I love this little shop! Ive been coming here for around a year now and I havent ever had an issue. The staff is super flexible with customizing sandwiches, the app constantly has coupons, and everyone who works here is always very friendly & sweet. Also, their cold brew is stupid delicious. Like weirdly good. Highly recommend the Santa Fe bagel sandwich & a cold brew with cream & sugar if you have a chance to visit :)
We love this place. Coffee is always delicious, the bagels are perfect, and they have well made sandwiches. The food usually comes out looking like the pictures which is rare and a pleasant surprise. There are a couple tables outside for seating, and the staff is always very friendly to customers.
This is by far the worst Einstein bagels within 50 miles. They never have drinks in stocks unless it is diet, so I have to stop at another establishment to quench my thirst. I understand we need to employ our young adults but I shouldnt feel like I walked into there high-school to get breakfast but Im sure that is do to lack of management.
Disappointed with my experience this morning. Went through the drive through around 6:15am, not busy at all, and my order was wrong. Asked(and paid) for a 2 egg breakfast sandwich and only got 1egg. Spinach on the sandwich was slimmy and wilted. Asked for a coffee with cream and got black coffee.
I love this location 😍 we have ordered from here for over 3 years and have never had an issue. The food is delicious and the employees have always been kind.
So good. Curbside is a bit off at times, did it three times and only once did they come out. Had to walk in to get my food. Never had a problem with the food however. Always made right and fresh.
They never have pumpernickel when I am there😕. The Lox was a bit light on the cream cheese, sparse on the capers. Flavor was there!
Join their loyalty program, we get discounts and free items all the time. Greta program and discounts the prices which is always nice. Plus LOVE the drive thru! Super easy and quick!
Everyone loves bagels! Great atmosphere and people. Its food services. You are supposed to be warm and inviting but they always are right where they should be with hospitality.
Honestly one stars is too much for this place! They are always out of products. I have stopped by many Saturdays recently and at 9 am they are out of both Blueberry and Cinnamon Raisin bagels. For a breakfast place it seems like 9 am is a bit early to be running out. In addition to the lack of food at this restaurant the employees dont care about what they are doing at all. My bagels would come to me with globs of cream cheese thrown all over the bagel and not spread out. They dont care about their work and the dont care about the customers. Honestly you should just save your money and stop by Safeway to get a bagel there. Safeway at least will have food in stock. This Caribou Coffee and Einstein bagels is a waste of your time, money, and space. This company should close this location down.

We love this restaurant!!! We get the bagel and schmear bundles a couple times a month. My daughter loves egg and cream cheese schmear and on a bagel (I’m sure this is not on the menu but they make it for her!). And tonight the kids were in charge of making pizza bagels for dinner. Great place for families!! We’ll always keep coming back.

Online ordering is always turned off from beginning to end of the day it makes it impossible to order through the app.
As much as I like Caribou Coffee, this particular location has frustrated me so many times because whenever Im in the mood to order here its always been closed as they somehow have even worse hours than a bank, open from 6am-3pm. Add to that, you cannot order ahead through the mobile app for this location. While this isnt this franchisees fault, their Rewards program is such a joke. It took me forever and more than $100 worth of purchases before I even earned a single cup of coffee. Theres never a BOGO deal or any deal worthwhile and to rub salt into the wound, they insult your intelligence by giving you 10 cents off a drink if you answer some silly trivia question correctly.Recently I managed to make it to the shop before they were closed for the day. Walked in to a completely dead store with not a single customer and no employee in sight as they were talking to one another in the back drive-through room. After a short wait, my order was taken and my drink was made but somehow I still had to ask for a straw for my cold drink. They had some donuts I wanted to surprise the wife with but the ones I wanted were out of stock.Caribou Coffee, I like your coffee but Im done supporting your business. You dont value me as a customer so I will just go elsewhere where I feel more appreciated.

My mom and I went for a late breakfast to Einstein’s earlier today, and we were greeted and Helped by Jordan. He was incredibly helpful and caring, even with us having a slight confusion with the menu. I would highly recommend this Einstein’s thanks to Jordan’s helpfulness and kindness. Thanks Jordan.
Friendly quick service
A great location with awesome food, great social distancing, and amazing customer service. We are a large family and received our order very quickly. Almost all furniture is pushed against the wall but outdoor seating available. Stickers on the floor so everyone is able to spread out.
We ordered just a bagel with cream cheese and there was a bacon piece in the cream cheese. When I called them to let them know, they hung up and then did not pick up my follow up calls. This is definitely a place to avoid for lack of customer service and health standards by mixing meat into vegetarian meals.
Corporate needs to step in and save this location! The service from the manager was awful. I called and tried to talk to the owner 3x (never called back), I reached out to Corporate, they said We will pass your info along... Have been a patron at other Einsteins for 16 years! This is the worst-
Excellent bagels so tasty
We stopped in this morning, started our order and were informed that they could not accept credit cards for payment at the moment but were asking for cash donations if possible. We had very little cash on us but they accepted what we had, gave us our entire order and wished us a great day. It was a pleasant surprise to get such great service, yummy bagels, and to not be turned away because they could not accept credit as payment.
Enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. Ive never been disappointed.
Coffee and bagels for my whole moving crew in less than ten minutes!I came in for the ready-to-go boxes of a dozen bagels, and I needed one of those cartons of hot coffee to-go. Id just been to another coffee shop where they said it would take thirty minutes to get a coffee carton ready, but these folks did it in about six (on a busy morning too). Staff were cheery and friendly. Oh and the coffee (fireside dark roast) was delicious. Thanks!

Most real, down-to-earth, and naturally friendly people, the best coffee Ive ever had in my life, and the bagels and sandwiches are to die for!
Poor customer service
This is a great place to get a bite to eat for breakfast or lunch. Not so good for coffee unless your fine with a small selection. The service was good but they close early at 5 PM. Id come back again but not for the coffee.

Its a Caribou coffee and Einstein bagels. I didnt know that, so in case you didnt. Its great bagels and coffee, its easy and youre always down for it. Service was nice and friendly. Would recommend, and obviously get them toasted.
They have done away with the power protein bagels, the hummus veg out, and the vegan smear. No need for me to come back since those were the only items we ordered
As one other person stated, I dont know either why I give them so many chances! Drove through the drive through yesterday and I had my daughter and her two babies with me who had never eaten there so we took a moment. It was later in the morning and no one was behind us. The young woman who was helping was clearly irritated that I was taking time to build our order. With each item we ordered we got a very snippy, anything else as if to say, look lady hurry it up. I felt like saying, I am so sorry that I am taking so much time to patronize this business and spend my money here. The whole interaction felt rushed and frustrating. They were out of many of the items we ordered as well. We are very grateful for people in the service industry. We know how hard a customer service job can be, but It is really hard to work with people in the service industry who dont want to serve people. This is about the 5th time we have given this particular location a chance and it is now the last time. We will not be back.

The drive-thru in castle rock consistently messes the orders. last year I began only going to the dining. obviously, today I had to use the drive-thru. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Im done with this location.

Really sad to see this place go down hill over the past year or so. Trying to patronize them with COVID and all. Associate got defensive when I tried to order a starbucks sounding drink at the drive thru. I apologized and asked if they had some sort of alternative and I was curtly told nope. Vanilla latte,? Which I saw on the sign, still nope not an alternative. She really didnt care to even discuss it, and the line was 3 cars. Not really that busy.It really bummed me out because I have been going there since they opened a few years ago. I asked to speak to the manager whom Ive known the entire time since opening (of course not a manager then). He told me he was listening and didnt think she was being defensive. It was my opinion and I am a nice guy. I dont think the customer is always right, but this was a bit absurd. Sort of venting, apologies to any readers.Managers hands were shaking and he did apologize so that was nice, and he is usually a really nice guy. I think just poor judgement and lack of experience is all. Maybe needs new management?I wont be going there any longer, and that sucks. I will vote with my feet. Great coffee too! I used to buy boxes of bagels and coffee for my team at work, so a lot of money spent there over the years. But in the past year I stopped after the bagels started to come out stale and the order was often incorrect. This is me being very dissapointed.
Never have had a good experience here. The last time I was here, I went through the drive thru and had already paid for my bagel when they came back and said they were all out of the bagel that I had already ordered and PAID for. That was annoying, but I ordered a different bagel and asked for it to be toasted. After waiting in the drive thru line for 5 minutes, they came back with my bagel, cold and untoasted. This was the cherry on top for other bad experiences I’ve had here. I will not be coming back.

Friendly staff and good bagels
Ive been to this location several times since it has been open. It still doesnt feel very organized-turnover seems high so the wait for food/drinks is usually longer than most other locations, and there are often errors (during my last visit one customer needed to be refunded and another needed a food order remade). Both the cold press coffee and mango iced tea were weaker than they should have been; I worked at a Caribou for a few years so I was disappointed that the product wasnt up to standards.The employees may need some extra support or training, but they have good customer service skills. The store itself is beautiful, with clean tables, cozy chairs, and a sunny patio.
I HATE this place. The service is so bad that Id rather drive someplace farther away then go here. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for a single cup of coffee. Asked what the problem was and was rudely informed that they had three employees not show up for work. Even if you go into the store, the service is so slow that by the time you get your food and coffee it is barely warm. The staff there is always goofing off and the individual that was running the register in the store was also running the drive through window so she was running back and forth and confused as to who ordered what. They are constantly out of any give bagel and makings for certain coffees for no apparent reason. I will drive out of my way rather than go here. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Majority of the time I went here, my order was wrong.
Cozy spot in a convenient location for a quick bite before weekend shopping, movies, or other activities. They were out of a couple bagel varieties but had the basics; our food and lattes were made reasonably fast and tasted great. Nice lounge seating by the fireplace :)
We tried going through the drive thru and the cashier had her head set on, explaining to her coworker how she had no idea what kinds of bagels they served, also complaining about how much she hated the customers she had to serve there and was excited to leave. Then after we tried for several minutes to get her attention we parked and walked in because the Open sign was illuminated and we were rudely told the shop had closed ten minutes prior. We wont be back.
I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who took my order today. He was so wonderful and friendly. My bagel was quick, my coffee was hot and delicious!!
We used to come here two or three times a month on Sundays. After the remodel, the counter and seating all look gorgeous, but are not kid-friendly anymore. There is only one low table for seating. No more bottomless drip coffee. Its not the same Einsteins. We will head to Kneaders or Lost Coffee.
We walked in and theres a sign that says grab a menu and take your time. I would have loved to but there were no menus stocked. Not a big deal but not surprising by the end of our trip.We went to the counter to order and the poor girl must not have had training and kept asking what kind of sandwich we were ordering so she could find it. Again not really a big deal but not surprising either.The manager was present and yet it was so filthy it was unbelievable. No one was cleaning tables, floors, counters etc. most things were half stocked at best. The soda machine was so filthy you just about had to break your cup to get the ice dispenser to move.We would have loved to eat on the patio in the son with our child but unfortunately there was an employee in full uniform smoking directly in the middle of the patio (in front of the restaurant) the entire time we were here eating (sadly inside).One of the employees was also extremely surly and unpleasant.I love einsteins but this is one that will have you wishing your town had another one because I wont be back.
I have been here a few times. The first time a male was yelling at an employee in front of customers to return to work. Then continued to ridicule her behind the counter. Very unprofessional.The next time I ordered the Nova Lox. I asked for extra capers. The Salmon was super pale pink. Tiny slices and it had the normal amount of capers. I asked the woman behind the counterror if I could have the extra capers I asked for and she said that is. We only put 6 or 7 capers on them.Then I realized they charged me for an extra sandwich and had to have it reversed on my card.
I do love the cinnamon raisin ones. Bacon egg and chz also great!

This place has nice bagels and coffee! Staff is really polite. But they are very under staffed, when I came in one time there were only two to three people working! I feel so bad for the employees. :(
Super nice employees! Food tasted clean and fresh, even at 2pm. I made a mistake while ordering and they made me a special drink I didnt mean to order. I repeatedly asked them if I could pay for it but they told me it was on the house :-)
This place has sold me food two times in the past week that made me sick and had to go see my doctor. My doctor said it was due to food poisoning. In fact he even asked me where I had eaten recently and this was the ONLY place I ate out at in that time span. (I am a certified nutritionist)I should of known by the dirty lobby, poor customer service, really unkempt general manager that I should of stayed away.Avoid at all costs, read other reviews. Filed a complaint with the BBB I hope to see this place shut down.
Food and drink is what youd expect when they can get it right. And you have to order like three times .twice at the speaker and at least once modeat the window . And then they will start making it. Just give yourself time there, definitely not fast .
Chai Tea Latte and turkey bacon, and avocado sandwich. Delicious but quite pricey for a cold sandwich. Friendly and chatty employees. Nice vibe inside, very chill and cozy.
Every time we have gone we either experience bad customer service and or sub par food and coffee. Today my egg looked funny and tastes funny and my coffee taste hours old and is not hot at all. Such a bummer because I love bagels and coffee for breakfast. I will not be going back. 3rd times a charm
I have always had great service here. If you have a large order call it in ahead. Makes it faster for yourself and all of the other customers as well. I have never had to wait when i have done this.
If it werent for the manager there this morning I honestly dont think the place would have even been open. The staff looked like they were being forced to work and the girl at the register up front literally looked and sounded sickened by the fact that she had to be there. The bagels were under cooked and nearly inedible. The wait was horrible. It looked like they had 8 people working and with their powers together it equaled about 1 and a halfs worth.Its work people, if you dont want to be there go home. I honestly dont think that I can return to this place again. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone at this point.

Good but not great coffee. Lox is nice, bagels are great. Used to have some issues with service when it first opened but no such issues for 3-4 months.
Slow and inaccurate! I have gone through the drive through six times since this place opened and they are yet to get my order accurate. You could put some monkeys in here and I think they would do a better job and be faster. One of the managers is always out smoking in the morning. Which is Nasty nasty! Yet again my wife went there tonight and they screwed up the order. This place doesnt care and I think they are all high.
We have been here 3 times now, every single time it is slow, horrible staff, and they have messed up our order. I had to come up and ask for the correct thing, no apologies, no fixing. The restaurant is dirty, out of ice in the maching. We will never be coming back. You have lost our service for good.

Terrible service. I went in a year ago and felt like I was inconveniencing the employees by eating in... they had their friends lounging in the middle of the restaurant. I went through the drive- through today and waited 20 minutes before getting my toasted bagel, no napkins. The girl then forgot I was waiting for a drink, so I was forced to call the store phone and ask for it. I then received the wrong drink. By then my lunch was over. I ended up thirsty, hungry (you cant eat a bagel and smear in your car without napkins), and mad.
The last two times I have visited this location the service and food have been horrible. This morning I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee and a bagel. I wanted to use my reward card because I got a text that I had earned a free coffee, when I get to the window the girl tells me the rewards cards dont work very well. I got upset and she eventually asked me for my phone number to check the reward. I was also given someone elses order. The whole experience was disappointing and I do not know that I will ever go back.
I have no idea why I have given this place so many chances. Almost every time I go there, they have no idea how to make their own coffee drinks. If I ask for one of their drinks as an Americano, they have absolutely no idea what to do. Today they charged me $5.19 for a medium Americano with a little white chocolate syrup and a little bit of peppermint syrup. That is the craziest thing Ive ever heard. And they left half of my Bagels out so even though I went to the drive-thru and had three kids in the car, I still had to go in and get all of this taken care of. When I went in they assured me that the drink was still $5.19 so I simply asked for a refund and gave the drink back to them. The staff is not professional and their drinks are never very good. Sorry Caribou but I have given you way too many chances, only to be disappointed every single time. I will not be going back.

Absolutely horrible attitude displayed by Theo - who turned out to be a shift supervisor. Waited to be acknowledged by him (I was the only one in line), then waited so long after I placed my order that I asked for a refund and left. He was rude and told me he didnt care if I called the GM. Really?! This is the guy you put in charge of the shift?
Great service, and the bagels are super good. There are so many types, from plain to chocolate chip to honey whole wheat.
Their fish bagel smelled rotten, their general manager looked like she only slept 2 hours the night before, didnt even bother to take a shower, absolutely disgusting place. Overheard an employee talking to the manager about how much she hates the customers. F-
I like every Einstein Bros except this one. They hoard the self serve coffee so you have to ask for another refill instead of getting your own; very uncomfortable asking for it. The menu is so scaled back it is just not worth going. Until they change it; I wont go back
Bagel choices are wonderful. Eggs always made when i order. I dont like the burned coffee smell.
After the grand opening they still get orders wrong and take a long long time. Was waiting in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes when I finally had to leave as I was going to be late to work. If you dont have 30 minutes to waste then avoid in the mornings.
