This is our go to Safeway for groceries and pharmacy. Employees are always friendly and ready to assist if needed. Pharmacy staff is Very efficient, kind and on top of things. I have changed from multiple pharmacies until we landed here 3 years ago...and we arent planning to use any other one as a result of our satisfaction here! Store is clean, consistently well stocked and parking is easy to get in and out without having to deal with complete chaos. I would like to express my gratitude to the pharmacy for their reliability and upstanding performances.

This Safeway is always well stocked and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I like how this store never feels too crowded either, so I can get in and out quickly. 5 stars

I love the store on Perry St. I get pizzas here real inexpensive and the bakery dept is really good. You need to try the cheesecake they sell it by the slice or whole cake. They also have hot wings in the deli dept thats yummy. Its a real down to earth neighborhood store.

I have asked if they were hiring and they wanted me to come in the very next day when I just told them I had to go to the doctor and AFTER that I have to go to therapy. But when I went BACK in to the store and asked for Kelly to see if they were hiring I GOT a rude response and now I dont even want anything to do WITH the place anymore. People need to understand that some people just cant drop everything in order to get a job I have scoliosis and FROZEN shoulder blade and high blood pressure. Im in the class of disability and to be TREATED like that in FRONT of other people makes me feel like a little child and I dont want to work there if they treat people who are ASKING for a job makes me wonder how they treat their inployes.

The place I visited was going thru a re-grand opening. I expected the shelves to be well stocked. They were not. They only had one regular lane open, but the line stretched out into the walkway. This is Safeway I shouldnt too much from this grocery store.

The bathrooms are really horrible. They were almost worse than the portable potties you use on trails in the mountains. And actually some were cleaner than these. Makes you wonder how clean other parts of the store are. I wouldnt recommend going here if you can drive further to king soopers. They do have your basic food needs.

Recently remodled. Very nice. EZ in and out. Produce is now better than King Soopers.

I can pick up food and get my meds in one place. They also have quest inside for blood work and different types of tests. I used coinstar to cash in my change. Get points to cheaper gas.... This place is great!

Safeway is clean, well stocked and plenty of help when needed. I enjoy their bakery and deli.

This was one of the older Safeway stores. Dates way back. Missing a lot of items compared to the Brentwood Safeway store on Balfour.

Well stocked, good assortment of foods at a good price, and friendly staff. Downside is that the produce is largely hit or miss.

Just picked up some groceries. Only one staffed checkout lane was open. A little slower than expected but not a horrible wait.

No line, no wait, got our booster shots as walk ins. Nice job pharmacy.

Has cleaned up a lot sence I was last here. Had some great sales and manager specials. Think Im going to do the extra drive and give kings the see yah. There just raising prices like crazy and no no no dont say do to covid thats just there way of trying to pass the blame on so you dont say anything to them.

I came in today and ordered some meat to be cut. The nice young lady that was there, Jackie, was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet. She looked in a bit of pain, and she had told me she fell on her hand today and it could be broken. The fact she was still working and did tremendously is an incredibly rare quality -- I own my own small business, and Id be thrilled to have an employee like her. I wanted to find the manager of the meat cutting department to voice my compliments, but she said she was the only one there. I was shocked! I do hope this review reaches the attention of the Safeway management team, because Jackie is an exemplary employee and deserves a huge shoutout! Thank you!

Typical grocery store. The staff are friendly and the store dosent seem under stocked. They had what I was looking for and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Parking in lot is a little tight though.

Safeway is always a very accommodating store. Esp.helpful during this time of sometimes lack of product. And as a newer customer, they all gracious in helping a product I cant locate. Checkers & baggers are friendly.

Very upset about the flowers I ordered for my wedding. My bridal bouquet and bouquet for my maid of honor couldnt have been worse. It looked like they pulled a dozen roses from the $10 sale pile, took off the plastic and wrapped ribbon around the base. Our bouquets were huge and not at all what I expected. And I was still charged full price for the horrible flowers. 2 hours before my wedding I had to cut them down, rewrap and fix them before I walked down the aisle. Very unhappy safeway, you have lost my business and I used to shop there weekly for groceries.

While filling up with gas today at the Castle Rock Safeway station, I saw Sammy cleaning up the outside...picking up trash and sweeping. How often do you see a gas station attendant do something other than reading their texts! Nice work, Sammy!!

Store setup is dysfunctional. Sodas are on one side, dairy completely on the other side. All the pharmacy and dog food in the middle.

We picked up a big bowl of fresh fruit. Its always fresh and tasty.

Not very busy at 1pm on a Monday. Still pretty well stocked.

The cake we got was cute, but it was amateur hour to add buttercream to the center of the cake instead of the whipped icing that was asked for. That much buttercream makes a $40 cake too much butter to eat.

OMG the best florist ever! It was a family members birthday and I wanted to make her smile. I truly brought some inexpensive roses and babys breath and she made the most beautiful flower arrangements in minutes. The store was clean, the employees were helpful. The gentleman who was stocking even offered to help with my arrangement prior to paging the florist.

Produce was very iffy, many things looked like they were past their cell date. Saw mold on grapefruit.

Online grocery pickup is fair, I have ordered food only to look on the receipt to find an item out of stock..ok let me go get something comparable..lo and behold there is the item that was out of stock.

Yesterday I was looking for a quick easy supper. I saw the advertisement for Chicken lettuce wraps at Safeway. It seemed to be a great choice. I looked through the store but couldn’t find them, so I approached a clerk. He rudely said to me, “I never heard of them”, turned his back on me and continued with what he was doing. I have been living in this town for forty years. This is not unusual, this store seems to have a culture of rudeness and uncaring of customers. I left my cart right there and walked out to my car. I then drove another five miles to King Sooners. Even though this store is about a mile from my home. - I’m done and I will tell whom ever will listen.

The men’s bathroom was disgusting. Lots of dust on the top vent, and the toilet had not been cleaned in a very long time. The rim at the bottom of the toilet was also very gross.Too go along with it the customer service from employees was very sad and felt very unwelcoming.All in all a sad display from Safeway

Open on Christmas day. Sad for the people working, great news for people like me who forgot things needed for dinner! Friendly, helpful staff, clean store.

The Safeway is pretty good, it seems to be well maintained and the deli meats are of good quality. My only qualm with this though, is that not a ton of people were wearing masks here, which is very concerning during these times. But other than that, theres a Starbucks inside and it is nice.

Terrible service especially if you want anything at the service desk like money orders. I have complained many times. It doesnt get any better. You wait inline and no one is willing to help you. I guess I can really complain about the service cos there is non. I started driving further to the king soopers because I got tired of waiting for someone to help me and other shoppers in the line at customer service

So expensive! Prefer to go to king soopers. Moved here and compare safeway to Food Lion and king soopers to harris Teeter (thatll help my fellow southerners)

This is like a friendly small town grocery with big town conveniences. It’s nice to have stable, long time employees and to know their names. As a vegetarian, I particularly like the produce department.

I love this Safeway. I wish they were all this awesome! The pharmacy ladies are always so nice! The workers in all departments are always pleasant and ready to help. So rare to find. Ill miss this store when I move. This should be a model store for the rest.

So impressed with their pickup option. I save time and money, and they pick out way better produce than I would select myself 😂 I am always impressed with how friendly the staff is, too.

The store is clean but the bakery staff need retraining. They are surly at best, I can stand and wait for service at least 8-10 minutes before one of them choses to come to assistance.This has happened 3 times in a row.Not impressed at all.Customer service at the help desk is also on the lower end of the quality scale.

Great grocery store. We love the club card specials. Store is greatly improved over the last couple of years.Quick check out and friendly employees. Perfect size store. I do not like the behemoth grocery stores going up. They take too long to shop and have a corporate feel. I like the local home town flavor at Safeway.

The store is good but its got the meanest customers. Ive been yelled at and pushed outa the way on multiple occasions there. Guess people just go hangry lol
