Horrible experience here. My daughter brought in a coupon and forgot to hand it over to the clerk. I walked over to the register and let them know but the manager came and said they can’t apply a discount to past purchases. Keep in mind, we hadn’t even walked away from the register yet. No returns either and the extremely rude and callous service. They don’t deserve your business.

So over priced very nice staff except managers.I have already spent close to $200 in this store this year will not be back showed my medical condition with a note to the manager and still asked me to leave. They force there staff to wear masks admitted that they have medical conditions and she said they can work or they can find a new job anazing I wear my trump shirt I have a problem otherwise I dont. This is by far the neatest and most organized Halloween store Ive ever shopped. I loved how much space we had to look around and how helpful the staff is. Everyone there seemed to take great pride in their work and were having a lot of fun helping folks shop. We were helped by a manager named Allison who was so cheerful!Oh, and of course, they have an ENORMOUS selection of costumes! Really good experience for my family!

Came in for out annual Halloween goodies and WOW! What a staff and Tyson was super helpful. We wanted a Mike Myers animated lifesize character. Well they didnt have it. So Tyson went to another store to get it for us. And gave us an amazing deal. Thanks guys!

Bought a blacklight from them for 30$. Opened it up and there was no bulb in the box. Brought it back and the manager told me there is nothing they can do
