Everyone in the shop was helpful and informative, and the doctor was doubly so. I am so happy to find such a great business close to where I live, also. I had been traveling three times the distance to get to my former optometrist.
Pearl Vision in Castle Rock has outstanding customer service. I was a customer for about 2 years and during that time the employees were always friendly and helpful! I recently moved and needed their help with my prescription and the purchase of contacts until I could get established at a new optometrist. On two different occasions they went out of their way to assist me even though I was no longer going to be one of their customers. Excellent example of customer service!
My family and I have been using them for a couple years now. Had some issues from the start with slow delivery and lost orders, but they resolved the problems. My wife switched to contacts, first batch was good, second batch was misplaced or lost, when she got it, they weren’t right, they said “her eyes must have changed in the past month”.That’s enough for me, booked with another shop in town

I had not found a new eye doctor since moving from Minnesota. Dr. Billings was terrific! She took the time to explain to me how my prescription had changed. Colette helped me find a perfect pair of glasses that I have gotten so many compliments on. Can’t wait to go back!

This Pearle Vision location has helped me with my eye care needs since moving to CO in 2010. Very good staff and selection of eye wear. Easy to get in for appointments and helpful when frames get bent.
I havent seen an eye doctor in about 5 years and my main goal was just for an exam to get new lenses and frames. I knew my vision got a little worse over time and felt it was just time to upgrade.The exam was quick and was able to shop for some frames with Mackenzie. The overall process was easy as it should have been and was out within a hour.My only issue I had is that I got volunteered into extra testing that cost more. When you fill out the paperwork for the visit they ask for consent to take special eye mapping pictures to easily identify health risks. I did not provide or mark that I wanted that and yet they did anyway and had to pay 39 more dollars on top of the copays. I know the technology is to help out with future visits and keep track of my health but that is what my MD is for. If I just want an exam and frames, please leave it at that.Other than that, everyone was friendly and would recommend. They even worked with me on payment options for the new frames/lenses that fit my needs. At this point I just have to wait up to two weeks for my new glasses!

After my initial prescription was incorrect, I had some concerns but they were extremely helpful and got me in for another exam right away to get everything exactly right. They were always very welcoming and kept in constant communication with me. I would definitely recommend them and now I have new glasses that look and feel great!

We have a large family, (5 kids to be exact), and we stopped in to our local Pearle Vision - here in Castle Rock - and we were not disappointed. We had an opportunity to work with Sarah, Alicia, and Dominique, and they were absolutely wonderful. They helped us through the entire process from the eye exam to selecting frames. And they genuinely cared. As a small business owner, I try to separate myself with the small things; attention to detail, and relationship building. This staff has figured that out and it shows in how they treat you. I would absolutely recommend - and have - anyone I know whos in the market for eye care. Brandi and Colette were awesome! I am not easy to fit and they were very patient and helpful. The glasses came in in a timely manner and final fitting was a breeze. So nice, professional and great to work with!
My 8 year old daughter mentioned to me that she was having trouble seeing the letters on the page. Even though she passed the eye test at school, I wanted to double check. Came to Pearl with her. The examination went well, she’s a kid and they do their best to accommodate. Very kind, it was a fun experience for her. She needed glasses, so we picked out a pair. They were ready for pick up in about 10-12 Days. Overall a great experience.

I had an emergent issue with defective contacts (from another source) and I only has glasses with an outdated prescription. The staff got me in the next morning and were so helpful! A thorough eye exam from a nice doctor, and all my questions were answered transparently about insurance and costs. Great visit.

Horrible Service. Had an appointment for 3. At 3:30 they told us it would be at least another 30 minutes. An hour delay? Why didnt you tell me when we checked in (we were early)? Hugely disrespectful of peoples time. Clearly there are management issues here.
Disregard old reviews! My 19yr old daughter used them (independently of me) and I later used them for my younger sons glasses. Both of us found the people at Castle Rock Pearle to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is under new management and it shows!

When I first called in, they looked up my insurance info., got me a quote, and returned my call promptly so I knew what to expect before I made my appointment. I was actually able to get a next day appointment too. Ill continue with this location.

AWFUL place. I went in there to get my sunglasses fixed. I received nothing but attitude. I tried to get a quote on how much it costs to service the sunglasses -- the woman refused to give me a price and told ME to call the owner MYSELF! How can you NOT have any idea? Is it $2? is it $50? Its almost as if she didnt even work there, she was just some cantankerous hag that was filling in for someone else. I needed ONE SCREW replaced. She told me I had better go back to the other store that repaired my glasses previously. Horrible customer service. I didnt think these kinds of reviews were real until it happened to me!

My husband bought a pair of prescription sun glasses on the 4th of December. We were told initially that would take about two weeks for the glasses to be ready. We called several times after the two weeks were over and the glasses were still not ready.We went in today, 18th of January, hoping to pickup the glasses but they were still in the lab.The sells associate stated that was the labs fault and not the stores. When we asked to cancel the order and get our money back the sell associate said she could do nothing for us and told us to call the manager on Monday.We are really disappointed! More than a month and we don’t have what we paid for.
I went in today and was extremely satisfied. Jennifer the girl that helped me did an amazing job at getting me what I needed. I will definitely be using this pearl vision from now on.
If you want a good eyewear purchasing experience, you are taking you unnecessary risk by using Pearle Vision located in Castle Rock.The customer service was average at best. I interacted with all three personnel working out of the Castle Rock location. There seemed to be a less than enthusiastic commonality to all three associates customer service. After three attempts of this store trying to fulfill my order, I was given my new pair of lens with my original frames. Unfortunately, the left lens was loose, so I brought my glasses back for them to be tightened. After waiting another 1-2 weeks for the tightening, the same lens was loose. Did they even try to fix them??? During the fifth time, Pearle handled my glasses to fix the tightening issue, they discovered that the lens retainer needing replacement, for it was damaged due to the excessive work over the past three months. After waiting another three weeks, I received my glasses with the both lenses properly tightened although my frame was severely scratched where retainer replacement work would be performed. When I spoke to Richard, the main person ordering the lenses, he told me that I have no proof that their lab technicians damaged my frames.WARNING: take pictures of your frames if you are reusing your own frames. Although this wont be enough, for I was told by Richard that they have disclaimers posted in their store regarding their lack of responsibility for damaged lenses.In summary, I have damaged frames, had to wait over three months, and visited their store about ten times to get my order completed. The slight savings was far from worth the headache, wait, and damage done to my expensive frame.I strongly discourage you from using this facility, for you may be the next unsatisfied customer.

These folks refused to sell me an eyeglass frame after lying to me, claiming that my insurance wouldnt allow for me just getting a frame (without lenses). I contacted my insurance company, they said they were fine with it. When I advised Pearle Vision this morning, Dominique advised me that they are no longer a member of my insurance network.

Prior to moving to their new location, this had been my go to vision care store. For several years they operated by the standard, if you have a problem, just let us know at any time, and we will help you. That attitude is gone now, and they are no longer willing to standby their work, apparently. Whereas before, I had to make several tweeks to eyeglasses due to the nature of my job, this time I was greeted with Its been over 30 days; did you buy insurance? My question would, be, if you stand by your work, why would I need insurance??? Eyes dont change that much in 30 days, or even 6 months (mine have changed just a little in 15 years). I guess these businesses will never figure out that they just lost several thousand dollars worth of business annually, as I wont ever be back nor will my wife...yet they are quite content with the line why didnt you buy insurance. Poor, poor customer service

I had such a poor experience here that next time, I will go somewhere else and pay out-of-pocket. As another reviewer mentioned on Yelp, this place feels SO scammy and has no regard for the patient. I have now had to file a complaint with Pearle Visions headquarters which is SO frustrating because I rarely have such negative experiences anywhere and hate to leave bad reviews. However, my hope is that this will keep you from experiencing the same.My appointment was at 11:00 and I wasnt seen by the doctor until 11:55. I waited the entire time. Once I was seen by the doctor, she asked what kind of contacts I wore. I told her that Ive been wearing a certain brand for a few years and they were the best contacts Ive ever worn. She said oh, those are old and outdated. Odd, because I literally purchased them with another eye doctor a year prior. In return, I told her that Ive tried other pairs and wanted to stick with what I have and she turned her back on me, literally, and said she was giving me the Bausch and Lomb brand.She then asked what saline solution I used and I told her I use the Costco brand because its affordable. She then said no, use BioTrue, its by the same contact brand Im giving you so its better. I told her it was 3x the price at Costco and she again, ignored me.I finally looked at the prescription and sure enough, it was for a different brand of contacts than I told her three times I wanted. Im sure she has some deal with B&L and would rather make money from them than do ANYTHING that I requested or needed.I was finally able to check out and at this point, was running late for my next appointment since I waited so long. I told the front desk staff that I wanted my Rx so I could order from Costco and spend HALF of what they would charge. Someone else said she would price match if I came and sat down but I was running so late, I asked her to please call me. She said she would in 10-15 minutes.Three hours later, they called. I still had no RX that I paid for. Again, completely ignoring what I asked for, she talked about the B&L contacts. I said No, Im buying the kind that I want from Costco and she told me I would have to come in for another appointment to have my Rx changed. EVEN THOUGH I told my doctor four times by the end of our appointment that I wanted the brand I always wear.Now Im battling Costco to get what Ive requested because the doctor refused to have any regard for me, the patient. My new contact prescription cannot be filled on the basis of Pearle Vision withholding the patient’s request.What a blatant example of a medical professional caring more about their bottom line than the patient. I will never, ever return and strongly discourage you from doing so as well.
Jen was wonderful and very helpful. My insurance changed and I didnt have my new cards so she helped find that information so we got charge the correct rates.

The staff was very friendly and no issues with the eye exam. The issue was the lack of selection and the prices. With insurance, they quoted a price of $500-1000 just for the lenses not including the frame.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He really needs to hire a more competent front office assistant between the two of them that are there they cannot be nice to patients, manage their time and the Drs time properly, provide even one ounce of niceness and quality customer service at all.. I tried to order contacts and had to call about 10 times before anyone answered the phone and said she would call me back 3hours later to tell me my RX. Seriously, why would it take 3 hours to give someone a quick RX?!! She said they had 9 patients waiting in the room and she had to take care of patients.. well, I am a patient on the phone who needs 10 seconds of her time. Why would it be so difficult to provide me with one simple answer. The time she was spending arguing on the phone with me is the time she could have pulled my file, confirmed my RX with me and hung up the phone then allowing her the time to take care of the 9 patients in the waiting room!!! Cmon obviously time management and multi tasking is not something she was taught!!!!
