This is the best cookie place Ive ever eaten from. These cookie are IMMACULATE! Everyone, EVERYONE needs to try crumbl cookies. The cookies are are amazing. They are massive, sweet, savory, fresh, and literally the best cookies ever. I also love the fact that they change every week! Each week you get a set of new cookies besides chocolate chip, and sugar cookie. Besides that, youll get to try something new each week so it never gets boring. Crumbl is the absolute best. I’ve catered two parties, sent out at least a hundred boxes to clients and friends for the holidays. You can’t go wrong.

We LOVE their cookies! The latest addition called Mom’s Recipe, is one of the most delicious cookie’s I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Usually, our visits are uneventful. Recently I placed an order, and several customers that were standing in line behind me placed theirs. They received their orders before I received mine; it was not a large order, but when this was brought to the attention of staff, I witnessed my order being handled roughly as it was boxed. When the employee closed the lid, the force was such that it caused several cookies to break, but I did not notice until I had arrived home. I called to voice my concern, and they kindly offered a complimentary box, upon my next visit. I appreciate their exemplary customer service, and will gladly continue to patronize this location.

They make them feel on the spot. Very easy to order walking in. Wait time is very short. The flavors are truly unique, artistic and very delicious!

Castle Rock Location is *TRASH*I had an appointment in Castle Rock and decided to grab some cookies afterward from the 323 Metzler Dr. location in Castle Rock before heading back to Lone Tree. Once I arrived home, I noticed the rocky road had no marshmallow filling. When I contacted the store, they said it vaporized into the cookie, excuse me come again. The cookie description does not convey a rocky road cookie with an evaporated marshmallow filling. It states, A rich dark chocolate cookie stuffed with a gooey marshmallow filling and covered in milk chocolate chips and almonds. I detest locations incapable of baking cookies correctly. RATHER THAN CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKE, THEY OPTED TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR RENDERING FALLACIOUS RESULTS. NEVER...NEVER..NEVER AGAIN will I purchase cookies from the Crumbl Cookie in CASTLE ROCK, CO, and their customer service is DEPLORABLE. Not all franchises aim to deliver quality.

Fantastic soft warm cookies. I love having an app to order ahead and the option of pick up to make my life easier to not get out of the car for one more errand. When they have been out of our pre-ordered cookie they have had great customer service and worked hard to provide us with other choices. Orders are always right for me. What a great addition to our community.

While ordering cookies on the app to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday, I entered an incorrect house number. I called the Castle Rock location the next day and they delivered fresh cookies for no additional charge. Even though it was my mistake! That is true customer service!

I had to have knee surgery and when my sister showed up I was expecting another plant! Instead I see this long pink box and inside are the best cookies I have had in a long time. I have to say I don’t think there was one that I didn’t like but I think in this batch I had to with the author cookie with cherry frosting as my favorite. I will watch there weekly menu know just so I can try a different variety. Thanks goes to my sister for doing something different and not bringing me that plant.

The cookies are huge and amazing. We buy several and then cut them into quarters so we can all try a bunch of different flavors. Not a fan of the mainstays, milk chocolate chip is meh at best and the sugar cookie has a very strong extract flavor you just cant get past, but pretty much all the other flavors they have are amazing!Love that you can text gift cards from them as well, wish they would let you email too (would be so much easier for teacher gifts).

I love how they have a different variety each week! Something for everyone! My favorite is the German Chocolate cake which I had tried on grand opening day! I was so excited and was not disappointed at all! I recommend these cookies to everyone!

Ordered four cookies on grand opening day for curbside pickup (chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, key lime and German chocolate). Curbside pickup was quick and easy. The cookies themselves were warm (or chilled for the key lime), soft and chewy and just so good! Favorite of mine was snickerdoodle!! It’s gonna take some serious restraint to not get a new cookie every week. Especially with their rotating flavors. Recommend the App, as well. Easy to order and pay. UPDATE: Just caved and went for a gingerbread cake cookie lol. Did curbside again and was in/out in under 3 min.

My family and I love this crumbl location! The young adult workers are always polite, and the Manager Lori is so kind! Our cookie orders always reflect what is advertised online, and curbside pick ups are always quick and convient.The cookie are always decorated neat, the store is always clean, and they make great pickup gifts for teachers.Thanks Lori and Staff, you all are Rockstars!

This was our first time trying Crumbl Cookie. We had ordered online for curbside pickup. The process was incredibly easy. The store was crazy busy, but they operated like a well oiled machine. We didn’t have to wait - employees were out right away with our order. By the way, not only was the process and service great, but these were the best cookies we have literally ever eaten! We now understand the hype.

Love this place! Cookies are fantastic, service is great. App is easy to use. I guess my only complaint is that I like their ice cream too but at my location almost every flavor is out of stock. Maybe they are phasing it out. Still 5 stars though because cookies are their business and the cookies are top shelf!

The cookies are amazing but the customer service today was terrible. We were told our cookies were coming out, then we waited another 15 minutes when we placed our curbside order 10 minutes before that. My husband decided to walk in and get them, then a young lady named Caprice threw our cookies on the counter and had an attitude. Don’t take your attitude out on your customers it’s not very professional. Our cookies were also cold and hard, they were sitting on the counter when my husband walked in. Will not return to this location.

I am very disappointed. I love Crumble but I am not happy that I placed an order this evening through the app, it charged me, took my money, and gave updates. My son just sat outside for 15 minutes and I finally called. The recording said were open, I waited to speak to a person and was told that theyre closed!Im pretty sure the people inside saw my son sitting there, they could have at least came out and said theyre closed. In my conversation she said the app had been doing that all day and theyve been giving refunds! She gave me a refund but that doesnt make up for the time that my son took to drive over there and sit outside. If its happened all day and you see someone outside in your pickup area, why would you just ignore them instead of saying, hey are you waiting for an order? Heres the situation. So rude!!! Really unprofessional and annoying to waste our time.

Not counting the half remembered cookies of my childhood, these are hands down the best cookies I’ve eaten. I have to make a conscious decision to not look at the menu each week or I wouldn’t be able to help myself and I would either be 40 lbs heavier than I am or 20lbs lighter in the wallet.

The cookies are the best cookies I’ve ever had! I have never seen a cookie that large before, it was so tasty and I loved every single bite. The manager at Crumbl was so friendly and did her best to work with us. She made the experience a 10/10. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, I will definitely be coming here again!

Amazing cookies. Laurie the manager not so amazing. I placed an order for cookies on their app and it went through. I drove over to the store to pick it up to find they were closed due to the storms. I got a call this morning apologizing for the situation and asking when I could come pick up. They even offered a free cookie for my trouble. I arrived to pick up the cookies that I already paid for and the manager Laurie got involved and told me I placed the order for this morning so it was my error and therefore no free cookie. I was confused by this and tried to gain clarity. She then proceeded to apologize by saying “I’m sorry you feel like this is my error but it’s not”. She then continued to yell at me in front of her staff and other customers for several minutes. I had asked for a refund but in the end I promised my kids cookies so I paid for them and left. I opened my app to see if I in fact made the error and in the app it says Pickup and the date and time. I then went back in to show her and things really took off from there. She escalated to a whole new level and proceeded to yell and prove to me I was wrong by bringing it up on their system. She then threatened to call the police since I was harassing her.In the end this could have all been easily avoided. I was super pleased with the customer service this morning then Laurie the manager got involved and things went bad from there. Such a bummer I really do love the cookies.

Anytime I get Crumbl cookies the staff are polite, the lobby is clean, and the cookies are freaking amazing. They’re not only jumbo, but they taste fantastic and the icings/frostings are perfect! I’ve never had a bad experience with Crumbl (or the mobile app) aside from busy nights when the store has a line out the door. Highly recommend!
