If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service was non existent. Worst car wash Ive ever been to dryer only worked halfway through my car And paid $8 for a budget car wash for nothing but water. Would not recommend at all for any reason.

This is the worst circle K I’ve ever been too and I’m on the road a lot as I work with the fire departments. Not only the customer service (she basically called me a lier) but the fact they charge $1.07 for a cup of ice.

Seems like they dont know how to restock the store except for beer since its essential!!!!

Horrible service. Tempted to put the name of the individual on here. “$40 on pump 4...” exactly what I said. Went to pump gas, nothing. Returned the nozzle. Went inside - informed cashier of the issue. He proceeded to say I told him pump 3... and that I need to work it out with the guy on pump 3... (I said no, he needed to work this out so I could get my fuel) - he had already paid cash, and was returning at the same time to get change. The cashier then said that I was to blame as I returned the nozzle. Um. Yes. I did as no fuel was coming out. The confrontational attendant then gave me my receipt and said, “ it’s your fault - call my manager if you want to!”Instead I returned the next day to speak with an assistant manager - who promised resolution and a call from the manager. Nope. Call to the store, and the manager works at 2 stores... not currently at that store... looks like this convenience store isn’t really that convenient.

I can see why this place has such bad reviews. We bought a car wash and had to go inside for the receipt. The lady told me the car wash was broken. And said didnt you see the cone. Wow really no cause from our pump it looked open and the cone was blocked. Rude service and didnt refund the car wash either.

Horrible.. 9 people in line with one man working.. While the other girl walked around on her phone then went to the back and never came out

Frail little white boys accuse you of stealing here if youre brown. Pathetic. Shouldnt they have better things to do than follow people out into parking lots and stick their fingers in your van accusing you of stealing things youve had for weeks? LOL They also refused to be accountable by giving me a last name, so all I got is Pat and Dawson. This is what happens when you dont spank your kids enough or tell them No enough and then allow them to have retail jobs before having any sort of self respect or discipline. If theyre working, take a dump in front of the door so itd be their fragile butts who have to clean it up. :) It would probably be the most work these spoiled children have done in their entire pitiful lives!I will be contacting corporate to make sure these two are held accountable for their prejudice and dishonesty, as well as Circle K as a whole if the company chooses to not amend this.
