, and my wife and I were told we had to be quiet and go to the men’s fitting room together to get served after she needed help following a surgery. I would hate to use their fitting rooms as a trans person at this location, which is shocking given Targets official stance on the LGBTQ community. Not my preferred Target location.

Its Target. You either love it or hate it. Theres not a lot of difference between any of them. Staff carries the place and its decent. What else can you expect from big box stores like this.

I just find it creepy, and good Lord what is that smell. Smells like burning rubber and starts to irritate my throat. Been going on for months.

Tap water is filtered with beef making it not vegan, so i opted to get fresh vegan water from target.

Had to double check I wasn’t in Walmart. Poorly Stocked and staffed. You guys put toys r us out of business then don’t bother to keep your toy shelves stocked? Up your game or amazon is gonna gobble you up too.

I love target, but this one creeps me out.Security guy, dressed in normal clothes, follows you around like a stalker. Next time Im calling the cops.

This Target is nice and easy to get around. It can be difficult to find help and sometimes product shelves are cluttered or empty (more than Ive seen at other Targets). Still prefer Target over Walmart.

Decent much better then the filthy walmart. Respectable customers and staff. Store is always clean. Comes to show you you run a clean respectable buissness you get decent workers and shoppers.

Go here almost weekly. A pretty good place to get what you need. I wouldnt mind if it became a Super Target.

This location is probably one of the most disorganized and they have a strange selection of clothing. I was hard pressed to find anything I was looking for. The shoes department is always a war zone, and the baby clothes section is so poorly organized, I found baby girls clothes intentionally stocked in the boys section which was mixed in with toddler and tween clothing. Ended up not purchasing the baby clothes I was looking for because I simply couldnt find the proper section.

Excellent service, friendly people, outgoing and ready to help. Have shopped here many years and would recommend Castle Rock Target and there CVS pharmacy to everyone.

Horrible staff treatment. I went to target today to get some ice and drinks for the house and figured while stopping in id buy Mario maker 2 for the nintendo switch. As I went in to buy the game, they ddint have them out so I went to the desk. The girl grabbed it for me but told me i had to pay there and I responded I needed to grab some ice first before paying. Apparently the girl though I was trying to steal it as she had someone follow me around the store as I shopped making sure I was acatully buying stuff. As I went back up she reluctantly handed me the game as I payed. I didnt even ask to take the game with me, i just said I needed to grab some ice before I was redy to check out. If target employees are gonna treat their costumers like criminals then theyll lose their service. Never going back again.

Good to get basics, inventory goes fast since its the closest Target to the area. Close to other stores. Best starbucks service in town, given the fact we have 3 of them. Very good costumer service. Only starbucks inside.

Probably the worst (if you can even say ‘worst’ about Target) that I’ve been to. I don’t know if they’re closing the store or moving locations but it’s a mess and they don’t have all the products on hand that they do at other Targets. I hope they get it together because it’s the closest Target for miles (like hop-on-the-highway far) and I freaking LOVE Target. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 🎯

Im really not satisfied with this store because I lost 100$ and will not buy anything online or in store again. Awful customer service.

Staff isnt very helpful and nowhere to be found. I went in looking for something and they were out. The lady helping me told me the trucks came on Tuesday so I came back, still out. Called the next Tuesday the was told me it was in stock. Came into the store to find out I was informed based on a different prouduct and to come back the next day. I did and guess what? Still out. Miscommunication is clearly an issue. Went to Wal-mart and bought the product instead. Wont bother next time.

Typically good service, always easy to find what is needed. My only complaint is that the electronics staff tends to be more interested in their phones than their job.

I’m a frequent target goer, mostly just for boredom and I end up buying things I don’t need, but this time I actually did need something. I went with my brother because he wanted to spend his gift card on a wii game. We couldn’t find the wii games anywhere so we asked someone. (Well first of all there was no one at the tech counter) The guy came over and acted like he probably wouldn’t be able to help us because he didn’t work in that department. We asked where the wii games were and he looked at us like we were crazy and said that they obviously don’t carry those anymore because, and I quote, “we are like 2 generations ahead of the wii”. I know that the wii isn’t as popular anymore, but they still make the games.... anyways this was the one time that I chose to go to Walmart over target, what a sad day
