They can sell more by adjusting the prices with the season changing. 74% of candles should be reduced 10-20%

We had a great experience here! Everything was outstanding:)Customer service here is great! We were instantly greeted and helped by a younger girl who I unfortunately forgot the name of. They helped us find the perfect gift!Store was well managed and clean. Scents are also really great, and not too strong!Overall, we had a great experience at Yankee Candle.

A nice variety at great prices. Yankee Candle Company does not produce as many accessories as they did it one time. A great loss. But this store is worth the stop!

I went in yesterday. A gentleman greeted me and told me their deals and asked if I wanted help. I did not so I said I was just looking. I wanted to shop at my leisure and was not looking for something specific. Then immediately a girl came come over and started being very pushy, I thought it was obvious I did not want help and was just wanted to look around. She harassed me about what scents I wanted for like five minutes. The gentleman had literally just spoken to me, I just wanted to be left alone. She made me very uncomfortable and I was definitely going to make a purchase, but I had to leave she was giving me anxiety. I only gave two stars because the gentleman was polite and was doing his job and back off when he realized I did not want help. I would had given one, this but was awful.
