Try the beef jerky. Best in the whole metro area. Bacon is delicious. The bbq pulled pork is my wifes favorite. The ham is the best. It has been our Thanksgiving staple for many years. Definitely worth the drive from Denver.

I shopped here for the first time this week and LOVE it. I bought sliced Turkey and Ham that Im using for lunch meat. Not only is the quality great but so was the price! $7.49 a pound is cheaper than Boars Head and even Private Select meats at King Soopers deli and the quality at Hickory Baked Ham is better. In my mind there is no reason to ever buy lunch meat anywhere else again, definitely found a gem in this store!

Just stopped in for the first time. Didnt know this gem was here. Gentleman who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Let me try a sample of their Elk jerky...WOW. Its amazing. Will definitely make this a regular for my meats. Just wish they had some cheeses. Love the other local products they had.

The parents or the USMMA send our midshipman beef Jerky from Castle Rock’s Hickory Baked Ham company before finals every year. The reviews you read here including mine are no B.S. This is the first time we purchased from them. Everything they advertise came true for us with our Christmas ham. Farm to table, nitrate free, best tasting ham. No excess water added. Beautifully spiral sliced and incomparable flavor and tenderness. We will never go to another overpriced chain “Ham store” again. We ordered ours in advance, and when we arrived the folks there were friendly and well organized. Brought the ham out, wrapped in foil, opened it and showed it to us for our approval and then wrapped it and bagged it for the road. We highly recommend!
