Always look forward to eating chinese food so to see this place, my fiancé and I were pretty excited. The lo mein had 0 taste and the black pepper chicken had no black pepper but an entire shaker of crushed red pepper flakes. To make matters worse, I got 3 tiny pieces of chicken. His orange chicken also lacked flavor. Wont be back and good luck to those who do!

Food is a bit pricey for the quality of food. Fast and easy, but not the best taste.

Watched the worker handle cash then serve food, then stock forks and back to food without any gloves. Literally disgusting. Kid behind the counter touching the food without gloves too.

Horrible food! I order lo mein and it tasted like noodles from chicken noodle soup. I also had oranges chicken and it looked and tasted like pig fat!!

The quality of the food is definitely not worth the price: bland, overcooked, dry, overly chewy. Only one person behind the counter and he handled both the food and the money without any gloves. One star only because I cannot give it anything lower.

I am very disappointed with this Famous Wok location. I usually enjoy eating lunch here with friends, and occasionally stopping on my way home to get dinner here for or with my family. However, the last couple of times that I or we, have visited here, the service has absolutely gone down hill. I was out shopping at Loews with my husband last night, and we decided to pop across the way to get dinner here last and take home, and were in awe, about how bad the service was. First off, the lady helping us was more interested in watching a Mexican soap-opera on Univision, instead of helping me as well as a few other customers that were waiting. And secondly, she was clearly upset that we where interrupting her tv watching, so she slopped on what was barely any food onto our plates, which hardly constitutes charging $8.00 a plate for, as well as last but not least, when I asked her a question, she could not even speak English enough to answer it. Maybe she should stop watching Univision, and try to learn English, just saying. She is in America, not Mexico! And before anyone tries to pull the raciest card, I am part Hispanic, and my husband is Mexican, so try again. The service was just that awful.

Terrible service and mediocre over priced food. People were so rude. Never going back again.

Havent even eaten there. I had a purchase on my debit card from there, I called about it because I as in an entirely different place and the guy I talked to hung up on me, two times#1, but worst of all they took my number somehow and charged me for it. Now I have to drive over 50 miles from where I live, to get a refund and deal with this again. As far as the ratings go on this place, I am concerned! Guess well see😣
