Was there today for the first time and it will definitely be the last time. Buyers beware, they will not return items and are extremely rude. They make up their own policies probably based on if they like the particular customer or not. There are definitely better places to get shoes and much nicer people to. This was at the Castle Rock location outlet center. Dont give them your business but if you do you have every right to be rude right back at them. Obviously this company doesnt care who they hire. Shop elsewhere please, you have been warned.

Super friendly! I went in 7 minutes to close just to see if they had my sons size in stock in boots and the lady spent a lot of time helping us without pressuring us at all. She was upfront about what they had and that shed likely not have in his size what we needed. Though we didnt ultimately purchase anything, I plan to go back for myself soon as it was a great experience!

Big store with lots of nice styles to choose from. The prices are decent but Id expect to see lower prices at an outlet mall. The customer service was ok.

Wouldnt honor their advertised BOGO sale.

Busy place this weekend and I didnt find anything I liked; but I usually do. Its still my first choice for shoes at the Outlets.

Good selection of shoes and brands but what made the store great was the girl that helped us. My daughter wanted a specific color of nike shoe for Christmas they didnt have in womens but the employee found the corresponding size for us in girls and saved us from having to keep looking at other stores. I cant remember the girls name but thank you again. Excellent job. Not only did she save us time but we were getting another pair of shoes and it allowed us to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 half off sale saving us money also.

If I could give no stars I would. This company has poor quality in products. They will not honor any return policy as it changes from store to store. Customer service here is a joke. They treat you as if your a disgrace to have to speak with. They speak to you in a smart allec childish way. They aim to displease and discredit anything you try and resolve. Shoes dont last due to poor quality and design. 3 months tops. They advertise products they dont have to get you to buy other things. Bait and swap typee company. Go elsewhere for better product.

Rack Room is usually a good deal for quality shoes. They carry dress, casual and childrens shoes. They often have a sale if you buy more than one pair. The brands have a tendency to lean towards Skechers, Nike, Reebok, Dockers and other well known brands.

I had some amazing finds here and I will definitely be back. The staff was super friendly, the shoes were awesome, my biggest problem here is what shoe to buy first! I think I found my new shoe heaven.

I had to order my shoes and have them shipped! The sales associate was awesome!! She had pink or blue hair i hate I didn’t get her name! She was left handed bc her Apple Watch was on the right! If you see this sorry I didn’t catch your name, keep up the good work!

The selection has really gone down hill. They may have the same shoes in multiple colors but all styles are essentially the same.Theyre short staffed especially for back to school week.I only keep coming back for the buy one get one 50% off which seems to be their ongoing offer.

I googled closest cowboy boot store on my way to Denver. This outlet store showed up. No cowboy boots. So lame. I wasted a trip.

Ordered my son a pair of Converse in the store which were supposed to ship to my business because get couldn’t find my correct home address in their system. Someone didn’t link my payment to their online system and they cancelled my order. I have no shoes and no money. They never so much as sent an email or called me to notify me they cancelled my order.

Had shoes marked different price on shelf with only 2 pairs left. Rang up differently at register. Would not sell to me at marked price. Would rate 0 if possible.

I like shopping here because they have a shoes for schools charity.
