I love this location! They are so welcoming and kind; they are always happy to help.My diamond was loose and he sent it in for repairs - it was an easy process. It came back a few days earlier which was so exciting. I also asked if they could size my grandmothers ring to my size and they happily did that for me as well. When I got both rings back I was so surprised at how clean and beautiful they both looked. The repair on my grandmothers ring was breathtaking.I hope this location is always here because I will continue to go here forever! Thanks for your wonderful work on my rings.

Jacob is incredible, highly recommend this Zales especially for him! We got my husbands ring special ordered and it’s perfect. He noticed my engagement ring needed work and had it fixed for me. I didn’t realize but the prongs were off and I could have lost my diamond, it also always caught on clothing and now it’s perfect. I had no idea it could even be fixed and it looks SO MUCH BETTER! He also special ordered me a stacking ring it’s exactly what I had envisioned. Came in with a picture of an idea and he nailed it! I’m obsessed!

So I stopped in on Friday before my flight out. I was in a few days before and bought a few things. This time I met Taylor. He made my shopping experience so amazing. He explained the precious gems to me. Where they were from in the world and how to care from them. Whenever I’m back in Denver I will surely be back to shop with him. He didn’t make it feel like he was selling me anything. Just a good friend discussing our love of jewelry.

I took my earrings to Kay Jewelers first - they told me there is nothing that can be done to fix them. Then I took them to Zales - everyone was really nice and tried some options but still nothing that could be done. Let me clarify - these earrings are a gift from my mom they used to belong to her so they have the highest sentimental value to me. I have been making it clear to everyone from the beginning. Then NIKKI from Zales Outlets in castle rock called me one day - she listened to me, understood what is important to me as a customer, and within one week my earrings were fixed. She even got me a discount that I did not ask for. It is rare these days to find a person with this typeOf customer service passion. Zales at CR outlets deserves 5 starts bc of Nikki, the current assistant manager. Make her a manager and more!

The Zales staff at this location is awesome, especially the manager. They have been kind and helpful in the times I go in. I would, however, never have my ring worked on with their jeweler. I had my wedding bands sautered to my engagement band and they butchered it. The rings ended up shifting, almost knocking out my center stone. When I took it to a different Zales location (Colorado Springs) they said they hadn’t seen a ring be put together so terribly. They said that all the work that had to be done was basic and that any jeweler should have known how to do it correctly. I would not recommend sending anything with them.

Im currently in the market for wedding rings and Nikkie went above and beyond in helping me make smart choices. Shes extremely knowledgeable and I definitely trust her to lead me to pick a ring that works for me and my budget while finding a quality investment for life! Thanks, Nikkie!

I’ve been so indecisive about what type of engagement ring to get. Nikkie was incredibly patient with me, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. Unlike some places that I’ve been to, I never felt pressured to buy something and my budget was respected. I plan on going back soon because I think I made a decision! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the stones to me and the individuals with disabilities that I care for. So upset with Zales Jewelry Castle Rock, my wedding ring from 25 years ago lost a diamond, we have a lifetime warranty, we dropped off my ring to Jacob at the Castle Rock Zales Factory Outlet, he said he couldnt find our original diamond purchase even though I have the original receipt along with the Zales Lifetime Diamond Commitment but he assured us it would be free and honored, HE EVEN GAVE US A RECEIPT that the diamond repair would be FREE and told us he could pull some strings if it wasnt which I didnt think was necessary because we have the original receipt!!..then he calls tonight, tells me he cant find our original purchase and cant honor my receipt or my warranty so it will cost $1500 to fix it!!!! So, I proceed to get upset, he over talks me, and then hangs up on my husband and I. So then I call Zales Corporate, on the phone with them for an hour, only to be transferred to a supervisor and get a message Zales Corporate is closed. I look up my repair online, and see that Jacob at Zales Castle Rock already closed my ticket! All this after he assured us a week ago that it would be free!! So basically, Im left with a wedding ring that is damaged and Zales wont honor our warranty because they didnt keep records 25 years ago? I mean, its just a piece of jewelry but I am not a happy camper. 😢 Im so upset, I really dont know what to do about it. I cannot believe this is how you treat a customer and Jacob at Castle Rock Factory Outlet should not be allowed to lie to customers!!

After having a awful experience of being ignored by the Zales in the Park Meadows mall, I decided to check out the Zales in the outlets. Laera greeted me with a smile right away. She went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect set of earrings for my wife and showed me lots of different options within my price point. After hearing about my experience in the park meadows location she apologized and took ownership (even though it wasnt her fault) and made sure I felt taken care of. After deciding on the perfect set she even took the time to gift wrap them of me. She made it clear shed love to earn my business in the future and Ill definitely be back for future purchases.

This is the best Zales store. The employees truly care about you, your purchase and service. They have a good selection of jewelry in store and online. The only thing i dislike about Zales is their trade-in, upgrade requirements. Other than that, i will always be a customer.

Incredulous, I walked the 2 minute walk to Kays where they replaced it in a few minutes..
