This is one of two places in all of Castle Rock that still sells my cigarettes. So I frequent the shop at least twice a week if not more. Ive gotten to know everyone that works behind the counters and I can truly say that the service is awesome. I come in and not only do they have my brand of cigarettes sitting at the counter waiting for me but they also know and remember how many packs I buy at a time. Couldnt ask for more.

15 yrs strong. I told the one Guy you keep my brand in this store I will come in and get them two times a month. For 15 yrs now i have kept my word so have they. Best place ever. They have so many cool glass pipes, cool zippos, fancy cigars, and their smoking lounge for the cigars is epic. If you have not stopped by you need to. In the parking lot of Safeway in Castle Rock.

Great prices, great staff and great cigar lounge! The lounge is open to the public and only requires a Cigar purchase. You can get a Cigar pretty cheap! Love the guys who hangout there!

Ok, I think almost all their staff are wonderful people. I just now called to ask if they would be open New Year’s Day. Gary stated, “” We are NOT” I said, “Aw ok, well, you all have a great New Year’s.” Gary hung up on me!! I don’t know about anyone else, but that offended me being hung up on! Gary obviously needs an attitude change and quickly. The rest of the staff are always good to me every time I call, or go in the store.

Quite honestly the best smoking lounge, and selection. Very friendly an knowledgeable staff who engage customers and value them. A couple of reviewers gave 1 star reviews, and that is very unfortunate for the company as those two were more than likely mad at something completely irrelevant and blasted Smoker Friendly. A lot of folks need to leave thoughtful reviews instead of trolling.Anyhow, looking forward to my next visit with them.

I love the selection here but the guy working the counter was a complete a-hole! I apologize to anyone that gets the guy with a beard and pierced lip. He is beyond rude.

The attendant left me waiting 3 minutes while he chatted with another customer. when i said he could help me rather than chatting he said nah were good. so pretty much i said you just leave customers waiting, and he didnt budge at all just stood there like a lump. needless to say the only option was to leave since i was not getting help even after a request. this sort of service is beyond embarrassing, a good ol boys club for service, what a joke.

The Cigar Lounge with optional club membership is irresistable. Leather furniture, sports on the TVs, lockers, sink, refrigerator, and poker table make it a great place for guys to hang out for an hour to three on the weekend evenings.

Theyre prices arent bad, and they usually have what you need. If you need some glass, or something for electronic smoking. I went for a downsteam, and they didnt have, but those are hard to find

Horrible customer service. They treat their regulars like gold but treat new customers poorly. Theyre very rude and short when asking for help. Over heard the staff talking about taking drugs on the job. It was such a bad experience that i left with nothing.

Rude staff, they act like it isnt their job to sell you stuff but an inconvenience to them. They one thing they have that the other ones in town dont is a cigar lounge that you have to pay a membership fee for anyway

Not alot of selection, poor costumer service. Return policy is in store credit only, such a sleezy way to treat your consumers. Once they trick into buying there cheap product they know the only way to get you back is to keep your money, its not a standing Behined there products, costumer service, or caring about their community consumer. Just make sure to keep the money once they sucker you in

Wells priced specialty cigars and cigarettes that I have had trouble finding elsewhere. Never so busy that I have to wait in a long line.

Staff rubs me wrong.They also banned me for a fake id. I was 31 at the time.I stopped caring a few years later, tried again a dozen times...they seem very annoyed people come in. Not friendly most the time one young man, newer, aint bad.
